Moss Bros. CJD I purchased a Vehicle from Moss Bros and my Down Payment was $1500.00

I purchased a Vehicle from Moss Bros and my Down Payment was $1500.00. I walked in on three occasions to pay $500. The second time I went to Moss Bros I paid cash. For all three payments they used my debit card in which one of the signatures was not mines at all so I never authorized for my card to be used. I went to get my receipts upon which they said I still owe $500. The two receipts they gave me had the same Invoice number which seemed strange to me. One of the receipts had a signature that was not my own period.

Moss Bros. CJD The date is March 4th

The date is March 4th. I went in based on a phone quote. I was charged for items that was never discussed during the price negotiation period. The only discussions were about asking to pay more per month with a higher down payment. I have leased many cars and was always given the opportunity to accept or refuse. This was not the case with these people. During the finance the finance manager stated we were not paying anything more for anything including getting a free alarm system. When my dad called in the next day after reviewing my contract, and spoke to a man who stated his name was mario and he was the sales manager. This man said there was nothing he would do and stated that he would ask the general manager to contact us. To this day march 9, we have not received a communication from these people. I believe these people get you in on a price then beg you to pay more.

Moss Bros. CJD Took our Ram 1500 for an airbag recall service on 02/13

Took our Ram 1500 for an airbag recall service on 02/13. Service technician never contact us. We finally got a hold of him Late on Monday and we ordered him a second key control for the car. He contact us on Tuesday afternoon to let us know truck was ready to be pick up. We pick it up Tuesday to find out the issue persist. On Thursday 02/18 we took the truck back to the service dealer. Technician acknowledged that issue was not corrected by the recall and did not run a diagnosis to our safety issue concern. Service technician told me that he will run a diagnosis and let me know what it consist of by late Friday at the latest. Technician did not contact us at all. We try Friday but we were just put on hold for ever. We left messages with no call back . On Saturday we call again and told us that the technician had the day off. We drove to the dealer to pick up the truck because we really needed the car Sunday and Monday. Service manager told me that he was unable to give me the truck and that o have to wait till Monday to close the work order. I told him that I was in a difficult situation do to my work squedule and that I need a car. The biggest issue is that lack of communication for the customer to decide and plan ahead and now it becomes a very stressful situation.

Moss Bros. CJD My wife and I went in on 2/11 to help our grandson buy his 1st car

My wife and I went in on 2/11 to help our grandson buy his 1st car. We were help by *** the online manager. Found a car made an offer which was accepted by the dealership of 21k. During the negotiations *** offered us several after market products and warranties which we did not want. We were on a set budget and my grandson had saved 6k for his down payment. Once we were sent to *** for signing he was going through the process very quickly. Every time I would ask a question he would just blow me off and tell me to sign that everything was correct. I asked a few more time because the total wasnt making sense. I asked *** how is it still 24k if we got the car for 21k and put 6k down. ***s answer everything is correct its taxes just sign. We were also told by *** that CA doesn't have a cancellation period so just sign to decline that option. English not being our first language and as an elder couple we felt pressured after being there several hours tired and ready to go we signed. Little did we know everything we had declined was added to the loan anyways. $3495.00 in portfolio warranty $895.00 Gap (which I told them I would get through my credit union for $400) $895.00 Express care $995.00 Express system and $595.00 for what is inder the section of cash price accessories ( we later found out its for a sealant) Basically an additional $6875.00 was added to the loan without my knowledge. We left tired and extremely confused. Call my daughter who works for the credit union she left work early hearing the confusion and frustration in our voice reviewed the documents and we immediately went back to the dealer. After letting *** know we were on our way back to fix this. Once we got to the dealership at 445pm and asked for *** who had conveniently left home for the day. And were informed *** would be assisting us. Very nice gentlemen however would only remove the warranty of $3495.00 & Gap of $895.00 He let us know that the additional after market products could not be removed because they were already added to the car. We all know that those products are not already on the car and refused to remove them. We were informed that we had to bring the car back for the sealant. When I ask why if it's "already on the car" I was informed that it was a re-sealant. This was the worst car experience we have ever been a part off.
