My Custom Case My Custom Case Review: Poor Customer Service and Inferior Product

I've been a loyal customer of My Custom Case for years now, always purchasing iPad cases that worked like a charm. However, my recent experience with their customer "service" department has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I've had to engage in a lengthy Facebook conversation with them because they kept ignoring my emails and phone calls. It's been a real hassle trying to get them to understand that their product isn't working properly anymore.

I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and brought my new iPad Air cover to Apple. To my surprise, they confirmed that there were no magnets in the cover to put it to sleep. This was a huge letdown for me, as I rely on this feature to conserve my iPad's battery life. It's already iffy enough without having to deal with an inferior product.

What's worse is that My Custom Case has been lying and misleading their customers about the product. It wasn't until their last post that they finally admitted to removing the magnets. I can't help but wonder why they would do this. It's a shame that they've gone down this path, as I used to recommend them to all my friends and family.

In conclusion, I would advise against buying from My Custom Case. Their customer service is lacking, and their product is no longer up to par. It's a shame that they've let their customers down like this.

My Custom Case Disappointing Experience with My Custom Case: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

At first, I was super happy with my iPhone case from My Custom Case. I went with the Classic Photo design, which had a picture on both the front and back. It looked so cool! But then, after only three months, the picture on the back started to rub off. I was really careful with it, too - I always kept it in the box it came in when I wasn't using it. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I decided to reach out to their customer service team.

Let me tell you, it was not a good experience. They basically told me that since it had been more than 30 days since I bought the case, there was nothing they could do. I was really disappointed - I mean, I spent a lot of money on this thing! And it's not like I was throwing it around or anything. I totally agree with the other reviews on here that their customer service is terrible. They don't seem to care at all about making things right or standing behind their product.

Honestly, I would expect a case like this to last at least a year, especially considering how much it cost. It's really frustrating that it didn't even make it to the six-month mark. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from My Custom Case - it's just not worth the money.

My Custom Case Warning: Sketchy and Dishonest - My Custom Case Review

So, I just received an email from My Custom Case saying that my case has been shipped. I was so excited to finally get my hands on it! However, when I clicked on the tracking link, it told me that I needed to add cookies to my phone. I mean, come on, it's a brand new phone! I'm not going to mess with the settings just to track my package.

Frustrated, I decided to log into my account on their website. But guess what? It said that my email doesn't exist. Are you kidding me? I'm starting to regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. This company seems sketchy and dishonest. I wouldn't be surprised if they're scammers and frauds.

I decided to check my credit card statement just to be safe. Lo and behold, there's a foreign fee of $1.16 on there. What the heck is that? I have no idea. I'm going to have to call my bank tomorrow to sort it out.

Honestly, I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. I'll update my review once I actually receive my case, but for now, BEWARE!

My Custom Case Rockin' My Custom Case: Review of Phone Case & Charger Purchase

I've been rockin' my phone case from My Custom Case since way back in 2018, and let me tell ya, it's still lookin' fly as ever. I was thinkin' about gettin' another one, but I might be switchin' up my phone soon, so I decided to order some of their chargers instead. I got three of 'em, and they're supposed to work with a bunch of newer phones. I haven't gotten 'em yet, but if they're anything like my case, I'm gonna be one happy camper.

I did have a special request for one of the chargers - I wanted the cord to be in a different spot than usual. I made sure to leave a note when I placed my order, so hopefully they got the message. If not, I'll just hit up customer service and see if they can help me out. I actually talked to one of their reps before, and she was super nice and helpful. So I definitely recommend this company to anyone lookin' for a custom phone case or some chargers.

I'll make sure to come back and update this review once I get my chargers in the mail. I always read reviews before I buy anything, so I wanna make sure I'm helpin' out my fellow shoppers. Thanks for bein' awesome, Mycustomcase.com! Diane W. out in Surprise, AZ

My Custom Case Disappointing Experience with My Custom Case: Defective Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased a custom phone case for my iPhone from My Custom Case. The delivery was prompt, but unfortunately, the case was defective. The sides of the case were a different color than the front. I ordered a navy case, but the sides looked gray, almost like it had been faded by the sun. I was disappointed and contacted customer service for assistance.

