Motel 6 Bugs, wifi, hacked, phone, and heat camera

Started out with no worries was happy to be chilling out before I leave for Chicago. Only complaint day one was the gaps in the flooring in the restroom and along the rooms wall. Everything was clean the room was neat. Heard a few strange conversations but it's a cheap hotel no biggie. Day two I noticed bugs in the bathroom on the floor. Looked like beetles was told on checkout sugar ants. Had an but feeling something was not right but tried to shut it down. The girl smoking weed on the steps caught me by surprise but I walked my way left it be. Day 3 I noticed that day my stuff had been messed with i.e. My luggage and a bag. Granted I was in the middle of a move from my apartment so maybe I saw something I left or was still in packing mode.Either way I noticed it. My checkout day I woke 630 wanted to sleep til 10 but I was in pain with burning itching welts on my legs and sides. After seeing in mirror I panicked. Picked up the bed thinking bed bugs. Thank God it wasn't. Instead I'm face to face with a ferocious looking (what I was told) sugar ant. Told front desk took pictures and called my doctor. The made an apology but offered nothing else. I pay for a room 180 and wake up with bug bites worse than any camping trip I have ever been on. I did get 2 laundry soaps and the very nice housekeeping woman let me use their drier because they weren't able to give me quarters to do it myself because they had no change. In my travels with hotels and airbnb I have armed myself with the right tools to be aware of cameras and Wi-Fi hacks. So I carry multiple devices and they have never once given a false alarm so I know they work and work well. My account was redirected using api 4. Shows up as a native redirect but leaves a trail just check your browser and your ip VPN doesn't stop these. Your Mac address won't appear in the WiFi bank of you're being hacked this way. Watch out. Change your password only works when you delete the network. Also if you stay here download Deep Scan Camera on iOS stake a quick survey of your surroundings. I found 3. You DO NOT EVER WANT TO STAY HERE IT'S A FLIP HOUSE!

Motel 6 theft

I stayed at your location over a month ago and reported a minor theft. I have been reaching out to the district mgr. Mark Fasano who will not return my calls, this is garbage. I will never stay at Motel 6 ever again because of this clown. What are you scared of - the truth? If you ever tried reaching this guy you will wait forever. Bad business.

Motel 6 overcharged!!!

We stayed at Motel 6 in Ely NV. on Dec. 13, 2019 and checked out Dec. 15, 2019. We have a receipt in hand stating the same but were charged for 4 nights. We have repeatedly tried to obtain a refund by calling both Expedia and Motel 6. If there is no success with this email our next call will be to the Bank to dispute the charges and have them reversed!

Motel 6 was asked for a credit card no room

I'm retired on social security and my sister is handicap so when I walked in I ask for a double bed down stairs she said her there was 2 rooms so she got everything senor discount and had everything she wanted a credit card I don't care cards so I had a debt card a and she said that wasn't good it had to be a credit card so I told her I call the motel 6 corporate office and talked with 2 people who then keep passing the buck i'm very upset because I have been going to motel 6 for a very long time and now this women in blythe was rude and refused us and we ended up sleeping in our vehicle because all the rest were full I will never go back and stay a that or any motel 6 again and the people and family as well will not stay. You need to have the same rules and regulations for all motel. Sincerely lori camp

Motel 6 billled for something I did not ask for. and was promised a down stairs room and got an up stairs room.

I reserved a room at motel 6 on 1-16-20 for 1-17-20 thru 1-20-20 and around 6:57pm I called the motel to confirm my room avalibility and was told my room 140 on ground froor was ready once I arrived and when I got here I was put into room 246 up stairs which was not my room I started to pay for since 3:00 pm 1-17-20, this was an inconveience due to the fact that I got billed for a room I was not put into Crystal in the front desk had a very bad attitude when she lied and promised me a down stairs room that I was paying for. The night person refused to give full name due to me filling a complain with the Better Business Bureau. Her name is Ann. A is what she said it was. I called last night to customer service for hotel.com and was told they would call and fix the problem and they said all they could do was give me a credit for the next time I come here well I will never use Hotels.com again for my inconvience. Frances was his name and also refused to give proper id and full name. I want to also say that I was billed two times and still have not gotton it back. iIwant my refund due to not having the room that I was promised.. If any questions you may call me asap at @ [protected] any time to resolve my issues...

