I recently had my oil changed at1850 Robertson Rd, Nepean, and I couldn't be happier with the service, especially thanks to Rafael. He not only got the job done quickly but also took the time to check under the car and inspect all the fluid levels. Rafael even noticed a potential leak and recommended getting the timing belt changed soon for better performance and safety. I really appreciate his attention to detail and helpful suggestions. Overall, Rafael's professionalism and thoroughness made my experience at Mr. Lube top-notch, and I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs. Huge thanks to Rafael and the team!

On Jan 22 2024 I called Mr Lube and they told me 135 dollars for my oil change. When I get there they changed my price too 179.99 plus tax. Came out too 220 dollars for an oil change. WTF? I have never paid this kind of money unless the dealership was doing my oil change. I told them they are charging me dealership rates. Then they had enough nerve to tell me I need a transmission flush for 285 dollars. Are they crazy? I want some answers as to why they charged me dealership fees. I believe if you want too make this right for me, change my transmission fluid flush for free please. You definitely over charged me doing my oil change. Help me and fix this issue you did to me. I was scammed by Mr lube because they charged me dealership fees.

As a loyal customer I took my crv for transmission fluid change. I called them over the phone they mention me it is between 100 to 200$, when I took them they showed 360$ plus tax and final bill was 418$. Wile Mr lube kitchener quoted me 260 plus tax while honda said it is 160 plus tax. They said they showed me price and I agree.! While how come other location not charging that much money for same services.

I visited Mr. Lube store 250 in Mississauga on April 26, 2023 to do oil change for my car and end up doing multiple maintenance works based on their recommendations. The next day I experienced leakage from my car where I visited the same store to inspect but they fail or plan to fail to discover the source of leakage to avoid liability and accountability, then I decided to take my car to Peel Chrysler lakeshore where they discovered the source of leakage and fix it. I lost trust in Mr. Lube quality of services and customer satisfaction policy and procedure

Oil change at Sivercreek-Willow in Guelph. Filter improperly installed. Drove the 1 km home. parked overnight. Started car 5:30 sounded like nuts and bolts in a dryer. Shut it off. Came out at when it was light. Huge puddle of oil. Phoned Mr. Lube. Guy came right away replaced filter and topped it up. Said I'd lost half in parking lot. Property manager sent Five Star Cleaning to clean it up. Took the bill to Mr. Lube when I received it with instruction it had to be paid by Nov, 1. M.F. Property Management has not received payment. It goes on my condo fees. $1016.93. I have photos of the damage. Could you please look into this. I'm not impressed with my treatment.1016.93

I been be there west drive Brampton location. I was ripped off $330/ for changing the differential oil of my Lexus rx350 which was not required at all,which later I confirmed from my dealership Don Vally Lexus . Earlier to that I was ripped off $79.99 for undercoating, that top was required as it was done by the dealership which lasts up to 5 years. I complained to their head office & wasted lot of time bout of no use. I highly recommend not to go at this location.

I went in for an oil change on October 16 and without any discussion of what oil package I wanted, they charged me for the most expensive, without my consent. They told me all of my brakes were totally gone and the car was dangerous to drive and quoted me a price of $1200. He stated a few times that the car was too dangerous to drive. I took my car to OK Tire today to have my brakes checked and found out that they are at 70% front and 60% rear and are in great shape. Mr Lube is scamming customers. This is fraud

I went for an oil change at the London Ont. location corner of Wellington St and Commissioners Rd E. at 664 Commissioners Rd East. I was charged way to much. When I asked for a receipt I was not given one and was told one would come by email. When I received my invoice by email it showed I was charged for a OEM oil filter that I did not ask for and was not informed of by the attendant. I have always been okay with the filter that comes included with the package at 64.99. When I called to ask why. I was told no managers were on duty. Then a supervisor told me that all the managers were on vacation and none of them would be back for 2 or 3 weeks. I asked for a refund of the $20.00 plus tax since it was not discussed with me and I would have declined the OEM filter had it been discussed, The supervisor just started laughing and said okay buddy you have a good day in a snotty tone.

I was in the st annes street location today to have my 2005 dodge cummins deisel oil change

I sat in the bay the attendant was some what confused i sat for 45 minutes then as the tenant was putting oil in the supervisor noticed he was putting in suthetic oil 8 littres he stoped and asked if i wanted sythetic i said no

They then said to drain the oil i asked how much more was synthetic he he said 70 dollars i offered to pay 20 mpre as i was already running late he said he would ratjer dump it ... that felt like being spit in the face

I have been a customer for yrs im 61 yrs old and i dont feel that was a gpod call

On Sept 3 / 23 I went to the Mr Lube on St Anne’s and Fermore in Winnipeg I have the receipt to prove things Where do I start , they lie so much

First I seen a sign for synthetic oil change 79.00 and he said it is Midas not them So I said maybe I go to Midas then , he said we will match. I had also asked if they had other oil and he said only synthetic oil So I told him go ahead then Once finish now he charge me 106$ plus tax so 120$. I was in a hurry so I did not argue to long Just wouldn’t go back now They also claimed to have topped up my windshield washer but it is still empty, they said power steering fuild is good but it is almost empty, they said tire pressure is good but they are all in the low 20’s I can go on with their lies This company will not get to many repeat customer treating them with lies Now I don’t trust they even put synthetic oil or change my filter. They can’t be trusted at all
