MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid aep ohio mastercard

I received a prepaid $40 Mastercard from AEP Ohio. I tried to activate on myprepaidcenter.com but the site said there was a requirement to call the number on the back of the card. Upon calling, I followed all the prompts for card information and there was a message that I would be connected following a brief silence. Then there was a message saying thanks for contacting and goodbye. I tried 3 times and got that same hangup each time. All I want is to get the card activated so I can use before it expires. It is only valid thru 11/19 so time is limited.

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid mastercard

I was issued this card through AEP for rebates from my purchase of Energy Star appliances. I cannot activate the card on the website. I registered for an account but every time I try to log back in, it says my password is incorrect. Every time I call the number on the back of the card, it disconnects after I enter the card information. I have searched their website for alternative contact information to no avail. The card is denied every time I try to use it anywhere. So, apparently I'm out $65.

Got this card for "being a good patient and having preventative tests done" by my BCBS Advantage Plan. A true rip off. After reading the volumes of rules that came with it I got leery and decided I didn't want it. Phoned the number suggested to return card and got a recorded voice asking for the number of the card to be returned. As soon as I put the number in, the voice congratulated me on activating the card and hung up! Nice! Now I have another thing to remember and deal with. Major scam...don't get involved.

MyPrepaidCenter.com rebate card

I received a rebate card provided from a tire purchase at Discount Tire. I created an account when I activated the card. Now their website won't acknowledge the password, will let me create a password but then won't accept the new one (tried twice). I'm trying to check the balance on the card but it won't let me. The service is a joke and Discount Tire should be ashamed they're affiliated with such an unscrupulous company! The card expires tomorrow and my bet is that the funds will expire before they can resolve the problem bases on other complaints I see here.

I am unable to register my cards on-line. Registration denied . Can't activate. Refers me to the phone number. The phone number consistently disconnects at the final step. There are no alternative phone numbers or email addresses. There isn't anything more to write really. This is extremely frustrating and I don't believe this is a reputable company. I plan to complain the the Better Business Bureau unless I receive a reply from MyPrepaid Center within 24 hours. I received 20 $25.00 cards as a gift. Can you imagine my frustration?

I recd a 24 reward card debit visa...It was valid thru 7/20...I tried calling the begining of Aug and couldn't get thru with the phone number...Also tried to get thru and can't.

MyPrepaidCenter.com my visa debit prepaid card

I have a prepaid card that was issued by tires pro for $50.00 and when I went to use it I saw that it had expired on 5/19(which you need a magnifying glass to see as the date is so small on the card and I am a senior)
I called the number 877-610-1075 on the back of the card and they would not talk to me as the tire place issued the card in my husbands name so I called back and after my husband was home and gave them my name/address/phone/email/card number/three digit code on the back as they requested I was told once the date has passed they cannot do anything-I was just out the $50.00. Why not tell me that in the beginning seeing as I did explain that the card had an expired date in the beginning of the call

MyPrepaidCenter.com home depot rebate card

Went to use the $40 that was loaded on the card at a restaurant and it was declined when I used it (it was activated the day prior online and showed a $40 balance). Since then I have had a hold on the card for $40 (pending) since 6/17/2019 from the restaurant which it was declined. It is 7/14/2019 and myprepaidcenter.com is still showing the transaction that was declined as "pending" and a zero balance on the card. So apparently this company has a history, based on these complaints and my experience as well to decline purchases and people can't use the card appropriately. My question is who is pocketing all of the money from these unused transactions? It's a complete scam.

Received a Visa card with $70 credit after mailing in a cooper tire rebate. Realized the card had expired after I went to use it. Contacted a representative who said another card was to be reissued to me. However, I never recieved a new card and there are no records of my claim. The representative stated the funds were no longer available and I wouldn't recieve a replacement card.

MyPrepaidCenter.com virtual prepaid card

Received a redemption code for $10 virtual prepaid Mastercard for a vine purchse made at Target. Set up a user profile. Entered the redemption code on MyPrepaidCenter.com which prompted me to enter my address information then accept the terms and agreements. The problem is that it will not let me check off that I accept. I click and nothing...hit redeem and am told to accept agreement, but cannot click the box. Quite frustrating.

MyPrepaidCenter.com expired card

I received a $300 (I think) reward card from Sprint when I referred people to them. Right after that, my Mom was diagnosed with cancer for the 3rd time. I was obviously distracted by doctor's appointments, treatments, my Mom's wight loss, etc.. I did not notice that the card had an expiration date because I was busy caring for my Mom. When things settled down, I then realized that the card had expired in 04/19. I called the number and asked if the card could be re-issued due to the circumstances. I was told NO.
I think that is a horrible way to treat people. I have seen other posts from people whose cards expired right after they were issued, and the company does not care. Seems like a scam to me! Do NOT do business with these people.