Motel 6 drug addicts all over

Hello
From the moment we got here do not feel safe nor feel safe to leave vehicle and or sleep. When arriving they stood around truck saying we are gonna steal our stuff and that they somehow had keys to our room then with security guard we saw him ok while standing with them break into room right across from ours. We asked to be switched to another room and was given the worst of the worst with no elevator so we switched back so we had I move all our stuff 3 times and ended back in original room again feeling no safer for us and bekonungs. Then telling re front desk and security guard they do nothing about these druggies although they act like they are do them catch them wondering sleeping in lobby and rubbing frpnt desk girls back and shoulders yah feel like they are doing something not! Them try to go to jacuzzi with water level half full and ice cold wtf? Then proceed to laundry room to find the washers and dryers occupied with homeless druggies smelly belongings him sleeping on ground with a who! Room bunch of carp all over and a big bike blocking door disgusting I m not putting my shot in there now, no way!
It's almost 6 am and I feel like I paid for this day for no reason, scared and no sleep... [censored]. I want something done about this [censored] and my money back for my two days cause it's not gonna change of get better luis cannot use a! Entities not fair... I demand my money back and these employees fired now! Put my refund on card [protected] exp 922, 079. Also hold on this card to go elsewhere. I will keep calling police over and over

Motel 6 tv

I Paid for room on December 27 2019 here in Palmdale.
The rooms here come with a television service as advertised and as are in all Motel 6 Rooms have.
After entering the room I turned on the TV. There was no service so I walked to the front desk to report that there was no TV Signal.
The front desk informed me that they were working on it however were no changes -no service.

Motel 6 theft

I stayed at Motel 6 in Spokane by the airport for 4 days. My clothes were stolen. My luggage was gone through and expensive jewelry was also stolen. Some of my make up was even stolen. I would lime to be compensated for the things that were stolen from me. There was a good $300 worth of clothes makeup and jewelry stolen from me. If I do not get resolution to my complaint I will be sure to let everyone I know that you allow your staff to steal from people and invade their privacy by going through their things. I will make sure that they do not give you business.

Motel 6 invasion of privacy

I stayed at this Hotel for almost 2 weeks . I have a my cat with me and the problem I have is I was leaving for the day and called the front desk and told them I don't need Room service, they told me that they have to "peep in" my room sometime that day if I refuse service. I told them ok, only when I get back they can "peep in", but they can NOT "peep in" when I am gone because I have my cat there. They said ok, no problem just call them when I get back in. I left one light on for my cat and also the tv for her comfort. So I left the room assuming that I can leave my personal out and No one would come in till I got back as agreed. I got back a few hours later the light I left on was off and another light was turned on and the tv was OFF. Someone came into my room and touched my personal things and left. I was furious my cat was under the bed and wouldn't come out... I think they scared her or possibly hurt her. It took awhile to calm her down. I called the front desk and he said the manager came in the room Andrew Walker. then they said it was the housekeeper Nicole. Andrew Walker manager never put down no room service so the housekeeper came in the room my cat was there so she should have just left because they cant clean with a animal in there. So I checked out early and wanted to complain on Andrew Walker manager and the staff for coming in my room when they are not suppose too.

Motel 6 unauthorized entrance into room 207

I had a friend get a room for me at studio 6.. For my daughter and niece last night 11/30/19. I could have stayed at my aunts a few miles away but wanted a comfortable bed to sleep in. The employee at the front desk copied my dl so I could get the deposit back the following morning since my friend was leaving for work out of town. I double checked the lock on the door before bed. After midnight I heard a noise looked up and the door to the room was open! The only thing keeping whoever opened it from coming in was the metal latch that was in place for extra safety. I immediately called and had the worker come up. She said she only made one key to the door and I had it but this did not explain how the door was opened. I am extremely cautious when it comes to my kids safety. This was upsetting. I moved the extra bed in front of the door and did not sleep well at all afterwards. Main reason I got a room was to sleep comfortably. The mgr the next morn gave me the deposit and said it was against the law since I did not rent the room but gave to me anyways and said I must have not shut the door that's why it came open. I told her I shut the door and locked it and made sure. Someone opened the door obviously with a key bc I shut and locked it. She continued arguing as if I was wrong. I bit my tongue and took the deposit and left. This is wrong, all of it and I hope this gets fixed bc I will never rent a room here again. Knowing my kids and myself did not feel safe bc of it and management didn't make me feel any better about the situation.

