Mozilla firefox is allowing access points for illegal official eavesdropping and hacking of users private data...

Firefox is allowing access points for illegal official eavesdropping and hacking of users private data...

I am a user of firefox and also, a person very knowledgeable about internet security and computer science. It is clear as day what is going on here and because this security breach is being done by the Mozilla firefox company, it supercedes any malware protections a person might try to utilize to stop hacking and other forms of breaching.

I for one, have contacted the current administration to try to get this manner investigated in a new way. It is not a foreign entity or a private black hat hacker; it is MOZILLA allowing data to be accessed illegally for nefarious purposes and I WANT IT TO BE STOPPED NOW! For me and everyone who uses Firefox and believes their information is safe and protected.

Mozilla abuse of corporate position and abuse of email privilege

I recently received an unbelievably stupid email from Mozilla, specifically Chris Beard. He comes across as someone too misguided to be running a responsible corporation such as Mozilla.

Obviously oblivious to political realities, he abused his powers and assumed I had an interest his position on the temporary ban on travel from 7 countries. I have been a Firefox user for quite some time, have contributed to the Mozilla Foundation on occasion, and resent receiving such an inane commentary that was unsolicited.

It is apparent from Mr. Beard's descriptions that I am not a Mozilla "believer" and now feel compelled to react in the only fashion left to me (I don't have am open access to millions of my product Users like Mr. Beard) and I choose to abandon Mozilla products.

Mozilla firefox web browser

This piece of # browser works worse and worse every day, now its crashing, and freezing up, and wont reload when I close it out - it keeps telling me there is another version running - to close that version out first - - the problem there is no other #ng version running..!

Or the page freezes up, no icons work, cant close anything, so I have to use windows task manager to close it, then I get more of the same problem that is mentioned above, and it takes 15 min to 30 min to get it working again!?!?!

What the # is going on? I dont want to go back to using google chrome!

I just want a web browser that works good, and now firefox is working worse than google chrome when I left using google chrome over two years ago..

Fix it or i'm history..

And why is there so many adobe flash player problems now too?

Mozilla mozilla firefox

Mozilla fire fox gets crappier and crappier over time 2 yrs or more I got rid of google because it would crash having 3 or 4 tabs open, now firefox is doing it constantly too - I try to close a tab and all the tabs crash then all of the tabs have to reload after the crash.. I keep getting the message mozilla fire fox (Fire fox not responding) what's up with that? 2 or 3 yrs ago when I switched over I could have 10 pages open and as many as 10 to 20 tabs open per page like I was able to do on google 5 yrs ago then it got worse and worse until google would crash with one or 2 pages open with only 2 or 3 tabs per page open — and now firefox is doing the same thing too... And I keep my cookies cleared and have plenty of memory - and I have the fastest home internet plan available from comcast and even bought a high speed modem so I no longer have probles streaming video off of netflix - so internet speed is not the issue here - firefox is! I know its not my computer or my internet, so what gives?.. It just seems that over time all the internet browsers get crappier and crappier, just like you tube, everytime they think they are making it better it gets crappier — like the coders. Programmers have nothing better to do to occupy themselves with so they make things worse, i've seen it with almost all web sites, browsers, etc you name it — if it aint f'n'ing broken, leave it the f alone! It's obvious to me that these programmers/ coders are not users of the sites they build or they wouldn't make things worse, and more and more user unfriendly!
Also trying to save bookmarks - bookmarks used to work so much better a year or so ago - but never as good as google. Now for the last maybe year? They are really f'd up, the book mark saves to where ever it damn well pleases, I try to put it into a specific folder and it just goes where ever it wants, I constantly have to hit the book mark tab again and "edit" it and save it to the folder I want to save it in.. Plus it closes way too fast.. If I dont find the respective folder I want to put it in in time, it just closes and I have to do it again, and besides that at one time years ago, I could place a book marks into several different folders like google used to let me, then close it, now I have to hit the bookmark for every separate folder I want to put it into - what a time waster!
Just like google your browser gets worse and worse all the time! And now it crashes more than ever just like google did 2 or 3 yrs ago! And why I left using google.. Now I feel like I have to leave fire fox.
And also why when I close a page - not a tab - if several pages are open they all close when I close just one.. Fire fox has done this since the beginning of having it, google never did that, or if I have to use windows task manager to close a page that has stopped working or stopped responding, then all the pages close even though I only selected one to close, google never did that either, so then I get the stupid ooops page 20 times a day! And have to reload them all over again.. It must happen 20 or more times a day! Wtf is going on! Pleeeeze get your user unfriendly slow arsed firefox shyte together! And put it back to they way it used to work 3 or 4 yrs ago.. Because now it just gets slower and slower and works worse and worse..

Mozilla firefox

brand new hard drives. installed firefox and then installed kaspersky total right behind it. firefox would not let me connect to comcast mail afterward. i'm about to s**t in a box and mail it to mozilla just so they can compare my t**d to their browser. firefox used to be the way to go at one time but has been getting progressively worse over the years. personally i think my t**d might be the better option for surfing the web.

