According to the website's policy, in the event of a failing grade, the student will be given back 50% of their payment.

So, I contacted the Admin of the website to discuss the matter. However, instead of helping me out, I received abusive emails and threats for seven days. It was a terrible experience, and I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. As soon as MyAssignmentHelp noticed that I had filed a complaint, they threatened to contact my University and expel me if I did not pay them an additional 100 USD.

The threats I received from MyAssignmentHelp were unacceptable. They even threatened my family and work, which was completely uncalled for. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with this company. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs.

I first contacted MAssignmentHelp early this year in March when I enrolled for a course. They charged me for the assignments but were not able to deliver on the requirements although I had provided complete instructions.

I had specific notes given to them and I also asked them to respond to specific questions and had also provided them with details on what page they would find the answers and were still unable to deliver the right outcome.

I raised a complaint and requested for a full refund because I was unable to clear any assessments and had to unenroll from my course.

I paid almost $2000 NZD on assignments with $3000 NZD being lost on my course as I had to unenroll.

I demand a full refund and compensation for the loss I suffered since I had to unenroll.

Please let me know the process that will need to be followed in order for me to receive a full refund

Hi there

I had prepaid for 6 assignments in total.

Where I am only given to attempts to submit my assignment to ensure I get marked as competent. I found the entire process time consuming and very tricky.

No value for money. I had to escalate my 1st request 3 times and eventually I didn’t get want I wanted for the assignment and was marked as incompetent so much for paying so much money.

As a result I have been asked to withdrawn my application because I have been deemed incompetent.

I am now hereby requesting a full refund of all the money paid upfront for my assignments because the second assignment I have paid for as well I have been marked as incompetent. Since I have been asked to withdrawn my application as being marked incompetent I will no longer need the assignments and I need the entire money refunded back to me because I won’t be allowed to complete my course because I score incompetent in 2 assignements submitted and completed by you so called experts.

I was charged for absolutely no service, I want my assignment to be completed on time but looks like it will never happen. Very bad. What a mess. I'm not going to use you anymore, so these actions with putting my money back into an electronic wallet on the website are pointless. Horrible...
Never risk your money. They are too lazy to give you what you paid for and will make you wait forever.
