To whom it may concern,

Firstly I admit wholeheartedly that my accounts is in arrears. I have acknowledged this on more than one occassion. However I have brought it to your attention on more than one occasion that only 10% of your calls are successful in terms of actual connection.

The other 90% of the time i stand saying"hello, hello, hello, hello" like a fool, until the call gets disconnected. This has lead to much frustration and embarassment to the point where i have installed "truecaller" to block all of these unconnected calls.

Yesterday 5 December 2018 i received 138 calls from your call centre. This is UPSETTING my business as the phone is constantly beeping while i am on calls to clients and of course there is massive battery drain on my cellphone.

If i owed Mr Price Group thousands of rands i could understand this relentless senseless waste of money. However my last record show that it is a mere R240.07 outstanding.

Please call off your hounds.
