MyAirTicket.com Tickets canceled due to corona

Show need travelgenio I made a Reservation on this site and the flight to Korea was cancelled because of Coronavirus.
And they said I have to get a refund from where I bought my tickets.
So I'd like to get a refund of all my flights. I only have a week left to get back to Korea so hope you help with this for me as soon as you can. Thank you so much.

MyAirTicket.com ticket cancelled by informing the passenger

I bought a ticket for travelling from JED to RUH on 03/08/2018 21.00 Booking Ref: WUIO7P and return flight on 05/08/2018 RUH to JED 08.00AM Ref: JPWG6G and both ticket confirmed by Saudi airlines, we received the conformation email also.

Then today morning i go to the airport in Riyadh, the staff said that the ticket is cancelled and i check with my mobile, there is no ticket

How could it happen?

we didn't receive and SMS/Email for Cancellation

we didn't cancel the ticket and i check with the Ref. no WUIO7P it's showing on the flight scheduled in evening 16:00

i have to come to Jeddah for an urgent meeting 05/08/2018 on 11:00AM and it's a big meeting for my business and my carrier, it Lost by Saudi Airlines

Finally i purchased a new ticket for travelling 05/08/2018 at 10:00AM

This is the first Experience in my life travelling to Saudi airlines and i use to travel always in Saudi airlines and i have good track in AlFursan also, I purchased a ticket for traveling in PORT SUDAN for the this week (07/08/2018)

It's been a personal insult happened by Saudi Airlines

I need to refund the ticket amount and compensation for the inconvenience happened by Saudi Airlines.

MyAirTicket.com Bad Delivery of Tickets and Overcharging Quote for Change in Tickets

I am based in Mumbai and booked 2 return tickets from Mumbai to Houston in July 2015 for travel in Oct 2015. I made full payment on booking and despite constant follow up, they only gave vague assurances. The assurances ranging from del;ivery by evening to within next few days. Most worrysome was that the same person will never attend to you. I had a distinct feeling that they always assume a new name while dealing with customers who had made payment, so as to make new commitments.
Since there was no sign of tickets, I travelled all the way from Mumbai to Chandigarh thus negating any savings, I may have made in ticket price. I had to stage a tharna / demonstration in their office and threatened to hold a demonstration in the mail lobby of building when they somehow issued a ticket.
While in US, I wanted to make a small change in my itinerrary. Initial itineraray was ex Houston 3rd April- Istanbul. Halt at Istanbul from 4th till 10th April and depart from Istanbul on 10th April. When I tried to contact the company on phone or through email or online chat, I realised that the company is probably shut.
I had personal phone no of one Mr Kamal, who was working with this company. He claimed that he has left the company, however he offered to help with chanage in travel dates and demanded USD 380 to be remitted to his personal account.
However when I approached Turkish AIrline directly for change in travel dates, they changed it for only USD 80/-
My experience has been extremely bad but luckily, I got the tickets, even though I had to travel to Chandigarh and fortunately I did not pay Mr Kamal in his personal account.
It appears to be afraudulent company only.

MyAirTicket.com Fraud, arrogant, cheats and need to be put behind bars soon

This complaint almost mirrors every other comment and complaint on this forum. This company is a fraud and a bunch of trained cheats all trained to perfection in providing false commitments over email and over phone. The sales department is intentionally de-linked from the post-sales department for effective fleecing and creating mis communications

I personally must have had 30+ hours of phone conversations over the period of 1.5 months from the time they first booked the ticket till now and about 30 to 40 email correspondences.

To note-This is the second time they have done this first to me in December and then to my parents. For sake of brevity I have retained this comment to only the second incident where they did not issue the tickets at all and are delaying the refund beyond their "policy"

This incident is the booking of 2 tickets from Bangalore to Durham for the 12th of August. The tickets were for my parents and they were coming here for a social engagement.

