I’ve tried Every possible way to contact this company for an issue with making a purchase, with No luck. They don’t have a contact number to solve problems with refunds or purchases. I keep getting a Ticket number that Nobody replies to.. You can’t make purchases because the Identification they ask for is Never acceptable. They do not reply to emails and the only other way to contact is by writing a letter and sending to a PO Box. This company is very fishy with such good Google reviews.

I have sent details in to verify my ID and also purchased a $30.95 card but nothing received. I had my first verification declined because of poor image problems so resubmitted it @12.54 UK time. It’s now 13.25 - a 31 minute delay. If you are not going to approve them please kindly refund the transaction. Thanks

On. 25th of June purchased. A gift card from this company that cost me 167 For. 150$. Through PayPal.

We are in August now 2023. The money has been taken from my account and my card doesn’t work. I have reached out to every person in that company. Nobody willing to help me but they are not willing to refund me here. I am with the card that doesn’t work.

They billed my capital one debit card for 55.92 for an itune card for 50 dollars and I never received itune card it was suppose to be emailed (the card number I guess} it was for my girlfriend in Nebraska and she isn, t getting it now. So we can, t video call now, I can but she needed it for her phone my phone is paid for by the US government the VA and the US Marshal service. I was a 75th Regiment Ranger but I was shot 7 times and struck by shrapnel from an IED my team mate triggered the detonation and was KIA instantly.. To sum it up mygiftcardsupply.com is happy to steal from disabled vets. They are ripping off DISABLED VETS!

I wanted to purchase a gift card the playstore one. I dont know why they gave me PlayStation gift card? Means I dont have PlayStation and what I will do with that? I wanted a playstore reedeem code as simple as that. I tried to reach out them they say you opened the link this and this so we cannot refund or exchange. I mean I lost my $31 there and I cannot do anything with that code now.

I have no clue what company you are and how I got charged from your company. I would like this disputed and my Bank taken off of your records and card number as well. I ordered visa gift card and it was a nightmare, I couldn't use it because it said I don't live in the USA. Of course they asked for my id and my address and they see I m in Canada but they sell it to me. I couldn't use it and when I contacted them by email only there is nothing to do or you install a VPN and choose USA location and of course the VPN they suggested was a paid one and still not working. They do not refund you even you didn't use the card because you open the link. I asked them to cancel the card and pay me back they refused. They told me to contact visa customer service who are much friendly and try to do something on the phone. So if you need any kind of gift card go to there company like visa card to visa Amazon to Amazon... don't use this bad scame useless website who sell the card higher than the companies them self. The 1st and last time buying for them

I purchased a gift card and they initially did not have it in stock. After waiting a day, they emailed only part of the gift card number, but not all of it. After pointing this out to them, they told me they were waiting "for the manager to email them the code".

After days and follow up emails, they stopped responding to my requests for a refund. I had to open a PayPal dispute to try and get my money back. I had previously used their site years ago without issues, but it appears they have been taken over by scammers and no longer sell real gift cards.

STAY AWAY and buy elsewhere!

I ordered a Steam gift card that I wanted to send to a friend. I got the code but ended up having to open a Steam account where the money was deposited and translated into Canadian currency in the account. When I tried to send it to my friend as a gift, I found out he had to have a Steam account as well or I couldn't send it. If I close the account, I lose my money. They should have told me up front so now I can't get a gift card and I don't play those games so what do I do to get my money back and order from someone who will just send the digital card to me?

I haven't received any email regarding my gift card and no confirmation email hasn't come at yet I would like a full refund please

When I payed for the $20 Google Gift Card and $50 Google Gift Card, I'm still waiting for the receipt today. It's been a week. I haven't heard anything. What should I do. Rebecca.

I purchased the gift card on the 5th of December 2020. When I entered the code it said it had already been redeemed. I have tried to contact them via live chat and email countless times and no one will respond to me. It is now the 31st of Jan 2021 and I still have not had a response despite trying to contact them over and over again. STAY AWAY!

My daughter bought me an ebay $50 gift card from this website. Received a code that had no balance. Chats with company, both my daughter & I, were met with "you redeemed it" & "take it up with ebay". Ebay has no record of a gift card being purchased by my daughter or sent to my email. Their website claims they will resend the code but they refuse. No response to emails or messages through facebook. Trying to get her money back through paypal or the bank.

I was attempting to purchase Amazon GCs using my PayPal account. After submitting all of the verifying information, I was able to successfully purchase a $5 GC (I wanted to test a smaller amount before purchasing the larger amounts). That worked great. I received my GC code pretty quickly (within 20 minutes) and it worked just fine when checking out of Amazon.

The problems came when I attempted to purchase a $100 GC. It showed the transaction was successful and I waited for the confirmation email with the GC code. Instead, I received a notification that my purchase could not be completed and that the money was refunded. I was lucky in that the money was, in fact, refunded, however I was not able to get any answer as to why they were being refunded. The customer service representative told me that sometimes their fraud software is a little finicky and to try again. After several purchases and refunds, I reached out again and was told that the issue might be that they have a maximum purchase amount for "new customers". I can totally understand that and asked for the dollar amount limit. The customer service representative stated it was proprietary information and they could not and would not share the maximum dollar amount (WTH?). They also could not confirm at what point or at what dollar amount I would no longer be considered a "new customer". I've never had a company work so hard to NOT take my money before. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I can't confirm whether it is a complete scam (I DID receive the good $5 GC), but definitely not a reliable service and no customer service to help if issues arise.

I bought a gift card from that site and they asked for an id and why my id + i paid with bitcoins so 100% safety payment so i denied to send my id + i requested for refund and they said we refunded your money but actually till now no money received and no cards received i bought steam gift card with 100$ and they see my message without responding too.

This company must be posting all the "great" reviews themselves. Emailed tech support over 30 times. Payed with paypal, even had paypal on the phone and said they all they have to do is accept your payment. Waited and waited and waited. 3 days went buy and they just cancelled my order on me. Automated voice message saying the fastest way to get help is email and the on line chat - (that doesn't work). Reviewing order - says experiencing tech difficulties, Even tried creating an account to see if that would make things easier. Couldn't even create an account.

Paypal finally verified that they are reviewing the company because of how many complaints they receive. Merry Christmas to you too!
