Today I went to login to my account on MyPrepaidCenter.com, first attempt didn't work, so I went to change my password. I received an error "We were unable to process your information. Please try again". Since my card is a virtual card that is listed within the actual site I can't call any cardholder service. I then created a new account with the same email, but I see no digital cards.

Purchased 4 tires from Discount Tire Store in Howell, Michigan. Received a prepaid debit card as customer reward for tire purchase in the amount of $81.36 and upon receipt I followed the activation instructions on the debit card. Upon accessing the web site (MyPrepaidCenter.com - ACTIVATION REQUIRED) a blank page comes up. I attempted to access the site 6 times on 9/18/2020 with the same results.
I am seeking payment for the $81.36 on the debit card.

I have a $300 reward card Mastercard (debit) I activate the card and Select a Pin number and I try to use the card at 3 different stores for the list of Stores it can be used and each time the card Declined. I really dont know what to do. Please inform me what to do or if Someone could call or Email me I would Greatly appreciated. All im getting is an automated system when I call and what I need is not on it.

Have tried my card several times and unable to use it. It expires the end of this month Sept. 2020. I have tried this a Cracker Barrel Shop n Save and Wal Mart.

I am trying to use the card on Amazon and it has been declined today (10th Sept) - I have enough funds (a full $200, unused and showing as activated for online purchases) and Amazon have confirmed they accept Mastercard Debit so i do not know why it is being declined. The help line only gives me recorded messages, so I cannot get help at the point of sale per the instructions on the MyPrepaidCenter website.

I would like some help to progress the sale.

I have tried using this card at the merchants listed on the website and it gets declined. I just tried to use it at Red Lobster an it was declined again. Today is August 29th and the card expires at the end of the month...in 2 more days.

I called the phone number on the back of the card, put in the numbers on the card and checked my balance. The recording said I had not had any purchases, but my balance was $0.

The card was supposed to be worth $10 and I would like a check in that amount, since there cards see to be no good.

I had an Alarm system installed and ofcourse the salesman/installer wanted to include this great offer 100.00 VISA Card free to make it look like I am rec'ing my money back that I had paid The alarm company.. the old saying is you never get somethin for nothin. Getting a 100.00 visa card for nothing no company does that..

I have tried to use this Debit card twice at a nationwide store and it unable to process any charge.
I would appreciate an investigation why deductions have been made which I did not purchase.
What kind of a company is this I have called many times to talk to a person for HELP and all it is go to this menu...

I received a Prepaid Mastercard® Virtual Account with a good amount of money and the card does not work and the customer service doesn't answer.

I can not use the card online or on my phone. I am living in the UK and my money is stuck in this type of Virtual Account.

I will aks help to the Actionfraud Police to get my money. Is not possible that a "Mastercard" doesn't work and the customer service they don't care.

Can log into their page, but can´t do anything there with my debit card, or to use the debit card anywhere. I got the card as a gift, but this gift don´t work in any shops. Tried Amazon, Google and several other sites to pay with this, but always declined...

Seems like they collect the money, but don´t provide. They also don´t have any real person service/support available for their customers.

We went and bought $646 cases of Bud Light for our friends and family and half of their rebates have been denied.

Got a virtual prepaid card and after redeeming the code and creating an account, still have no access to the funds.
Its like the card is inactive but when i try too activate it through the website, it shows number not known
Tried calling the help line and giving the card details and I get the same message: invalid card details.
Went through all the pages available and they all show invalid card details

Can you help me out?

I don't understand why it was refused at all these sites. Seems pretty useless to me. Went to the retailer list on their website and tried a bunch. Pain in the [censored] to try them and have the card refused every time. When it is refused you on get a "try a different card" so no way to know actual problem.

Card seems like a scam. Must only work at the rare Unicorn website

I received a digital prepaid reward card, I have all of the information on the card, already activated it, and sadly I type wrong my password and I locked my account. I found a reset password option and I could change the password but the account is still locked and it says: "*This account has been locked. For assistance, please call Cardholder Services at the number on the back of your card"

This has been going on for days. I tried contacting support, and pressed every single phone option, and nothing helped, and there was no one to talk to.

I also see no email or any other way of contact. So, my $300 card is useless until I can get in contact with someone to help me actually use it. I have no choice but to temporarily give a very low rating to this company until I can get in contact and get this solved.

I have received rebate cards from Anheuser Busch and Budweiser that I cannot get to work. They have been activated and now your website and phone system cannot find them.

The customer service number is no help at all. You cannot actually speak to someone and the cards do not exist when I go to the website. Gift cards are not allowed to have an expiration date in our state regardless. Please tell me how I can get my money.

I have been using these type of rebate rewards in the past without any issues, but now nothing seems to work, I hope they will help me.

I called the Prepaid several times during the month of July 2020

1st time - you cannot find the customer service number.. only for activation or lost card

2nd time - the company rep couldn't find the information about my card.. they cannot located it in their system even after searching for debit card number, my name and address. The company rep was going to my case to the supervisor and generated a ticket # for my case. Ticket # was CS 2972504. The date this telephone conversation occurred was 07/10/2020

3rd time - few days later, I got a voice-mail message from the company to call them back

4th time - I called back at the number and was told my case is closed already.. only 3-4 days after I got the message!

The company rep was asking me irrelevant questions one after another. One such example is why I let the card expire and I must be the guilty one to let this happen.

I researched the company homepage and found this provision about expired card. Clearly there's a recourse but they don't want to go there and try to solve the matter contrary to the card agreement they drafted.. SEE BELOW

How I prefer the resolution of the matter.. I don't want the new card issued to me. I am afraid that the associated fee will be so exuberant that it will eat up whatever balance I have... In fact there is close to $ 250 balance remaining there. Instead a check to be cut for the balance and mailed to the address.

I received two virtual awards via a Sprint promotion for $100 each. Unfortunately, the Mastercard debit cards both have an expiration date of 03/2020. Like other complainants, I've tried calling the phone number listed to get an extension. Unfortunately, you cannot reach a "live" person and are stuck in their automated phone tree (which is of no help). What can I do at this point? I need the $$$ b/c of this current Covid-19 crisis.

My name is Denise Ogden I bought tires from general tires and was supposed to get a 50.00 dollar rebate. After much calling about my rebate [around 3 months] they finally gave me a tracking number and said they sent my rebate. I never got it and when you try to find anything out they give you a number with no one to talk with and a recording! I sent an email to Mr. Kent Patterson concerning the Anheuser Busch prepaid Mastercards that I have received and have been unable to check balances on. Would like to have a response please. My son told me that he also received a $25 A-B prepaid Mastercard and he kept getting same message that his activation could not be completed. What is going on with MyPrepaidCenter.com