When I reached out to customer service, I was asked to send pictures of the defective case. I did so, and was told that the pictures would be forwarded to their quality inspector. However, I had a feeling that I would be given the runaround. Huey, the customer service representative, explained that due to the heat transfer process, there could be a dappled effect on the case. He also said that my case wasn't "bad enough" to warrant a redo of the order. I was taken aback by this response. Who were they to say whether or not my case was "bad enough"? As a customer, I should be the one to decide whether or not I am satisfied with the product I purchased.

In the end, I decided to return the case and take my business elsewhere. I was disappointed that My Custom Case was not willing to work with me to resolve the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and work to make things right for their customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case with My Custom Case.

Overall, I would not recommend My Custom Case to others. There are plenty of other companies out there that make custom iPhone cases, and I will be taking my business to one of them in the future.

My Custom Case Disappointing Experience with My Custom Case: Poor Quality and Unfair Policies

So, I bought a case from My Custom Case less than a year ago and it's already in pretty bad shape. I reached out to customer service and they told me that their guarantee only lasts for 30 days, which is pretty ridiculous considering how much their cases cost. They did offer me a 40% discount on a new case, but I wasn't too happy about that.

When I went to buy a new case, I noticed that they were running a 35% off sale. I thought that was pretty unfair, since I had just bought a case from them at full price less than a year ago. I tried to bring it up with customer service, but they didn't seem to care at all.

The thing that really bothers me, though, is that there's no way to leave a review on their website. They only have a few positive reviews posted, and nothing negative. It makes me wonder if they're hiding something.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with My Custom Case. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

My Custom Case Disappointed with My Custom Case: Fading Picture Quality and Poor Customer Service

My first experience with My Custom Case was pretty great. I didn't have any issues with the case and the picture quality was amazing. However, this time around, I got my phone case back in September and I started to notice that the picture wasn't looking as nice about three months later. At first, I thought I was just imagining it, but over time, it got worse. So, I decided to message them about it.

Their reply was that they were sorry that I wasn't satisfied, but it was out of the one-month warranty. I mean, come on, of course it's out of the warranty, this wouldn't happen in just one month. But they didn't seem to care. On the other hand, I got a T-shirt from them for Christmas and the wording faded. The person who got it emailed the company and they are replacing it without any questions asked. We just sent a picture. It's a similar reason, but this company doesn't even ask to see a picture of the issue. Nope, I won't be ordering from them again. They have lost my business, and I will find a company that cares.

Oh, and did you know that they only post the positive reviews on their website? That's not cool. The second photo is my case now, and you can see how it has faded. It's shotty work, and I'm not happy about it.

My Custom Case Terrible Customer Service: Stay Away from This Company!

This company is the worst! I ordered an iPhone case and it came all messed up. It was chipped, blotchy, discolored, and had scratches all over it. I called customer service and they said they would replace it or give me a refund, but then they went ahead and reprinted the order without my permission. Can you believe that? They didn't even give me any options. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said I had to call back later. When I finally did, the supervisor was no help at all. She just offered me a measly 5% off my next order. What a joke! This company doesn't care about its customers at all. It's been almost two months and I still don't have a case I like. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They don't know the first thing about customer service. Stay away!

So, I was really excited to order a custom case for my mom's birthday from My Custom Case. But, it's been a whole month since I placed my order and still no case. I've called them a few times to check on the status, but every time I do, they give me some excuse. The latest one is that they don't have any cases to print on and they have no idea when they'll get more. I mean, seriously? How can a company that prints cases not know when they'll get more? It's really frustrating and disappointing. I wish I had gone with a different company. Don't waste your money on My Custom Case, they're not worth it.

So, I was really excited to get a new case for my iPad Pro from My Custom Case. But when it arrived, I was pretty disappointed to find out that it didn't fit around all the corners of my iPad. I was pretty bummed out, but I decided to give their customer service a call to see if they could help me out.