Motel 6 manager, and the new girl. I waited for 3 plus hours for a room

manager, and the new girl. I waited for 3 plus hours for a room after 3 both did not check the rooster of clean rooms 125 open all afternoon, they in there minds said 130 and not ready. the MAID HIDING FROM ME, HIDING AROUND THE CORNER, SNUCK AND PUT HER HOOD ON, LATTER ON thanksgivings day no clean towels, no soap no shampoo, nothing. when i got in te room no soap nor shampoo. cleaning staff horrible.. YOU OWE ME TWO DAYS FREE. WAITING, IM 65 YEARS OLD PAID FOR, AND THEN THE WOMEN, SAID OH NEED TO HARGE NO, ITS PAID, THE WOMEN NEW KNOWS ZIP AND SHE MADE THE SAME MISTAKE ON AOTHER CUSTOMER. OH AND A WEIRD CUSTOMER, FEMALE, IN THE ROOM AROUND THE CORNER, APPROACHED ME, SCARY. COME AND VISIT, WEIRDO. Motel 6 customer service

I rented a room at the motel 6 off gateway i was standing outside talking to a friend Smoking and a lady unknown to me or my friend had asked to use a lighter so i let her use mine real quick and stepped inside to answer a phone call and when she went to hand it back to me she came into my room uninvited and started beating up my friend and throwing/breaking my personal property. My friend suffered 2 deep bite wounds to forearm and stomach and a gash on the head from where she had been hit with the handle of a broom by said female. The cops were called and the manager said i was unable to rent from that location for 90 days over an incident that was not connected to me or provoked by me.

Motel 6 place is dirty pool is a hazard

I stay at this location a lot was here not even a month ago I bring my grandkids to relax and enjoy the pool i got here on Friday night checked in and also added another night realizing it was a holiday for kids on Monday woke up the next day Saturday got ready with kids for swimming went out there it's like a swamp was not told pool was not in service at all advertising swimming pool but not letting anyone know it's not in service the trash cans overfilled trash all over they said when confronted that Francis took over I personally would think it would be in better condition if that's the case I feel like I've waisted my time and money I am having to take my kids to a water park here instead of what I thought I was paying for here at motel 6

Motel 6 motel

You should really look into your motel in China lake. They're was a room where I parked my car that had wood panels on the windows and it looked like someone was squatting there. I was afraid my car might get stolen. There were people working on their cars around me. They looked like they lived there or came there to work on their cars. I d never seen anything like this at other motel 6's. When I went to the office to check-in a lady came running in that was being chased by a man. The clerk asked if she wanted him to call the police and looked like he was trying to get the guy to leave as he was beginning to wander around the property. Then the door in the room was bent where the lock was and I couldn't get the lock to close properly but the door closed so I figured I was probably safe since I'd needed a key card to open the door. Then there were no channel or volume buttons on the remote so I couldn't watch TV. The clerk told me in the morning that the buttons were on the side of the remote. He could've pointed that out the night before. I'd never seen a remote like that. And he was confrontational about it and rude. Luckily nobody came through my broken door at night and my car was still there in the morning, but this property could really use an overhaul

Motel 6 cancellation fee

Hello names Malcolm it seems that you charged my debit card for 46.50 I wantinh to receive a refund on that I called the not and cancel iy personally. Then the lady told me about the online but the page was lost to cancel the reservation I wasted hours trying to get that page back im so disappointed I am looking to further pursue action again the web page for the error.. Motel 6 bed bugs

Between the months of April 2019 and Oct 2019 in my name only I have spent over 1200 on renting rooms at Motel 6. That is not including when I would say with a friend who put it under their name. This last say I had been doing weekly bc I pretty much live in the motel. The room I got had bed bugs bad. I hadnt noticed until the 3rd day. I went to management descretly and informed them. They told me I had 30-45 min to check out or I'd still be charged for the that night. I wasn't able to kove rooms until later that evening. The next day I had to pay to upgrade bc they told me it would take 7-10 business days for a refund. I am limited on funds let alone they have not addressed anything with me. I have had to clean everything 2 times now. I received horrible service from the manager afterwards. This is the worst experience ever and I will be letting ppl know. I have pictures of the room and beds.

