MyPrepaidCard Replacement card

Web site and phone # provided offer no option for card replacement . I have found no information on web site with instructions to replace card. Phone number provided [protected] has no option available to replace card or instructions on how to replace card. I have listened to all options and none address card replacement.

Desired outcome: I would like the card replaced

MyPrepaidCard Rewards card cooper tires

We had an older card that I received an email 06/10/21 about. Card was stopped because they noted suspicious activity. I logged into the card, noted nothing under transactions, so I called the company. After prompting through their menu, I left a callback number. They called me and told me a new card was issued. I questioned why they were charging me a 10.00 fee for a new card when there were no transactions against the so called compromised card. They refunded me the 10.00. Today 06/14/21 I received the new card in the mail. Went to activate it and it would not allow me to. I called the company again. After wasting 10 minutes I left a call back. After talking to the first CSR who told me that the new card was replaced because it was compromised, I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that there were 7 attempts to charge the new card over the weekend. All were declined, so they issued another new card. I asked how someone attempted to charge against a card that has never been used on the internet. I mean, how does someone get the card number if it's never been activated or used? I told him he might want to check internally because maybe someone there is getting these numbers. So, they have issued me another card. 7-10 business days to receive. They are currently sitting on 533.39 of our money that we cannot access. Money that was paid to them from Cooper Tire for tires that we sold. What a scam. So totally disappointed
