Motel 6 Hotel room

I checked into this motel 6 3195 Portland Road Northeast
Salem OR, OR 97303, United States confirmation # NUMBER:
[protected] through Priceline.com on August 29th at aprox. 5:15 pm with 2 dogs one of the dogs is a service animal for my minor daughter checked into the room. When I returned to the room, one of the dogs was missing out of the room. In checking with the clerk working that night, he informed me that my hotel room was open and both of the dogs had been running loose on the property for about an hour before he put one of the dogs back into the room. On my account, my phone number was listed. The clerk didn't bother to notify me that the dog and my room door had been open for over an hour exposing my personal property to theft. Upon questioning the clerk he was very rude telling me "it's not his job to watch my animals." I did inform him that it was his job to inform me that my door is open and allowing people to come into the room and steal my belongings. He lied and said that my account didn't have a phone number when it was clearly on my account. I called the police and reported the theft of the service dog. The clerk stated that I had left the door open knowing that I had my 2 dogs in the room that would escape out of an open door in a city that I don't live in. Josh the asst mgr viewed the security tape but he didn't allow me to see the tape at all. The part where my dogs were seen loose on the property. The door was shut upon leaving the room. I am very upset about how this situation was handled and the apparent theft of my service animal.

Motel 6 Hotel rooms

I, Linda Black, booked 4 rooms at Motel 6 (address is approved). I cancelled the rooms on August 4th. I billed for 3 rooms. I went to the hotel and the receptionist said I cancelled only one room. I told her I cancelled the entire itinerary [protected]) and don't understand how I can cancel only one room. My card was debited 221.00 which does not include the overdraft fees. I would like someone to call me to address this issue. My number is [protected]. Thank you.

Motel 6 violation of oath of office

Hi,

My name is Allegra Campbell and I am an agent of The Federal Constitution of The United States of America and To The Republic for which it stands One Nation under God indivisible with Liberty and Justice For All. I checked into the addressed Motel 6 on Sunday August 25, 2019 and my checkout date is today Tuesday August 27. Yesterday a room service attendant came by to give me new towels, I opened them up today and saw there was blood, hair, and feces on them. I am injured and I had to walk downstairs limping to get immediate relief and remedy and also to report my grievance. I was met with unconstitutional behavior by Customer service agent Nicole, who has shown she does not care about upholding her Oath of Office through Maritime Admiralty Law. Immediately, she came at me as if I'm the enemy. I have a mental health disability and she has caused me further injury. She accused me of dirtying the towels and then The manager intervened and said he will bring me clean towels. I am met by him on my way back up to my hotel room 234 and when I have the towels in hand I Notice they are soiled as well. There was stains and hair on them. I went downstairs back to Nicole to express further grievance. I told her that I am an agent of The Federal Constitution of The United States of America and To The Republic for which it stands One Nation under God indivisible with Liberty and Justice For All. She said she does not care. She steps away to give me clean towels and when she returns she doesn't hand them to me after opening them up and uses deception via Color of Law to try to cover up their wrongdoing. They were dirty too. I pointed out if they were clean she would've handed them to me. She said no I would've given them to you here you go and lays them on the table but takes them back right away. I tell her again who I am coming in Agency of and she disregards it and says she will call the authorities to report harassment. I told her I have the Right to Express my grievances. I am still waiting for a towel it has been about 15 minutes. This is gross and unacceptable and total violation of The United States of America and Motel 6 agreement via Maritime Admiralty Law.

Motel 6 bed bug nest

My name is Laura F. I am a traveling special education teacher, i go from wisconsin to arizona to see a VERY special student, bobby, , who gives me socks whenever i see him.

however, this hotel was absolutely appalling, i left disgusted and full of bed bugs! the stains everywhere were also gross!

call me immediately!

Motel 6 poor a.c., uncomfortable mattress feel springs

A.c. only cooled the room till the morning, mattresses sucked, felt springs on our aching backs after driving from dallas, Tx to Albuquerque, Nm. Really really disappointed in the hotel overall. I stayed at the motel6 a in addison, Tx Dec 2015. Loved in. Now I'm in holbrook, ax at the motel6 Albuqueque, Nm. Our room had bed on the sheet mattresses when we pulled the dead spread & blankets back. Was moved to adifferent room& we'll settle since norhing else seems available

Motel 6 management

The General Manager Patricia is very rude not only to guests but to her employees as well. She does not have any respect towards the workers and constantly complains about them when they are all hard workers and good people. The reason employees cannot do the jobs up to her standards is because they are not given the proper time or supplies in order to do so. I have witnessed multiple incidents where she has spoken to an employee in a demeaning manner and did not even give that employee a chance to explain themselves.

