Mr. TaillightTook money, didn't send headlights

I ordered headlights in June and forgot to pay the shipping. Went in and paid for the shipping but have not received the lights. Can not get ahold of them by phone, they don't answer. Have e-mailed several times and they don't respond. Have put bad reviews on the web site and they delete them. Don't know what else to do. Filed a complaint with Pay-Pal and it went no where. Am at wits end. This company is bad.

    this is a bedside i bought at mrtallight see the gap that sticks out from the bed and the cab. they did not have it together right when they welded it at the factory and there's know way to fix it. but anyway i took this bed off painted it did the hole truck and when i put it back on the bed stuck out from the cab about an inch an a half. steve mrtaillight tells me he wont pay to have it fixed because i should have test fitted it. look at the gap in the second pair of taillights i got. and now i told him i wanted the rest of the parts that i paid for and have not got yet canceled . and i want my money back. he wont even give my money back for that. i took pictures of both sides of the truck to show what the different s is
