Mr Price Group / MRP — delivery service /
An order was placed on the Mr Price App on Monday (30/09/2019), updates are usually received to confirm the status of the order but this never happened.
The App promises delivery by 03/10/2019 as this is an express delivery service option.
I have called the MRP Customer Service department and after holding on for more than 11 minutes I am no where closer to receiving my package as promised tomorrow the 3rd.
I am now told it will only be delivered on Friday (04/10/2019) or Monday (07/10/2019), so what is the point of express orders?
The agent was also not helpful just verbatim in saying "as I said mam the order is being processed"..
Distasteful service, an unhappy client and rather disappointed with this as this order was needed for Friday morning as I have a function to attend.
