My husband Kimberly Stubbs is having nearly $85 on the first of every month taken out of his credit card account and he has never subscribed to Music611.com which is the company taking the money and unfortunately we don't know there address.
This has been ongoing since the first of June 2021, in total we have lost $499.89. How do we go about getting the amount back?

I have never subscribed to your website, yet you've managed to get my card details and help yourself to my money for the past six months. Please stop and refund my money. Are you aligned with Fastplayz and Sevanweb? All three of these companies began taking money from my account in January 2021. You can see on the one photo I have attached the charge for what I believe is a fraudulent subscription. I can provide more copies of my bank statements in full, but as I don't trust that it will go to the right place, I'll wait for your response.

Dear sir why you take my mony in my stc debitcard

a credit card that I have has been debited for an amount of $77.69 Australian the credit card ending in either 3939 or 8849 for a subscription that I did not agree to.
I am 73 years of age and I may have inadvertently pushed the wrong button to get rid of spam mail.
I request a cancellation and my money refunded, it's hard enough to live on the meagre amount I have, this will cause a lot of hardship to my frail body and mind.
I have a number on my statement which is [protected] to which I have no idea what it pertains to

I was charged $49.95 for music 611. I have never seen nor heard of it and do not need nor want it. This charge was unauthorized and I do not know what it is.

An amount of 77.95 was debited out of my account without my authorisation. Any money that has been debited out of my account from this scam must be placed back into my account right away. This subscription must be cancelled right away.

I cancel my subscription and suddenly this company withdrew jod 36.527 from my credit card without authorisation on 25/2/2021

I did not sign up for any such service. I have been fraudulently charged, on Oct 2, $68.92 Cdn from my account. I need this money back. Following is pasted from my bank statement:

This company Music611.com take money 200 dollars from my credit card from may till august and more .

I clicked on an ad through Facebook believing that it was a free service. Only to find out that wasn't the case after they charged me 2 payments upfront of just over $2. A couple weeks later which is today they had taken out another $73.71. I have looked them up and can't seem to find a number.
I want my money back but the bank says try to get it back from them. But with no contact number it's impossible.

On 26/05/2019 this company withdrew $72.62 from my credit card without authorisation. I have never used this company for any transaction and request they refund this money. I will now remove my credit card details from Pay Pal as reading other comments re this company I believe Pay Pal Account information is no longer secure. I mhave looked at Music611.com and it has shown up as a scam. There has been a number of complaints posted which suggest they have gained access to Pay Pal Account information. This is obviously a scam.
