Monstrocloud popped up on my computer and wouldn't let me do anything to my computer. They locked my computer. These people charge my credit card. I called credit card company and fighting the charges.
Our access to Internet was blocked. Many attempts to open failed. The Vista Internet Security 2012 claimed that we have a virus named Trojan and they have to clean it but we were forced to buy contract for two years. Our credit card statement we just received is showing charges from monstrocloud.com for $69.95 plus foreign transaction fee $1.39.

I was on my computer at a website, when my security started to tell i was being attacked by worms and trojans. the computer said to download this protection. It corrupted my computer and no software was ever loaded.

Messages kept appearing on my computer about a Trojan virus. I thought it was an authentic Microsoft anti-virus program to purchase - but it was a huge scam!

I got a message that I have a troyan virus and to remove it I must pay $69.95. I made transaction, but it was fake software. Don't fall for that!

I got a message that I have virus and it froze my internet explorer. Then I received a message that to remove this virus I need to buy software from them.
