MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid visa debit card

Received $100 PrePaid Visa Debit card from Direct Energy 11/29/2019. Unable to activate card via website or phone number after multiple attempts. The message stated that they are unable to process the information. The customer service number simply repeats the information without any way to contact anyone for resolution. The website supposedly allows card activation via the card number without a login, this does not work. I tried to create an account, but it would not create the account due to not recognizing the care number. I suspect this is a fraudulent program, as there are numerous similar complaints online.

Have a $70 card from a recent tire purchase from Tirebuyer.com. Tried multiple times online and over the phone to activate the card. Website has no email or phone number for customer support. The phone number on the card is just a number to register the card, no prompts to talk to customer service. Just looking for some help getting the card activated

MyPrepaidCenter.com rebate mastercard will not activate

I recieved my rebate card for buying set of tires from Discount Tire. I have tried for 2 hours to get this card activated online with no success. The toll free phone number on the back of the card does not allow me to talk with someone.

I tried to call Dsicount Tire back but they tell me I must deal with you.

I can also see many other complaints about this same issue.

I need someone to contact me to help activate this card asap please.

MyPrepaidCenter.com cooper tires $70 award

I received a rebate card for purchasing new tires and misplaced the card. I recently moved some furniture and it fell out from behind a dresser. The card is expired, however it was never used and has the original balance. When trying to contact support for a replacement card there is no way to talk to anyone.
If someone could contact me that would be great.

MyPrepaidCenter.com cannot activate smith & wesson rebate prepaid mastercard

11/29/19 I received a $50 rebate from Smith & Wesson via a prepaid Mastercard.

I've tried several times a few days ago and again today to activate via the website myprepaidcenter.com and via phone 888-371-2109 and receive the message that the card number is invalid.

I would like a new card or have someone help me activate this one.

MyPrepaidCenter.com smith and wesson 50.00 rebate mastercard unable to activate

I received a 50.00 rebate MasterCard. I tried multiple times to activate the card at my rebatecenter.com with no success. All attempts to activate it online fail with the following. We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again.

You call the number on the back of the card and enter all the information the automated system will say that information does not match our records them loops and asks you again. Over and over. The only way to contact myprepaidcenter.com is via us mail. No phone number or email. So frustrating.

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid visa

Two cards ($50 and $100) were stated as shipped but never received. Without the information on the cards I received I cannot contact customer service as their system doesn't let you proceed without the card details.

For a separate request for a $100 and $50 card, both were received but fail to activate despite mutiple attempts. Again the customer support number fails because it too does not recognize the card numbers.

Really their customer service is flawed if you cannot contact a representative directly without entering the details of a credit card you don't have or their system fails to recognize.

This is a workplace reward on which I am taxed but have no ability to recuperate. Truly awful service.

MyPrepaidCenter.com I have two visa cards as rebates from belle tire - $150 - cannot register online or on phone

I have tried repeatedly to register these two cards online and neither number is recognized. When I call the automated phone line, the numbers are not recognized there, either.

There is no way to talk to a human, and no option for the issue I'm having. There is nowhere to resolve this. I'm really annoyed and furious that I'm out of $150.

I spent over $1k for these tires and deserve this rebate.

Update - Belle Tire responded to my email to them, and said these cards were sent to me in error. I appreciated their rapid response.
(The rest of my rebates will be coming from Michelin.)

MyPrepaidCenter.com mastercard customer service

Their phone number for assistance will not let you talk to anybody without first entering the card number. If you are having a problem or need to report a lost or stolen card you cannot talk to anyone without first entering the card number you probably do not have memorizes.
There is no option to speak to a real person in the event you do not have the card number available.

I have a MasterCard from Anheuser Busch Rebate for $7.00; we had misplaced it during remodeling of our home; it was valid thru 2/19. Can I get another one, or am I just out altogether. Thank you for your time

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid visa card

I received a Visa prepaid card after purchasing ACUVUE products, tried to activate it on the My Prepaid Center site several times and it did not work.

I dialed the phone number on the back of the card, followed all the instructions and gave all the requested answers and the call was always finished both French and English with the automated voice that told me we are experiencing technical difficulties.