Mozilla yahoo mail

Secure connection failed is the message I now get every time I try to access my mail on yahoo. I contacted yahoo, no solution. I tried to contact firefox, guess what? Secure connection failed.
Has been weeks with no connection... Unless I go to another isp... Voila I get my mail immediately.
Mozilla firefox is routinely not responding when attempts to load websites.
I now have attempted to use google chrome, and guess what... Secure connection failed.
Really? New laptop, windows 10, everything else operating just fine.

Mozilla screwed up my computer royally!

Yesterday I got a message in the lower right corner of my screen stating that "Firefox appears to be running slow" (or something like that. It suggested that I Refresh Firefox to solve my problems. So I did. After all, Firefox would do anything that would destroy everything I'd worked years to set up, would they?

Holy cow! They could have mentioned that it would totally DELETE all the Add-Ons that I'd had for years! Dozens of them! Every one! And I don't even remember what they all were -- most of them just ran quietly in the background!

And it also changed my Home Page and my Search Engine! I don't know at this point whatever devastating thing it's done. I'm just dumbfounded!

Mozilla Firefox has pulled some dumb tricks on its users over the years, but this is the worst yet!

Then, today, they had the audacity to send me a Survey actually ASKING ME how I liked "Refresh, and if I was unhappy that it had had deleted all my Add-Ons. And they then asked if I would be willing to recommend "Refresh" to my friends. So they KNEW it was going to delete my Add-Ons, and it never occurred to them that I would be devastated by it -- and it was something they should MENTION!

I am furious. These people are out of control and have no concept of customer service!

it's adobe, it's just too much for the m****s at mozilla. not if, but when it starts running slugglish, it means you have more than one window open, and firefox just can;t handle that type of next level use. 1 window is ok, 2?

you use this garbage the same reason the rest of us do, because you prefer the format. edge and chrome easily outperform this trash, but you will be stuck with it forver because of a simple visual preference.

welcome to hell.

Mozilla firefox

I deeply resent some arrogant mozilla developer deciding that I must have the navagation bar present at all times and that I cannot customize it off the screen. While I concede that removing items from view complicates browser skill levels needed, it is my preference and ought to be my choice not some ignorant developers choice. The only way I can get my choice is to keep a prehistoric version available so that when firefox automatically overloads a new version, I can go remove all traces of that new firefox and reinstall the older one again. I would prefer the mozilla developers simply provide the option to remove the navigation bar from view just like they used to do. This parallels the old rule that if something isn't broken, don't fix it.

Mozilla browser old version and 42.0

I'm also having the problem w/ excessive pop-ups in spite of having on the pop-up blocker. (I noticed this complaint at least as far back as 2006 on this site. Why are we using this rotten product? I usually use Chrome, but recently have been using FireFox because of particular bookmarks I have there & b/c I do like some of MFF's features. No more.

Mozilla firefox 42.0 slow - freezes the entire computer

1st the piece of crap MFF installed a constant popUp telling me to upgrade; it slowed my computer & froze it at times. After 6 wks of dealing w/ that, I gave in & upgraded it. Now my computer is at least 10 times slower & it freezes abt every 3-5 minutes. I see on this site that MFF has always had these problems; It is worthless!

Mozilla content started disappearing

I had just about given up on FireFox. I had downloaded a competitor and was using it, but it was very slow. I was willing to tolerate routine crashes, for speed. Then something very strange happened. Content started disappearing from FaceBook. I was ready to blame FaceBook, till I accidentally started my competing browser, and Voila !, the missing content appeared. This is the death knell for FireFox with me. Crashes, I can tolerate, if all else works, but simply eliminating content, is absolutely intolerable. FireFox will be un-installed from all of my machines and devices, forthwith! David F. Hammack

I've been using firefox since v1.

The latest, 43.0.4 has many bugs and annoyances - freezes at least once a day, so badly that I have to hard reset - task manager cannot close FF.

The last irritation is I noticed very slow connections and strange hangs and crashes with that 'FF apologises > > "
Turns out that with out telling me, FF had disabled my VPN proxy switcher, and I had to get down and dirty in 'about:config' with all its stupid warnings - you may void your warranty - -crap, to get it working again.

That's the last straw. I use a proxy server for a very good reason, and to disable without even notifying me is simply too much big brother for my liking.

Mozilla internet service

I don't know what the problem/problems are with Firefox!, but ever since i started using it(i have to use if for sky go as google no longer supports sky go, )otherwise i wouldn't use Firefox at all, it keeps on freezing resulting in me constantly needing to refresh the page. this is so annoying and whatever the issue is it needs to be sorted. I know the issue isn't with sky go as i used it on google all the time until they stopped supporting it, and there was never any issues, all worked the way it was supposed to. So i don't know if it's because of updates, but whatever it is, it defo needs to be looked into and sorted!...