Motel 6 customer service - front desk

I first called at 5:52pm yesterday, August 19, 2019 to ask if the Motel had power so I could make a reservation there as the Motel on Appliance Ct in Raleigh was without power from a storm. The woman rudely stated "Yes we have power." Then the phone went completely silent as I was trying to make a reservation. I called back at 5:58 pm to make a reservation. The same woman who answered spoke poor English, was abrupt and rude. I was attempting to provide my phone number and repeated it twice when she suddenly, in a rude tone stated "I can't understand you. Goodbye." Then she abruptly hung up on me. I drove to the Motel to make the reservation and then the same woman became rude again after I told her I was the person she hung up on and she stated "you sounded like a little girl all laughing and giggly". Which was inaccurate as I was not "laughing and giggly" but was positive and upbeat. My response was "would you prefer I be rude like you are being to me?" and then she stated that "I do not want your business" and stopped the transaction immediately. I asked for the managers name & number and she stated she wasn't giving it to me. I found a business card with the name of the General manager "Mr Patel" and I stated I would call him. The front desk lady then stated it was the hotel number and that if I called she would pick it up and hang up.
This experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered at a hotel/motel. I found a competitor hotel nearby where the staff where friendly and kind and I had no problem checking in. I would never again attempt to stay at this motel 6 or probably any at all after this experience. Nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. It appears the staff have no respect for guests and believe they have no consequences for their actions. This has been by far the worst customer service I've ever received.

Motel 6 value for the price - refund request

Hello,
I'm writing with feedback and asking for a refund for our night's stay of $89.90. We have been staying at Motel 6 for many many years and this Motel 6 in Gordonsville, PA is far below any I have ever stayed at! We stayed at this location a few years ago, and it has really gone downhill since then. The A/C churned and gurgled all night, seemingly coming on and off randomly as them temperature fluctuated wildly. The toilet took 2 or 3 flushes to empty the bowl every time, and took forever to very loudly refill (my husband said it sounded like the Tardis from Doctor Who). I *think* there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom because it was making noise, but it didn't seem to be doing anything. The refrigerator was unplugged when we arrived and took hours to get cold. The blankets on the bed were stained and gross. We're still sore from the lumpy mattress and pillows. There wasn't even a clock in the room, or creamer for the cheap coffee in the lobby! We cancelled our remaining night's stay and checked out in the morning. I would have been happier sleeping in the car. Looking for your response to our feedback. Please advise!

Motel 6 corporate and a refund mistake

We left our three day stay early and the property refunded 2 of the 3 nights. We paid with a debit card and the gal took our card to refund the 187.00 onto the same card we had paid with. We were told it immediately would be on our account. It wasnt and when we checked into it we heard corporate mailed a check to our address but we no longer live there. The gal at the property ran oue card and gave us a confirmation of the refund. Corporate then says they have to contact the property to see who was at fault but this all will take a long time, like weeks. Meanwhile we will be sleeping in our car because that's the money we'd use for a room right now. Im very upset and the property says its corporates thing now but corporate just gave us a referral number and said it will be a few weeks. How come you cant just refund our money onto the card we used. Im beyond frustrated.

Motel 6 cable service/ noise & heavy traffic

On August 6-15 2019 My family stayed at Motel 6 on Blackstone & Ashlan in Fresno CA. Ever since the stay it has been guest upstairs from my room making noise until 2 a.m. Heavy traffic.
The cable services was not showing all the channels, and two days ago the whole complete services went out. So my family and I had to sit in a room with no TV services. Call the front desk to see if they can call the cable services to see what they can do. The lady at the front desk told me there weren't anything that she could do and then hung up the phone. I had pay too much money to not have cable service in the room. I feel that I should be compensated for the night I had complaint about. I have severe Chronic health problem so I couldn't just get up and go to another hotels.

