We booked a room on Sunday May 2nd around 6 and we got to the victorian sparks location and the front desk man was very rude and told me that he didnt know What to tell me because there were no more rooms available online it says a different price than when you go in not talking taxes type. So me and my girlfriend had taken a taxi here with our two dogs and all of our bags and we were stuck because there was nothing they could do about it even though we booked a room 4 hours prior to coming. We then came the next day around 9:00 p.m. and paid $90 which is absolutely ridiculous because on the website it said $58 and then was told we could only pay with a card and then we went out of our way to go get a card then called and was told that we could pay cash which one is it mind you we have no car so we're taking a taxi to all these places. The lady that walks around and knocks on the door with extremely rude and just made it really uncomfortable to even go outside anyways we have no remote it doesn't work our room was filthy the door doesn't work to the bathroom the toilet is unacceptable the shower has mildew and hair it on all the towels and we were getting ready to go to bed and I got bit by something in the bed couldn't find what it was but I'm pretty sure it was a bed bug our door is the front door is an inch crack all the way around it so spiders come in which we found too one was crawling on my wife's arm. Unfortunately we have nowhere else to rent so we are stuck here but we are very dissatisfied and every day we've been here the rent has changed and everybody has been so rude and I've already paid at least $500 in 3 days I would love to be compensated for this or maybe give in some extra nights in a different location thank you .

I have several complaints regarding two Motel Six hotels.

Anchorage: When first opened this motel was clean and comfortable. It has gone steadily downhill. I stay there when I travel outside as I can leave my vehicle there at no charge for up to thirty days. However, on last three stays, the 'residents' were noisy at all hours of the night. By residents, I mean the people and families who are obviously long term residents, alchoholics, drug dealing and prostitution. ( I once was awoken by a woman giving directions to her "John" on how to get there and what room she was in and yes she was dressed for the occasion) My last stay, in late March I had made a reservation, advised I needed airport shuttle at 02:30 am for a 4 am flight. When I checked in I advcised the same thing. At 01:30 am, after no sleep do to the drunken lound conversations next door and in hallway with a baby crying whole time I decided to leave.
The night shift person said I wasnt on the list for a shuttle and then advised there would be no shuttle until 3 am, too late for me to check in for my 4 am flight (with dog). The other reason I stay at Motel Six is you allow dogs, which I have travelled with for 50 plus years. The clerk did call me a cab, which didnt show up by 02:30 so I left and parked my truck at Diamond parking lots, which cost me an additional $250.00 on my return yesterday.

The other Motel Six I am complaining about is in Woodland, California near the Sacramento Airport. My first night, taking my son to airport for early morning flight, April 22/23. Room 133, NO hot water for shower in morning. I complained in morning and manager gave me a whole 25 dollars off a $86.00 bill. They did not give me a senior or AARP discount. I again stayed there with my brother, as he gave me ride to airport in morning of April 27. We were upstairs in 229 I think. We had hot water that evening, but in morning, when I wanted a shower as my brother did, NO hot water. I had no time to complain. Besides people coming and going, yelling and pounding on doors all night and two obvious drug deals in parking area, which I observed (retired Law Enforcement Officer), the hotel was dirty on outside, litter, trash, garbage overflowing, dog feces everywhere. Simple power washing stairs and walkways would be easy, let alone some paint here and there. I stay at Motel Six (or did) because you allow pets. But this apparent business model of turning off water heaters, not keeping area clean of trash, drug dealers and allowing long term residential use is just slum lords for travellers.

I called and reserved two smoking rooms only got one of them that wasn't a huge issue but if they didn't have it they should have told me when I pulled up around 8 pm the parking lot was packed and an hour later half the cars were gone then different cars showing up It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's going on here but whatever then I was woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning by someone with a rusted out two or three colors with no muffle Honda Accord just reving their car outside my room and when I went up to ask if this was a normal thing I got no answer I rang the bell no one showed up at all

The alarm was going off 3 times beginning at 2am which also caused me to have several seizures and not be able to sleep. As I paid to be comfortable and sleep, this should be fixed by giving me another night. The room doesn't even have an outside wall, telephone, and there is constantly fighting and police outside as well. The fire alarm had no reason to go off and caused me medical issues.

Kennewick Wa. ID# 9045. Check in was great Kim I believe was the gal checking us in! Room looked good when first entered. Later found desk was very unstable about to fall apart! Also side table was same held together with plastic zip ties. Laying in bed looked at celling and noticed smoke alarm was covered in plastic! no way was it going to work! When checking out the next morning told gal at desk dont remember name the impression I received was too bad! also very noisy outside room in parking lot most of night. Stoped staying at Motel 6 a few years ago because of the clientele it attracted but decided to try again, my bad wont happen again! also no bedside lamps! My e mail is [protected]@hotmail.com. No hot water not even warm at the King City motel6 in California off the 101 .

Your ad here says that states has HIGH Speed Internet I do a lot of work on my computer that requires a good internet connection, which the Lincoln, Ne Airport does NOT! I won't even mention the fact I can't use my Firestick to watch movies since this location does not offer any premium channels ex. HBO I have to go out and purchase addition data on my phone for this service

I come in and right away the lady screams that there was someone in front of me which it wasn't I was the first one. She didn't ask me she told me to get my back and when I told her I wanted to get a room for three days she showed her disgust on her face and said I'm not gonna take that much money I'm only going to rent it for one night. And when I was trying to get money out the ATM and the front desk room she complained if it gives you big bills I'm not gonna take it. I'm not gonna pull the race card here but it sure seems like she didn't like who I was and didn't want me there and this isn't the first time with her

The last 3 nights have been very noisy. Dogs and people. One rude staff member named Duke. Tevon Heather and Dawn are great. We have paid too much for this kind of service. We got moved to another room and it's not a whole lot better. Should be able to sleep at night almost impossible. Had to move at 3 in the morning on Saturday. Ridiculous I'm exhausted.