Received my item and did the paper work to get the $30 rebate (Reward Card) Received my reward card (MyPrepaidCenter.com)and did make a account and did registrar the card online. Kept it around and went to use it and noticed it was expired. Went to the web site under FAQ and here is what it says direct from their site
Does the card expire?
Yes, the card will expire after midnight EST on the last day of the month of the valid thru date printed on the front of the card. However, the funds do not expire. You may request the remaining funds after the card expires by calling Customer Service.

So I did call the number on the card to some place/person that barely speaks English. They confirmed my card and my personal info. Then went on to say there is nothing they can do. I said no your site says to call and request the remaining amount. He said sorry there is nothing he could do. I asked for someone or a complaint number and he gave me one but when called that number they had no idea what I was talking about.

This is a complete scam and I would like some answers. I guess I will just have to call Smith and Wesson and tell them how good there rebate card is. I am sure they will be impressed.

[protected] inta carreno - from home deopt $20.. I had trouble using the card and call the number on the back = they saw the declined transaction - was told a new card would be sent to me. I placed it in my purse and just saw it again and remembered that I never got the new card. I once again called the number on the back of the card and was told oh well too bad... Not fair - I am owed that $20.00 - please reissue the card

MyPrepaidCenter.com mastercard rewards card

I received a $30 MasterCard rewards card for a purchase made at Discount Tire. The card arrived with no expiration date printed on it and I cannot find a way to activate it without that. I also cannot form a way to speak to a person on the help lines. What good is this card if I can't use it? Tell me how I am supposed to activate this card. MyPrepaidCenter.com ability to login/get information on my cards.

I can not seem to log in and view information on my cards. I put in my username. I put in my password. It says loading card 1 out of 3. It says loading card 2 out of 3. It says loading card 3 out of 3. It takes me back to the home screen still not logged logged in and this entire 5 MINUTE PROCESS repeats. I called the support number and it's a completely automated process with no option to speak to an actual human and the automated process can't tell me the information I need. I've now unnecessarily wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to work with their jacked up system. Thank you.

I have VISA debt card with $1000 balance from my company. I wanted to be cash out from the ATM. I called customer service so i can ask which bank or ATM can i go? Representative name Ruby Lilly id #1568 tried asking me card number, address, name & more details about me. I already provided on the automated phone system when i dial the customer service. But i provided card number card holder name then she keep asking me more questions have nothing to do with my question. I did not provide her more information and wanted to talk to her supervisor. First she ask my phone number so they can call us back. I denied then she tried to put me on hold forever so i should hang up but i said no i will wait even take longer time. Finaly her duty supervisor Jennifer came and listen my complaint and answer me right away with out any information. Problem solved in second. ( Why phone automated system is there to ask card number etc? If they can not pull in the cumputor with phone system?). I did not feel safe to provide our detail information on live because international calling center agent working in India or somewhere else can be mis use. Fix it Fix it and Fix it.

MyPrepaidCenter.com bought 4 new tires a dave edwards dealership.

I bought a set of tires at Dave Edwards Toyota Car Dealership. I was given a copy of my bill and a form to fill out in order to receive a rebate. I followed all the information to apply for my rebate the week I bought the tires. I received my rebate card and am trying to activate it. Can't seem to do that. Don't know why you all are making this so hard!
There was no accident. I had a set of tires put on my car at
Dave Edwards Toyota car dealership and received a rebate which I applied for the same day I bought the tires. I have received a letter with a Visa card which I must activate. I am trying to do that now. So let's get this done...

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid card expired and funds no longer available but their online terms of service said the funds do not expire

My card had an expiration date of 01/19 and their website which has a bunch of pages "down" showed through Google search that funds for Visa cards should not expire even though the card expires. I called in customer service today 04/08/2019 and asked for a replacement card and was told that I could be sent a new card, but the funds would be gone. This is completely contrary to their website. They also need to get a working terms of service page up again.

I received a prepaid visa with $25 on it from national consumer panel (myprepaidcenter card). I activated it and thought I was good to go. It activated and showed a $25 balance last time I checked it. I went to check the balance today (it doesn't expire for 3 months) and they have no record of my card. I tried to call but could never reach a person. I want to be able to use this card before it expires. Please help!