Motel 6 questionable things in a room i'm staying in

I made reservations at a motel 6 in Wilsonville Oregon I was renting for five nights I asked for a king size room when I checked in I noticed my room had a double bed not a king size that I had paid for but I let it go since I was staying alone. The second night I noticed what looked like an outlet near the ceiling but it had a little scream like thing and behind the screen was around hole and so I stood on the bed to look at it closer and I could not tell what this was but I was immediately taken aback by it so I took a picture of it which I've attached went to the front desk and spoke with the attendant by the name of Steven I showed him the picture and asked him if he knew what it was he said he didn't know what it was I said well I'm not comfortable with it could you come look at it at that point he said it's probably just a weird wiring thing I said I'm still not comfortable with that it looks like one of those creepy hidden cameras and being a woman staying alone I thought Steven Wood understand that but he wouldn't really acknowledge what I was saying so I said that I'm not comfortable staying in the room and could he please move me to another room, there were very few people in the hotel and the parking lot was empty I'd already stayed there a night so I saw that there were very few customers in the hotel, he acted like he looked at the screen on the computer and said I don't have a room that I could offer you in comparison to the one that you're renting and I said but I'm renting the most expensive one I'm happy to take a lesser room, he then said no I would have to charge you more, what? I would think that motel 6 would want to make their customers comfortable and would do whatever they could to see to that that is not the case I tried to put tape over the outlet but I will be spending a very anxious and sleepless night. I will be blatantly honest with anybody who asks me what my thoughts are on staying at a motel 6 anywhere and I'll be the first one demanding a refund tomorrow morning at the front desk and checking out immediately to find a hotel that thinks their customers satisfaction and comfort is there priority.

Motel 6 maintenance employee

Maintenance employee named alvin walked into my room without knocking while I was changineg clothes. He was very rude and told me I needed to hurry up and get dresses as well as leave my room (that I paid for) because he needed to work on some things in my room. I threatned to make a complaint about the altercation. His reply was very rude and disgusting... Ive never experienced anything so embarrassed in my life! I will definitely not be back to this location!

Motel 6 room/stay

Me and my family stayed the night at motel 6 last weekend . And well first of all the front desk guy was rude and nonprofessional!
The room we were given had a nonworking heater. So I called the front desk and let him know, . His response was "just wait for it" whatever that meant! Anyway it never worked an my kids woke up in the middle of the night cold.
The following morning unfortantly I woke up with bites all over my face! And saw lil bugs on our bed. Gross .
I contacted Expedia who I booked through and told them the situation in which they contacted the motel and spoke with Tina the manager.
She said she had to do some investigating and would contact me .
Well she never contacted me! And I have had to take my kids to the doctors for itching and also I had to go to the doctors as well as my bites arnt going away. We were treated for bed bugs and lice very very inconvenient ! The worst $94 I've ever spent .
I think we should be compensated in some way or I'll will take it the legal way! [protected] hope to hear from yall soon

Motel 6 refunds

I made reservaitons through Expedia for 7 nights 9/10-9/17 at Motel 6 in West Sacramento. I paid cash in advance at check in. At 8.10pm on night 2 I returned from fishing with my 17 year old son i was in town visiting to discover my key didnt work so i went to the office where i was informed that my son could not unload my equipment into the room for me. (I am a female 60 year old disabled veteran.) Because it violated their no visitor after 8pm policy. I argued with the clerk and she refused to allow me back into my room. Then she told me that i had to pay an additional $8.00 for my 17 year old son who i was visiting to be able to go to my room. I refused we argued. Finaly at 8.45pm i told the clerk i would just check out in the morning because i never agreed to not having visitors after 8pm or paying any additional fees for the ability to do so. Thats when the clerk informed me that i didnt have a room anymore for violating policy and she demanded i leave. I said not without my property that was still in the room but she refused to allow me to get my property. After 20 minutes of argueing she had security escort me to my room and gave me 10 minutes to get off the property. While security stood over me i packed and went back to the office to see about my refund for the 6 nights unused i had already paid for and was told and have been told dozens of times since that i am not getting any refund because i violated their policy. I demanded to see the policy in writing or that i signed agreeing to that prohibited visitors after 8pm or charged additional fees. They laughed and showed me the plack on the counter that simply stated that visitors after 8pm must stop by the office and show valid id. We argued more and security hurded me out the door and called to have my car towed. I was forced to sleep in my car which endangered my safety. I had no money for alternate lodging so i was forced to drive home early and waste my vacation. But before i drove home i stopped by the motel the next afternoon and talked to the clerk on duty who said the computer showed i was given a refund when i checked out that morning. Well she worked that morming and knew this to be wrong because the motel gives refunds of that amount over $400.00 by mail in a check not cash in person and she was working. So she called her boss who told her i wasnt getting any refund at all. So i asked if i wasnt getting any refund why does the computer show i got one. She was confused and told me to come back in a couple days and talk to her boss directly but i wouldnt be in town after that day and my calls have been refused and Expedia wont do anything to assist me get my money back
