Moskart is a fraudulant website and am uncertain over their reliability of their ecommerce website. I have ordered jbl headset before 15 days. When i have called, csr who doesnt even know to speak either in english or in hindi had promised me that it will be delivered in 5 days though order was still in processing stage according to order tracking page. Suddenly on the next day i come to know my order was cancelled and their mentioned that paid amount will be reimbursed back to my account. But even after 4 days they fail to reimburse to my account. If you are genuine make a reply call to [protected] or expedite the reimbursement_ order id [protected]

Don’t order from the company www.moskart.com. I purchased phone from them, but the seller provided the confirmation email, where he told me that the delivery could take from 15-30 days. I waited about a month, but the seller didn’t reply to my emails and I have no idea where the order could be. I’m not satisfied with the slow services and bad attitude. Don’t waste time.
I have order i piece of htc816 body against the order #[protected] on 23may2016. for rs1600. but i haven't got it delivered till day . in spite of my follow up with the company i haven't got any information and reply from them . as i can't wait any further for it . i request for my payment refund . ASAP. THANKS

I placed an order, paid money and the website says the courier partner could not deliver..do not know why?
and say they are refunding my money..fortunately got a msg from cc avenus ( which I can trust) too that they are reverting with my payments..need to wait and see.
if i get my money back..the item i purchased is costing more now..so who will pay for the balance?