My request: activate my 20$ visa prepaid card

MyPrepaidCenter.com card won't activate online nor via phone

When I try to activate the card via website, it tells me to call the number on the back of the card. When I call 1-888-371-2109, it hangs up after taking all of my information.

This is the most frustrating process ever. I got the card as a show of good faith from IDT Energy after some similar experience trying to reach them. Now I don't want to deal with them or this Prepaid Card thing.

There's $25 on the card from what i remember. There's no way for me to check the balance, nor activate the card. It' beyond frustrating, especially when I was counting on this money.

10/26/2019 received Dunlop rebate card $20 (VISA) - the card will not activate at web site or will not activate on telephone. I have tried this multiple times. Just received card in mail 10/25/2019

MyPrepaidCenter.com worst customer service/website

I received this pre-paid MasterCard and tried to find out what retailers accept the card on their website and there was no option for "Card Features", so I called the Customer Service line and they were rude and unhelpful. They said they would email me a list of vendors, which I have never received. Also, it took almost a month to receive this worthless card...I will inform my employer of these issues. Hopefully they will not use this service in the future.

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid card funds being held without reason

Case #1633636
- An incomplete charge of $93.61 by Home Depot was cancelled on 10/2/19. Confirmed with Home Depot that it was never completed and cancelled on that day.
- I was initially told that posting back to the card would take 3-5 business days.
- Called 10/10/19 since funds were not returned to the card - was told it was 8 days and the credit should be posted by the end of the day.
- Called on 10/16 to inform myprepaidcenter.com that the funds for the card still was not credited.
- I was told to wait until 30 days, no reason provided, and and that they can not escalate until 30 days. I asked why it could not be escalated at this time as 14 days to hold a person's electronic funds seems longer than normal already. Request to escalate was denied as the internal process is to wait until 30 days before it can be escalated.
I would like the all funds returned to my card immediately so that it can be used for a pending purchase which is now waiting.

MyPrepaidCenter.com can't reach customer service as they are all automated

i had a card that expired but on the website it said that i can get another one, however when i try to call for one i can't put my card info.
some info:
- my card is a non refillable master card
-it expired in 08/19 however i tried multiple times to contact customer service but the automated messages never proceeded after entering the card information
- all i am asking for is another card

I have the same issue. I have 2 cards with $100 each on them. They expired 4/19. I have been trying for months to get replacement cards, but I am unable to get through to a person.

MyPrepaidCenter.com rebate visa card

The rebate visa card I received from nvidia with 20$ expired. Automated system via web site and 877-610-1075 number is not able to locate the card. The FAQ says:
"the funds do not expire. You may request the remaining funds after the card expires by calling Customer Service"
But there are no other options to contact customer support! Please return my 20$ I had on this card.

MyPrepaidCenter.com called 3 different numbers, all automated none recognize my card

I already activated the card and used it once. I was ready to use it again, but wanted to check the balance. I logged in with my username and password and received an error that my card could not be found. I looked at the card and realized it was 3 months past the expiration date. I read the FAQ on expired cards. Per the FAQ, if I have an expired card, the funds are still available and I can simply call the number on the FAQ.

I called and followed the automated prompts to input all of the card info. Automated system couldn't find the card and prompted me to try again, which I did. Same result. No option to transfer to a customer service rep. Just an endless loop of automated prompts.

I located 2 more numbers and all provided the same result: automated prompts, failure to find card, no option to transfer out of the loop.

MyPrepaidCenter.com locked out of account, no real customer service.

Today I went to login to my account on MyPrepaidCenter.com, first attempt didn't work, so I went and requested my username, and then to change my password. I received a successfully changed password message and then proceeded to login to my account, first attempt failed, second attempt failed, third attempt typed it in really slow to ensure it was correct still failed. Eventually I am locked out of my account. Since my card is a virtual card that is listed within the actual site I can't call any cardholder service.

I received a $100 prepaid MasterCard. When I tried to activate it at my prepaid center.com I received a message that I need to call customer service. I called the number on the back of my card and once I entered the information my call was disconnected. I then called a number found online and it said I have no balance remaining and said to write to customer service in Kentucky. I simply want to activate this card. This service is unacceptable and not user friendly.
