I must be the only user who doesn't understand this but, why can't all accounts login to the website from a different country? I didn't know this but I accidentally signed up to the US site instead of the UK site yesterday, and I thought if I change the countries I could still log back in - nope. But if I click on the membership button(s), all the prices are in the pound signs instead of dollars? First of all, I don't hsve a problem with the membership links but it is confusing and weird of that to happen. But what's really silly is, I've been playing MSP on and off for years upon years now and I have seen the changes, but the homepage with the login change is ridculous! Can't sign in because you can't change the country in the settings because it's not a valid setting? Can't sign in because you're from a diffrent country? How rude and unprofessional is that! What if someone new didn't know that and ended up signing up with not their country, and wondering why they can't log into their account or wonder why it isn't in their language/currency? Seems like the site is doing some dirty Trump business... Please sort this out, it's disgusting, especially for a children's website.

I have just came off my holiday to my bank statements which states you took £720 in nerone day ! This can't be right what are They going to do ? They have done this before We have sent them an email before they didn't even reply This incident happened on he 31 of July. This was taken from my grandmother Card who is a old age pensioner and is very upset. Please refund us !

Yesterday me Andy family went out of town. I can't download movieatarplanet on my phone but my sister can. She was on it during the car trip I never asked to log into my account. One day she said I was online when she physically saw me not online. The girl on my account was trying to get my account locked and trying to hack. Someone got it on youtube and now I'm locked out for no reason. I would like to have my mocha2437 account back I played good money for that VIP. Please I never did it and I want my account back. I've worked hard for it.

My daughter tried to buy VIP online however she is not authorised to so with her debit card. Instead Moviestar plant withdraw the amount DKK 100 from my credit card without my consent. Ref: [protected]; date 10.07.2018

Additionally you have a default of recurrent buying the VIP subscription adding another purchase of DKK 100, Ref [protected]; date 08.08.2018 again without my consent or daughters knowledges to my creditcard

Furthermore you have withdraw DKK 199 Ref Ref: [protected], date 10.07.2018 for some gold membership again without my approval or my daughters knowledges

I have now asked my back to close my creditcard which cost me additionally money. I am requesting reimbursement of all of the above transactions. Additionally with reference to the GDPR remove any information or personal date you have of my credit card in the your system

I find your business model very unethical and can see that I am not the only one who has been trap my your shady business methods

my niece had an account that got hacked on Sunday August 12th, 2018. Her account was pinkiscute90. We had just purchased VIP for a month and within a few short hours the account was hacked. She tried to get on her account and her password was invalid. She made a new account and while on it she saw her old account being used. She asked the person why they hacked her account and the response was that they were bored and she is a hacker. The conversation is on my nieces new account: duhitzzzff1. We do not want the account back but would like this user to be deleted. Also I would like a refund of my 10.00 for the VIP that I had just purchased. She is a very rude person in the conversation. Also, when we purchased the VIP I had put automatic renewal, I need to have that stopped.

About 2 months ago I got 1 month VIP, and about five weeks later it was still there I thought it was a bit weird, and then two weeks later I got more star coins and more gems, so at that moment I realized that msp is giving me VIP that I don't want, but is it charging us.I would like you to stop it or tell us how to stop it, because right now every month my VIP runs out msp automatically gives me new VIP.thank you

Moviestarplanet has been playing up on me all day. Today when i logged in, there was an indication that i had 3 (example) messages that had not been opened. I clicked the tab that sends me to my messages but it stated "Tap + to send new messages". It showed that i had no conversations or anything, it only showed that message. Ive asked multiple people if they have the same problem that i have and quite a few people do. Can you please resolve this problem. Thank you.

My Daughter opened an account in December AppleXXmint the password she used was looploop1 although changed it a few times but also changed it back to looploop1 before she lost access to the account.

On the 28/12/2017 I brought her a VIP order number [protected] gift certificate Redemption code RTJTTAQLYU. More recently she has been locked out of the account but on other profiles she notices there has been outfit changes and status changes that she did not do, meaning that someone is using her account with all of the vip benefit's that I brought, the person who ha control of the account also has bought another diamond pack.

I have now banned my children from playing this game due to the content I viewed. I have put a block on my wifi. I was extremely alarmed to see game members advising children to drink washing detergent and other toxic liquid. Sexual content and messages sent to children, swearing and photos of nudity. The list is endless and I would advise any parent to review this game before allowing your child to play. The other catch of this game is the constant monetary subscriptions to further game play.

No, it doesn't affect their behavior or school grades. They just steal your money. At first, this website may seem nice. You get what you paid for.
Needless to say, it's impossible to use this service without paying for anything, or it's just useless or uninteresting. My baby was really excited, so I thought I would pay for this. So like I said at first everything was fine, but then they started to send emails asking for more. Why? To make you pay for a better game.
No, I won't fall for this anymore. I explained this to my daughter and she agreed it was unfair.

I am shocked that a company of this size does not share a way to reach customer service.

We have been billed via auto pay for over a year and I had noticed it a month ago. When I went to my daughter's account, it says we are not on auto pay and as such there is no way to stop auto payment that way.

I reached out to my credit card company and put a stop payment and launched a dispute.

I encourage everyone that is having such issues to post on twitter. These sort of companies need to learn a lesson on how to treat customers.

My little sister used to play on this website, but then she started telling me about some horrible things that happened with her. She said that she received creepy messages from a man. He told: „I'm coming to get you!” Then her profile was hacked and someone changed her status. A message on her status said: „Now I'm coming to get you in real life!” I joined this site ad contacted the customer support but they didn't provide any help. My sister also told that she received several messaged asking her address and phone number. This website isn't safe and it is really dangerous! There are many thieves on the site! Don't let your kids play on this website!

We paid for the membership on the website www.moviestarplanet.com. We used it for games, movies and it was ok within one week. But one day the moderators simply blocked my access and there was no way to restore all the data and access. We tried to contact online agents or moderators, but all our efforts were completely useless. We lost rather large sum for the membership and have no idea if we could get it back.

I updated my daughters movie star planet" purpel and pink girl "account with a months VIP costing £10.49 on Tuesday 6th Jan 15, and although they were quick enough to take the money off of her itunes account they did not make her a VIP.

After 24hrs I contacted moviestar planet letting them know what had happend, ( that was on Wed am), it is now Fri evening and I have not heard anything, not even a email to say they have got it.

My daughter is very upset, as this was birthday money she had put on it, and enjoys playing the game, but if this is not resolved she will not be playing it any more.