The person on the phone was really nice and asked me to send them some pictures of the issue. They said they would pass it onto quality control and get back to me as soon as possible. I was hopeful that they would be able to fix the problem and I could finally use my new case.

But almost two weeks went by and I still hadn't heard anything from them. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point. I mean, I had spent my hard-earned money on this case and it wasn't even working properly. I decided to give them one more chance and called customer service again.

This time, the person on the phone was a little less friendly and seemed annoyed that I was calling again. They told me that they were still working on the issue and that I would just have to be patient. I was pretty upset at this point and decided that I would never do business with My Custom Case again.

Overall, I would highly recommend that you don't purchase anything from this company. They don't seem to care about their customers and their products don't even work properly. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My Custom Case Personalized Phone Case Review: Great Quality, Helpful Customer Service, but Wrong Rubber Case

So, we bought a case from My Custom Case for my friend's birthday. The case had two parts, one personalized and the other was a rubber case that went over the phone. The personalized part was great, but the rubber case was for a different phone and case type. We were a bit disappointed and contacted customer care. They said that we must have ordered the wrong case, even though we repeated that it was for an iPhone 8 plus. However, they offered us a 50% discount on our next order.

Overall, we still recommend this company to anyone looking for a personalized phone case. The quality of the personalized part was great and the customer service was helpful, even though they made a mistake. So, I decided to order a custom case from My Custom Case. I was pretty excited about it, and I got a confirmation email after they approved my design. I was told that it had been shipped, but I waited and waited and it never arrived. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to call and check on the status of my order. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to couldn't tell me why it hadn't shipped yet. I had to call again to find out that the case I had selected was out of stock. What a bummer!

They did offer me the chance to switch to a canvas back case, but I wasn't sure about that. I mean, how would that even stay clean? And would it really protect my phone? I decided to just get a refund instead. Hopefully that goes smoothly, but we'll see. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience.

My Custom Case My Custom Case Review: Stunning Personalization, Disappointing Packaging

I recently checked out My Custom Case for my brand new iPad Mini 5. I had heard some great things about this company, so I decided to give it a try. I ended up getting a case with two pictures, one on the front and one on the back. The end result was absolutely stunning, but I was a bit disappointed with the way it was packaged. It came in a cheap cardboard box and was wrapped in brown paper. I mean, come on! For the price I paid, which was over $50, I was expecting a bit more.

Despite the packaging, I have to say that the product itself was worth the money. The pictures were clear and vibrant, and the case itself was very sturdy. I've dropped my iPad a few times since getting this case, and it has protected it perfectly. I also really appreciated the fact that I was able to customize it exactly how I wanted it.

I recently got myself a custom iPhone case from My Custom Case. I was really excited to have my own picture on my phone case. I uploaded the picture online and made sure to check it twice as there was a front and back version. However, when I received the case, only one side had the picture printed on it. I was really disappointed and immediately contacted their customer service.

To my surprise, they told me that it was my fault that I only uploaded half of the picture. I knew that this was not true as I had checked it twice. I was really frustrated with their response. They offered to do it again at a 50% discount. I mean, seriously? They couldn't do it right for the full price!

To make matters worse, they sent me two opportunities to give them a good rating. I was really annoyed with their customer service and the way they handled my issue. I expected better from a company that specializes in custom cases.

Overall, I would not recommend My Custom Case to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. If you want a custom case, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I remember ordering from My Custom Case about a year ago and everything went smoothly. However, my recent experience was not as great. I decided to order a case for my iPad and was informed that it would take 3-5 business days to ship. I kept checking the order status and it always said that it was shipping that day. I was getting a bit worried since it had been a few days and I hadn't received any updates.

I decided to reach out to their customer service through their live chat. They told me that they would contact the print vendor to see what was causing the delay. I waited for two days and never heard back from them. I was getting frustrated and decided to call them. When I spoke to someone on the phone, they told me that they never heard back from the print vendor.

I was disappointed with their service and asked for a refund. I hope that I get my money back soon. It's a shame that their service has gone downhill since my last order. I understand that things can happen, but I wish they were more transparent about the delay.