Motel 6 bugs, bug bites, cost of stay, broken pool, other patrons drinking on property

Motel 6 in Weatherford, TX. I was in the process of buying a house and needed a place to stay for 19 days until closing. I showed up in person several days a head of time to make the reservation. At that time the reservationist, Jay, quoted me the cost and wrote it down along with the number of the reservation. He also said I could get a small refrigerator and a microwave.
That evening i checked in and I was put in a smoking room. I do not smoke. The plumbing was also not working properly and the carpet was ruined around the outside wall of the tub as I was told by a staff member from leaking. I complained and was put in a non smoking room the next day however, Jay said they could not move the refrigerator or microwave into the room. After talking to the person in housekeeping I was told Jay meant it couldn't be moved until later. Jay was not clear about that and I was beginning to think Jay didn't understand or communicate in English well based on that and the fact that he didn't quote me the correct amount when I made the reservation.
Then, I woke up one morning to 7 Bug bites across my body. Two on one foot, one on the other foot, one on my knee and two on my wrist and one on my elbow. The one on my knee and the two on my wrist were the worse. The two on my wrist caused swelling, redness, burning achey and severe itching.
I had to go to the doctor who thought it was either a spider or scorpion bites. I had to get a steroid shot, antibiotics, pills for itching and a cream to put on the bites not to mention the charge for the doctors office visit.
There is a pool but it has been broken and not in use. There is no hair dryer, iron, coffee pot in rooms. There is fresh coffee in the mornings in the lobby.
I have noticed most late evenings and nights groups of men drinking in the parking lot. A pack of open glass bottles of beer was left at the drivers side of my car door which I found the following morning. Again a staff member told me management is aware that this goes on but doesn't do anything about it. I didn't feel safe going out and returning after dark because of this.
I strongly urge you not to make a reservation at this motel due to my experience with the bugs, lack of honesty quoting charges and honoring the quote for my extended stay, the drinking issues every night and lack of amenities for what you get for your hard earned money. The management here just doesn't care.

Motel 6 worst customer service

Check in- 8/10, Was told that my check in time was 3pm. With power outages, the male receptionist did what he could to help complete my transaction, and informed me, and 3 of my other family members that were also checking in rooms that we would get rooms in 20-30 minutes because they were short on cleaning staff.
When I asked 45 minutes later if my room was ready, the female receptionist (Julia or Juliette), was extremely rude, and unprofessional, as I asked her for her manager, she sarcastically stated that she was on vacation and was not taking phone calls. She would continue to book rooms on the phone, and promising availability, while the lobby had people waiting for clean rooms. I finally received my room 2 hours later, half [censored] cleaned.
I understand being short staffed, and overbooked, but it is imperative for the front staff to have a great attitude. Its a representation of your hotel. I traveled 5 hours to receive horrible service and a dirty room.

Motel 6 how I was treated

I stayed at the Motel 6 on 1612 N Scottsdale Rd, Tempe, AZ 85281 after I left my abusive ex and I stayed there for a week back in 2018 my ex called up to the Motel 6 I was at and the guy at the front desk gave him my room number I had him banging on my door at 2 a.m. trying to get into my room the next morning I called Motel 6 customer service and reported it and I even talked to the manager she told me to come back the next day and she would do something for me I went back in the last day I was there she told me she cannot give me a refund and Banned Me from the property she put my information out there and did not care and told me that I was stupid for complaining to her and that I should go kill myself I am not happy about this I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint requesting that I get my $300 back and I get a week stay or I was going to get my attorney involved no one ever contacted me back after putting my life on the line and tell me to kill myself that is unprofessional the manager is unprofessional she had hickeys all over her neck she was protecting her employee because she was sleeping with him. And it has been over a year now and still no refund and when i talked to someone before after filing a complaint with the BBB the guy who spoke to me said he would refund for the week i was there and offered me a week stay

Motel 6 no breakfast, no ironing board or iron, no coffee pot, and no hair dryer.

This is over priced for what they offer. Just coffee from 6 am to 10 am. We payed for 3 nights but cancelled 2 nights because of what they offered. They have know problem taking the money but giving the refund takes 3 to 5 business days to get put back into your account. Not very clean and my step daughter found a bug in her bed. The web site said free breakfast but that didn't happen.

Motel 6 roaches/no refund no rooms

Last Friday Paid $85+ for room.
1) room was a handicape room not a regular room as reserved.
2) Air Conditioner didnt cool.

3) roaches in bathroom
Notified management.

4) not being able to extend for another night a week later.

Update

Senior found roaches in bathroom (2) showed manager the roach who ordered tenant out w/o a refund or offered another room. Said cone back in 2 days.

