peanut butter m&m bag
Hello, I bought a king size bag of M&Ms and I always throw 3 in my mouth at a time and suck on them first then chew well after about 4 handfuls chomped into a hard piece took it out of my mouth only to see it's a decent sized piece of plastic with threads on the side. Looks like maybe it had melted off of something and landed in the bag i so happened to purchase. I buy these m&ms on a weekly basis for a quick snack while working. Was very upset about chipping my lower partial which costed be a lot of money to buy eating one of my favorite things. I dont want to go about this thr wrong way I'm really hoping the m&ms will make this right.

My kids trick or treating brought home quite a few fun size bags of peanut M&m's. Eating one this evening there was a hard piece of plastic or ceramic piece inside. It didn't break my tooth, but I can't believe how big and hard it was and that my kids could have eaten it!
I contacted M&M's customer service this evening but their answering service said they will pass the information on

So we purchased the 42 oz of peanut m&m's and the whole bag was dull! They are usually shiny, and these did not have any shine! I know that shouldn't matter but they are not the same without the shine! I thought y'all changed them, well today my husband bought four boxes of the 3.10 oz peanut m&ms and they totally have the shine! Thank god y'all didn't change them!

I bought this package of M&M's and my granddaughter was eating them when she began to choke after getting this foreign object stuck in her throat that came out of this package of M&M's . I'm not sure what this is but I have attached pictures for you to see. I'm extremely upset over this for one I have no idea what this and two my granddaughter choked on it. I will be waiting for a response if I don't hear from someone I will be turning this over to an attorney.
coffee nut m&m
Today I purchased a share size of Coffee Nut M & Ms at the 7 Eleven I Allen Park Michigan. Some of the peanuts were Coconut not Coffee Nut. Lot number is 851ABTOP01 EXP 12/2019. Sounds like no big deal, however someone allergic to coconut may have had a severe reaction. I hate coconut and certainly did not like it. Thought I would bring this to your attention.
peanut m&m’s were nothing but crumbs
The bag of M&M's we just purchased was just crumbs. Everything was broken. We've had another bag like this before. Even the coating feels different. We always buy the party size . I've taken a photo and have attached it so you have the information. I've worked in a food manufacturing place before, so I know you'd like to know about this! We consume these on a regular basis, so we know the product WELL! 😁

1.74 oz bag peanut m&m's
On 9/17/2019 I purchased a 1.74 oz bag of peanut M&M's from our office vending machine and when I opened the package the candy inside looked like someone had stomped on the package. They were crushed. I have included a photo. So disappointing. I threw them in the trash. Needless to say, I was shocked by the quality of this product. Please check on this. The numbers by the date on the package look worn. This is concerning as well. I am seeking a refund of $1.00.

I previously sent an email to the place, so I'm resending it. I bought a pack of M&ms peanut today from the Tesco's in catford. I ate most and they were fine but the last M&m I put in my mouth had a very horrid taste almost like the smell of faeces, it was so bad I convinced myself it was actual faeces and spat it out back in the packet and immediately rinsed my mouth to get rid of the taste. I've had an M&m taste like that in my life, it was a horrible experience and wanted to notify you. I would hope to never buy something like that again. (In the photo is the M&m I spat out, it's not clear sorry).

Dear Sirs
I was eating a pack of MnMs when I bit into a hard object which has caused my bridge to come loose and nearly broke my teeth. It felt as if I had bitten into a stone. On inspection the object seems to be a build up of the hard shell that surrounds MnMs and clearly shows that it's build up signals the machines not be cleaned well enough.
The object has lines of red and a pinch going through it. I have read other complaints on here and can see other people have photographed the same type of object but with different colours. I do need to know what you will do to fix this as I'm really traumatised by this.

I love my plain M&M's i am never without them but last night I was eating them and I went to chew and bit on something hard it did not break tooth but it could have its larger than an M&M it's green like a green M&M hard like plastic or over hardened wax. I went through that and found a few more i have them still if you need pictures. These can break teeth and cause a child to choke please recall. Bought at walmart a few days ago. I love Peanut M&M and I eat them often but this particular pack has most M&M without peanut. In some there are peanuts but they are extremely small and Ido not get the taste of it at all. I have had this issue past few times but I never reported and thought it must just a coincident.. but looks like a persistent thing.
I don't want refund but appreciate replacement.

Why can M&m company produce a sugar free product. I love the pea bot M&M and the rest of the products. Yes you have some other products but I dislike them. Do you realize how many diabetics are out here. Please look into this we visited the plant in Hershey and they had nothing in the store. milk chocolate m&m's
I purchased a standard pack (1.69oz.) of Milk Chocolate M&M's and they seem to have a chalky dry flavor compared to the usual taste. There is no texture to the chocalatey filling and it just falls apart. The best before date is 01/2020 and the number below this date is 905BSCLV02. Just wanted to give feedback as it appears there is something wrong or outdated with this package.
I recently purchased a bag of fun size m&ms to put in candy bags for a party and there was a bag with no candy in them it was a open bag with one m&m in the bag at the corner and the one that was empty was a milk chocolate the loose one was a peanut m&m that was a bit odd a great inconvenience

Hi I bought some m&m''s but after suckling on them till soft I chewed them and an object in the packet has broken the top off my front tooth. I looked for an identifying number on the packet but there does not appear to be one. I have attached some photos of the object I am very upset about it being my front tooth. If you require any more photos I am more than happy to send them.

snack size peanut m&m
I opened a snack size bag of peanut M&Ms and there was one with a small hole, possibly made from an insect of some sort. I took photos of the packaging and the M&M. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in your product. I have eaten your products my whole life and have to seriously reconsider continuing. Oh my god I am so pissed. Firstly I have been calling tge company as soon as I placed the order and noone is w up. Now they will deliver in 5 days and I won't be able to cancel, thats violation of right to choice as a customer. Secondly on the bill it said 143$ and I have been charged 198$. Thats outrageous for a bag of chocolates! I have sent emails too. I really hope they refund my money back because I am going to take strict action!

I bought a share bag of regular m&m at a Home Depot in Pennsylvania an I opened the bag when me an my 4 year old daughter got in the car An I poured some out in her bowl An there was a mouth size blue ROCK in the bag she could have eaten it! Who knows what could have happened I'm thankful enough I found it before anything tragically happened to my 4 year old daughter !

I found what it felt like a tock in my m&ms. I am not happy brought quite a few packs and in one of them was this(shown in photos) and it nearly broke my teeth I have a chip in them i am lucky I am on benifits otherwise would have coated me to get my teeth looked at if there is anything you can do please let me know and at the bottom is my email.

Yesterday I bought a bag of M&Ms and today the 22nd when I opened it I discovered at least one M&M that was old and moldy. I do not dare to eat the others, as I do not know if they also could be old. The date of the package has not expired (can provide more pictures if needed).
I would like to request a refund, and would like to know how it works.
I also wanted to inform about the issue.