I cannot access email in Firefox no matter what I do.. I have watched videos, read reports, followed instructions and the damned thing does not work. Enable cookies, disable cooks, delete cache, beat tom-toms, dance around a fire, chant Latin (the spell cannot understand the other words for chant) phrases and the damned browser does not work .. and nothing (and nobody) seems able to make it work) That is ONE MAJOR drawback that totally renders it as a make-believe browser for hobby playing .. and not for real. You gotta figure somebody wanted it that want and built that into it. Well it does not work NO MATTER WHAT and that makes it useless. So you have to "crutch" together some fixes with Safari, your cell phone, I.E. which has its own failings and you must avoid OTHER browsers since they have built in viruses (and expensive trips to Geek Squad). Thanks Mozilla you really have a third rate browser there.

Mozilla firefox latest upgrade

Your decision to make the new tab button show "top sites" or whatever took away the option I prefer. I don't need suggestions, top sites or any uninvited information. All of my favorite sites are easily accessable. What I want is for the new tab to show My Yahoo page where I get local news and email. I purposely set it up that way through about:config. And that setup has not been changed, but your new tab key only allows me useless information or a blank page. I know that I can make Yahoo my home page, but I have another page that I use for that, unless you decide to take that away also.

Mozilla your [censored] service

Hi there, I am a university student studying psychology and I don't know if you know, but we read a lot and my school in particular leaves so much homework I feel like I'm in Korea. Generally, I am a calm, gentle person. I used to believe in second, third, fourth or even fifth chances, I'd let myself get trampled on like Mufasa, but then Firefox came and messed that up.
First off, it is 4AM and I have a long ### essay I need to write. Google Chrome was being a dickwad and crashed, so I thought "Hey, why not use Firefox again? I know I stopped using it for a reason... I just cant remember why" so I downloaded it and I hadn't even typed in a URL and then it happened... THE POPUPS.
Ok so I don't know where the lil hoebags come from, but NO, I DON'T want to buy no Alibaba oriental asian nonsense, NO I DON'T want to meet singles in my area, I'm so single I could go around snorting cheeto dust for all I care, but I don't want to meet no amish singles, how am I supposed to meet them anyway? Weirdos run on potato electricty or something freaky like that.
I tried blocking up pop ups, but they would keep sprouting up like a lonely ### ### at a ladies night in a sketchy bar hoping he can get laid but ultimately going home to his pack of red mountain dew and bag of Funyuns. I thought erasing my history would fix the problem, but nah, that didn't work, so I uninstalled Firefox and I CAME BACK AND INSTALLED YOU AGAIN OH THE HORROR, and yep, you guessed it, it didn't do anything.
Ok and then another thing, you're as slow as a constipated turtle. Internet Explorer has such a bad service I actually cringe, but it has a faster service than your pop-up infested slow ###.
Sorry for sounding mean. I really am not, I work with diabled kids, imagine the patience needed for that. Now imagine how mad I had to be to send you this, my first EVER complaint to any service.
Hope you guys at least read this, thanks in advance have a good night/ morning I don't know if you'll read this.

I have a hard time using bookmarks - can't advance them properly. They back up or close out when I'm trying to continue branching. Google icons on my toolbar aren't as easy to read as the old one. I'd appreciate a way to go back to the old Firefox, should I have other problems.

Mozilla speed

The latest Mozilla Browser update said it was the fastest yet. Does that include all the (not responding) written on my tab at the top left? Seriously, I have been a user of Mozilla Firefox for close to 6 years now, it isn't getting faster or better, its getting buggy, slower, and not responding more. Time to find a new browser they have gone to the toilet and need to be flushed away! Seriously Upset that you fail your users!

It looks as if Mozilla has become another Google/Yahoo/Microsoft, shoving new things down our throats that we never asked for. Whatever happened to marketing research? Whatever happened to "leave well enough alone"? Unfortunately it looks like it's back to IE for me.

Every time I watch some kind of video on any website in Firefox, if i close out of it for any reason and choose not to finish the video, the sound continues playing and I cannot stop it. Mozilla Firefox is apparently unable to open PDF files, and the whole system shuts down, including every single tab that is currently open. It is also unable to support the sustained content of more than (it seems) 7 tabs. This is ridiculous. Maybe it is time to move on to another browser, since apparently their website doesn't allow anyone to file a complaint.

Mozilla fascism

Dear FF:

Today I deleted my Firefox account. Why? Well, when a company goes on a witch hunt and fires someone for a bogus reason, then it's time to select another web browser.

The PR people making the TV talk show rounds are not right - the CEO who supported his beliefs about traditional marriage practiced the same way as Obama and Clinton during 2008. So I get it - you wanted the guy out and this was the unsavory way to do it. But don't use the artificial contradiction of "gay rights vs traditional marriage" as a rational.

History has always shown that the liberals are the first to usher in fascism.

I loved Firefox 3.16 but they have forced 4.1 onto me, even though I have tried to block them.
4.1 won't work with my printer nor will it show File & Bookmark tooolbar.
They are going about it the wrong way to get customers