Update: I did receive the refund, which I am grateful for. However, I still wish that my experience with My Custom Case was better. I hope that they can improve their service in the future.

with My Custom Case.

I was really excited to order a custom case for my iPad from My Custom Case. I thought it would be a great way to show off my personality and make my device stand out. However, when I received my order, I was extremely disappointed. The case looked nothing like the picture I had ordered from, and it didn't even fit my iPad properly.

I was really upset that I had spent money on something that was supposed to be unique and personal, only to receive a product that was completely unsatisfactory. I felt like I had been cheated by this company. To make matters worse, there was no receipt or bill included with my order, so I couldn't even return it or get a refund.

Overall, I would not recommend My Custom Case to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves for providing such poor quality products and service. If you're looking for a custom case for your device, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

My Custom Case Disappointing Experience with My Custom Case: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order with My Custom Case on July 12th and paid for overnight shipping to receive it on July 13th. However, I was disappointed when my package did not arrive on time. I called their customer service number on the 13th and 14th to inquire about my package, but all they told me was to "be patient." They also promised to refund my shipping costs if my package did not arrive on the 15th.

Unfortunately, my package did not arrive on the 15th, so I called again on the 16th. This time, they told me to call UPS to find out where my package was. I was frustrated that they were not taking responsibility for the delay and instead blaming someone else.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with My Custom Case. It seems like they are just another company that takes your money and doesn't follow through on their promises. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

My Custom Case Disappointing Experience with mycustomcase.com: Fading Pictures and No Warranty Support

I recently made a purchase on mycustomcase.com for a phone case. The total cost came out to be 49.60 Canadian dollars on October 2nd, 2021. However, after only two months or so, the pictures on the outside of the case started to fade away. I wasn't sure how these pictures were supposed to last on the outside of the case, but I decided to reach out to the company anyway. I sent them a message along with a picture of the case towards the end of January.

Unfortunately, by that time, the warranty had already expired, so they couldn't do anything to help me. I was quite disappointed with the outcome, and I wish I had read the reviews on their website before making my purchase. I noticed that none of the reviews were rated higher than 3 stars, which made me regret my decision even more.

I ended up giving them a rating of 1 star, along with several other dissatisfied customers. If you're thinking about making a purchase from mycustomcase.com, I would strongly advise you to reconsider and look for another company with better customer satisfaction. It's not worth the risk of ending up with a faulty product and no support from the company.

My Custom Case order number: 3818072 (custom ipad case) never delivered

Order Number: 3818072 was never delivered. I had numerous email conversations with a Zachary R. who keeps telling me they are having trouble getting shipping information from their vendor. I ordered this case and the order email states that I could expect delivery on January 5, 2018.

The case was ordered to personalize and protect a brand new iPad Pro which I purchased for my wife as a Christmas present. She is a teacher. I wanted her to be able to take it to school with her January 8, 2018; we never received the case!

THERE IS NOW NO MORE EXCUSE THAT IS ACCEPTABLE! IT IS NOW JANUARY 15, 2018, AND I HAVE BEEN PATIENT FOR 10 DAYS - 10 DAYS!

COMPLAINTS THROUGH MULTIPLE AGENCIES ARE TODAY BEING FILED; AND I AM REQUESTING CRIMINAL ACTIONS FOR THEFT OF OUR FUNDS IN THAT THIS MERCHANT FAILED TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR REFUND MY MONEY! I WANT THE CASE!

My Custom Case Poor service!

My iPhone case I received from them looked like it was used by one hundred people before they ship it to me. For real. It had a lot of scratches all over its surface, and a tiny part of it was a little damaged. In short, it looked nothing like a new case.
They were notified in a minute.
Unfortunately, they offered nothing that could make me feel better. They just advised buying another case because their policies don't allow to exchange. Excuse me, but if you send sh&&ty products to people, you should take responsibility for this. I understand it's very convenient to hide and say you have nothing to do with this, then you just have to shut your business down.
