Unfortunately, my account was deleted and I didn't receive a refund for my payment. I sent over four emails to their customer service, but they still haven't responded to me yet.

Late one night I created an account, filled my profile with the basic questionnaire they were asking (age, weight, height, education, etc), upload a picture showing only my head/face, verified my email, and just logged off and went to bed. That's it; I didn't do anything else. The next morning I kept getting email notifications (5-10 total) from their website of supposedly "users" who had "sent" me "messages" (sure...). Fast forward another 12 hours. I tried to log back in for the first time since the time I had created my account. To my dismay, I was greeted with the message: "Account suspended".

...wait what?! Suspended?

The "account suspended" window was demanding a picture of drivers license or passport(!) to verify that I am not a fake account.

Fine. I bit my tongue and just uploaded a picture of my drivers license after redacting sensitive information to show that, yes, I'm real and that is my account and yes, that is my picture, and yes I do live in the stated city. The window displayed a message saying that they'll "review" and get back to me within 48 hours. 48 hours... just to look at a picture. I waited 48 hours during the work week. Nothing happened. I tried to log back in after 48 hours and was greeted with "account permanently terminated".

They are thieves and crooks using a site to steal users' personal information.

I have requested premium service cancellation less than 12 hours since subscription.

I told them I'm unhappy with the service and need my refund that's all.

They kept sending me messages from their fake accounts and told me you used our service by reading the emails.

That's a joke! Hiw can I know to like or dislike a service by not using it?

Hi I went on this site 14 months ago was in a hostel never been on date app before, could tell it was dodgy somebody by name of Jay from Birmingham UK contacted me, after cpl conversations slammed phone me. Thinking its done I realised I was being watched instinct n way my phone was acting also this bloke knew me movements even what I was wearing strange. This man hacked 5 my devices still on them, changed my phone wich was brand new traumatised me abused me violated me n is still on my other devices n my friends devices tried telling police they weren't Intrested then I paid 180 3 months ago to catch this vermin n failed I'm distraught angry n want to expose this vile site everybody on there is fake with fake profiles n pics out to scam you for money or sex I've had 800 asking for those requests I want help get my money bk n my 5 devices replaced plz help me

She call me on an app call timo when I was in my room naked she too was naked after the video call she texted back and said to me I am not woman am a man. She wanna blackmail me and take money from me. If not he is going to upload my video to the social media site. Am report this issue to the management of Muslima.com to find out who is this person. This application i used many days and deleted due to fake accounts in it. Although i am muslim, i thought to get a match for my life partner. But tons of fake accounts in it. After that people asking money to send to their account. Then i guess what is this. I wont say those people will be real. I am sure this application admin of muslima.com them self is asking it.

A humble request for u people kindly check to them before many people will lost their money. I was not stupid so i did not transfer but i am complaining to you people to save others.