Anmol of Myairticket, was the sales correspondent and Mohit Bhandari his supervisor both expert scam artists like everyone else in the company. Anmol gave both a written and mail correspondences as below

On the day of the travel tickets never came and when I stayed awake th whole night of 12th (Am in the US) and requested for an alternate arrangement they issued a fake itinerary again. Ultimately even after waiting for a week after the travel date of 12th, they never issued an alternate ticket. One representative by name Vikas ( post sales department) had the audacity to say its a student season and we are first prioritizing their tickets before your parents, since your parents can wait( Mind you, this is after the travel date of 12th). Not only that this is audacious and arrogant, my parents had to come here for a social engagement and hence were time bound. Another representative(Aman) mentioned that ticket prices are too high and hence they cannot make any alternate arrangements till October.

We went ahead and booked alternate tickets paying almost twice as much as we had budgeted for may parents to come here. We then requested for the refund, but even this has not happened. We are not sure what there plans are and of course their lack of response continues.

Am taking this effort to ensure that this complaint reaches the world through every forum and does everything possible for them to take commensurate and satisfactory action. I have already posted this comment on the NRI and PIO community in the US to ensure that there main source of revenue is curtailed.

For the viewers of the forum I am fine if you would want to contact me for more information or proof of how this company cheats. Please don't book with them and lets join together in ensuring that companies like this are prosecuted if they fail to take action and are not responsible for consumer satisfaction.

You might just copy paste your response on this comment as you have done on every other but proofs are proofs and if you dont behave you will see how this moves forward, and I can ensure you it will pain. So please take an action.

I purchased ticket on 15-may-2018 and I got the confirmation mail from citybookers, also they deducted the amount and I got the pnr(J8367N) and booking number(CB2036389). But ticket status on the airline website was showing on hold "pending payment". I tried and tired calling citybookers toll free number...

100000% fraud ... do get in touch with cybercrime ... I am in the process of filing an FIR ... my refund is stuck & tickets as committed were never booked...also if u have contact with press ... put an article/details for this. This may create some awareness & impact such fraudulent activites. They are not a direct / registered agency.. seems r traders ... findout how / using which set up booking is done & highlight this setup in travel agent association. THIS will encourage deactivation / seperation with this fraudulent team & they will not have any partner to support.

MyAirTicket.com Cheats and fraud

My airticket pvt ltd is actually a company in chandigarh eventhough they have usa and cannada phone numbers however all calls will be routed to india.
First they will take the full money later they show reservation on the particular airline which will remain there for 2 days.They will issue a fake airline ticket which might show on the airline web site later after couple of day it won't exist in case you notice it and inform the so called call boys thet will say "don't worry sir all will be fine and we will issue tickets 2 days prior the flight"
They will pull you till the last day and never issue you the tickets then they will ask you if can take for another day since the suppliers cannot arrange ticket right now.If required we will refund in 4-6 weeks.
However they may never pay the money.

MyAirTicket.com Fraud

My family recently booked tickets with this agency 1 month ago for a trip to North America. They took full payment in advance and kept delaying the issue of tickets. Their list of excuses never ended and kept saying that the supplier is delaying the issue of tickets. Everyday we would call them and they would tell us exactly this - " Ma'am yeh date pe to pakka mil jayega" (Ma'am you will definitely get tickets by this date).
They did not bother following up with us at all and everytime we would call they would put on hold for a minimum 20 minutes. If they told us tickets were confirmed then what was delaying the issuing of tickets? They make promises that tickets will be issued within 7 working days but its all fake.
This situation got worse when 7-8 hours before our flight, they tell us they cannot confirm our tickets and we should reschedule.
However, after numerous phone calls they did issue tickets but when we reached the airport, the airport staff informed us that the tickets are cancelled tickets. The MyAirTicket staff pathetic and all they cared about was running home as their shifts ended.
They kept asking for 5 minutes with no positive response.
I wish i had done a background check before hiring this fraud agency.
It was nothing less than a mental trauma.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH MYAIRTICKET EVER NO MATTER WHATEVER PROMISES THEY MAKE. It is nothing but a scam and fraud.

Even after so many complaints, why this company is still open for business. Is india so corrupt and inneficient that such a fraud can still
