I had brake work done in the past and I was exepencining a sound from my brakes. I called and made an appointment to ave them looked at. t
The sale persons came and got me and told me it would be $925.00, This was the estimate ( this is noted on the invoice, estimate # 356376, which I did not see a copy of). I said wait I'm going to make a call. I came back to the counter and said no. I was told that my car was unsafe to drive and the would not let me have it. They had taken the the brakes appart and the car at this time was not drivable. I protested saying I did not authorize the work. They, the original sales person and another, said the car had to be parked it could not be driven that they were lible if something happened. I feel I was pressued, No I was pressures to have some of the repairs done. They could have looked at the brakes before removing them and given me a price. I'll be willing to for 2/3 of what they charged me, $659 X .66 = $434.94. Refund my Drive card $224.06. This stote has in the past treated me OK but this time NOT.

Brake Line Replacement
4/9/2021, 1312 South Main Street Mt. Airy, MD 21771 Mr. Tire Location; they replaced brakes on our 2011 Expedition and falsely stated on the ticket for repairs that we were advised of a brake line on the front of our vehicle needed to be replaced that we were advised and declined the replacement. On 4/28/2021, we were traveling back from Ocean City Maryland in the Kent Island, MD area when our brakes locked up and caught fire on the driver's side. They refused to help us with the towing, charged us additional money to fix the problem they created to begin with. The management was incredibly rude, hostile and refused to take responsibility as they kept relying on a call informing us of the brake line needing to replaced, which did NOT happen. They marked on the sheet declined, when it was never brought to our attention. We would have never allowed brake line to not be replaced on a 2011 vehicle when brakes were replaced if there was a problem.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of Tow Bill, Address the staffing and management running this center and provide us a refund for the repairs made on 4/29/2021

My inspection sticker was ripped off my vehicle before I was even notified of any issues on my car that would not pass inspection! Was forced to drive off the property without a sticker because I refused for work to be done there as I do my own repairs on my car. So I have a 2019 Ford Focus, and I took it in for two tires, emission and inspection. They would not pass the car because they said the rotors were bad. Once again 2019 car. In August of last year I took my 2012 Hydundi Genesis to your 2315 Davis Drive Cary NC location to get a routine oil change. A few weeks later I noticed a large amount of oil in my driveway. I called Mr. Tire and was told to bring my car back. Once I took the car back to Mr. Tire I was told the oil cap was not put back on correctly after my recent oil change. The service man told me that he tighten the cap and put more oil back into my car. My family patronzie Mr. Tire, we took all our vehicles for regular maintance.in November I had to take my car to another trusted Automotive shop for an oil change because Mr. Tire was too far from my new work location. Once I took my car to this shop, I was took that there was no oil in my car. My car was knocking and shaking was it was determined that my engine was damaged. I called Mr. Tire to explain to what happen, they told me to bring the car to them. I had to drive over an hour with my car knocking and shaking. Once I got the car to Mr. Tire, they examined the vehicle and determine that it would be turned over to their insurance. I had the car towed to Hyundai shop where it was determined that my engine was gone due to my car had having any oil in it. Your insurance company, Travlers would not pay for the damage done to my car, stating Mr. Tire was not liable. This is a lie because had they put oil back into my car everyting would have been fine. I never had any issues with my car before this poor service. Now I am out of a car because negligence of Mr. Tire
