Mr. Tire - mr. tire damaged my car after a tire patch and oil change service. the car is not operable

On July 8, 2019 I had an appointment for an oil change and tire patch at 3:00 pm. David Fields the store manager completed the service request which included a full synthetic oil change, tire patch with tire rotation. Richard Dreves was the tech that worked on my car. At 4:44pm my car was parked in front of the store ready. I paid $99.69. I heard a weird noise as soon as I turned on my car in park but thought maybe it's fine. I put it in drive and as soon as I accelerated my car was shaking and making this loud noise. I immediately turned back I to Mr. Tire and let the store manager know that something was wrong with my car. The tech, put my car up and was pulling at the tires and said that they were on ok. He said he did everything on the sheet and that he just patched the back tire. I said wait so you didn't even rotate the tires? He said it wasn't on the paperwork. I said it was on my receipt. He called the lead technician over who discovered that they put too much oil in my car. He said he was going to flush out a little and that should fix it. He ended up flushing the entire thing and refilled the oil to the "appropriate" level. He turned on the car and I still heard a humming noise. He claimed it was just the engine. We took it for a test drive and the vehicle was still shaking and had a loud noise. He did he didn't think it was the engine that it may be the transmission. I said well what are you guys going to do to fix it? He said he had to talk to his boss, which was the store manager, David Fields. Mr. Fields without saying anything to me just pulled out a hardly readable shop vehicle accident report and filled it out. He faxed it and continue his other business. I said what are you going to do? I don't have a car that I can drive. He said he just has to wait for the district manager to call him to tell him what to do. I said how am I supposed to get home and get to work. He said I don't know. I called customer service and spoke with Alex. He said that they would take care of it. He put me on hold and said the district manager will call the store. I said well when because I've been waiting for that call and it hasn't come. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said none of them were in the office. He said that I would have to figure out a way to get home. I said that's it? No rental? Nothing you can do? He said no, you just have to wait. I've now been waiting over 48 hours and no one has called me back to tell me where my car is or offered any resolution! I've left messages for the supervisor in customer service Kyle Peterson. I have left messages for ms. Mary Nasie the supervisor in risk management and still have not gotten calls back. This is no way to go duct business! I will file suit against the company for damages!