It was 105°. Manager disrespected and humiliated Senior by. Stating senior coykd mot be relocated to another room because the roaches would folliw the senior insinuating tenant brought the roaches. Placed 2 security guards in front of room watching senior packing and removing her prooerty.

On 8/8/2019-8/9/2019. Returned to same motel. ( added a tenant who workd nearby so he could get to work on time).

Today 8/10/2019 at 10:30am. Manager ordered out tenants who paid $90 a night because we of the incident regarding roaches previously report.

After paying motel 6 for over a month. We have been treated like trash. Tjis motel has no problem taking money, not providing even the essentials, then discarding at the last minute.
I want a refund and at 3 nights at another motel6

Motel 6 filthy disgusting rooms and beds

Checked in 2 double queen rooms. All 4 beds were filthy. Hair in all four. Dirty sheets. And one bed was wet. Went to the front desk and told the clerk. She said she had no extra sheets. So she put us in 2 more rooms and said if we didn't like these we could stay someplace else and we'd get no refund. The second set of rooms were exactly the same! Disgusting! I told the clerk we were leaving she replied audios! Great customer service. Never stay at this place again. Totally disgusting place rude workers.

Motel 6 I got a bed bug infestation after returning from my visit

I stayed one night at the Motal 6 Coors Rd location at 6015 Iliff Rd., Albuquerque, New Mexico 87121 on 6/5/2019. I didn't know what they were until my ex-wife identified them on the web. I'd never seen them in my life or even knew of anyone who had experienced them. I after trying to rid the bugs myself, I finally had a professional, Heat Pest Services, ask for Cole Miller 310-988-8347 come into my home to exterminate them on 7/25/2019. It cost me $1, 400 and another $194.18 to board my animals for one night. Total expenses $1, 594.18. I demand a full refund for me expense. I can produce statements for my expenses. I reported this to the office manager on 6/12/2019 and she said she would look into it. I never heard a word from anyone.

Motel 6 closed pool

I chose to rent a room a Motel 6 yesterday because of their outdoor pool. When checking in I was not notified that the pool was down. I went to use the pool and saw there was a locked up and then went to the office to inquire about the pool. I was told he would be available in 2 hours. After waiting about two and a half hours I saw that the pool was still not open. So once again I asked about the pool. I was told I could use the hot tub around 6 p.m., and the pool around 8 p.m. . Around 8 p.m. I asked about the pool for the third time and I was told that it would be available the next day. the next morning I called the office around 9 a.m. to see if the pool was available once again it is not. So I asked if I could get a late check-out since the pool would be available this afternoon and maybe swimming. Was told no because it is already reserved. No offer of a discount for my inconvenience no courtesy call to let me know it wouldn't be working knowing that I was waiting for it.

Motel 6 bed bugs

Hi

I stayed at Pocatello Motel 6 on Saturday 3rd August in room 157 (booking reference Fliri) and unfortunately I have been badly bitten by bed bugs, 90% are on the back of my body, down my arms, back, legs and feet and then 10% on my front. The bites have appeared over the period Sunday to Tuesday they are extememly itchy and unpleasant I have bought some creams and anti histermine from the chemist (in the UK ) and they are finally starting to reduce inflammation today.

I have been told the discomfort will only last a week.

I think you need to check the room and ensure it is properly cleansed to ensure there are no further episodes I should think it will not be pleasant for a child.

Motel 6 motel 6

Stayed at the motel 6 located at 853 N. Military Highway in Norfolk VA
3 day stay it way a nightmare they do not replace the bed sheets for 3 days we were told they only make the beds the floors were dirty so you hand to wear your sandals
Only two towels we given per day and if we wanted more towels we had to return our towels and get them ourselves we didn't get bars of soap nor cups to drink in
On our last night when we returned later that afternoon our room was not cleaned I called the front desk and (Shay) told me they were short staffed and she would send someone over to clean it guess what? They never showed up my wife then called only to hear they were gone for the day.
It rained hard also and water came in thru the door and windows leaving a puddle and they were unconcerned about it and refused to send someone over to mop it up anyone could have slipped and fell
Parking lot seemed like it was the place to meet up for drug transactions and who knows what else
Overall...I will never stay another night at any motel 6 they don't seem to give a crap about you or anyone for that matter...your stay in hell will be better than your stay at a motel 6
