Horrible service, i have called so many time no body calls back and let me know the issue.

I entered all 12 digit number in the account. Your system removed trailing '0' its not my fault.

For no reason they cancelled my transaction and deducted the fees.

I have no idea why i have decided to send money with your company, horrible experience, poor customer service, careless and rude representatives, and don't care for new business.

I spoke yesterday with UK customer service and they told me its resolved but my family still cant receive money in Pakistan.

Terrible service they used to be good .
Please dont send money with them every time receiver have problem in collection money .

Money2Anywhere.com Money transfer

there is no commission charge if you transfer more than $1000, i did two transfer on Jan-2016 for more than $1000 each transaction, both transaction took commission charge of $5 each, when i spoke with customer service they told me that they will do adjustment in next transaction, but am totally not happy with reliability of the processing.

Usually i don't watch each transaction weather they took commission or not, bur after i had look at these two transaction i got scare then going to back to see my all transaction.

What i would suggest you is always keep eye on your remit account after your transaction .

Money2Anywhere.com Never Ever Ever

* Very poor Customer Service. * No intimations to Customers whatsoever. * They will even CANCEL your transfer with no notice via email/ sms/ call. * They change their words every time you call them. * Your transfer might take forever for the beneficiary to receive the amount (which has not yet happened in my case - its been a whole month after I initiated the transfer) .

Money2Anywhere.com Pathetic Service

Never use Money2Anywhere for Money Transfer. They are Fraud and have pathetic service. I did a transaction 5 working days prior and have not received yet. Every time I call customer service, they inform me that the money will be credited TOMORROW and tomorrow never comes. Even after escalating the matter to their operations manager there is no improvement.

Money2Anywhere.com Money not transferred

Hello Everyone - This is for those who want/need to do money transfer to your Home Country. I registered with Money2anywhere based on the refferal/suggestion given by my colleague. I was being told, money2anywhere gives better exchage rates than anyother companies out there . Being said all this, i initiated a transfer on 12 June 2013 from Toronto Canada from Money2anywhere website thinking my money will be transferred within 5-6 Business days. It's been 9 Business days that my money isn't transferred to my Beneficiary account yet. Every time i call customer care, they just tell me only Tales and Stories . 5 days back(from 24 june 2013) i was told, i should be sending them my Bank statement(which i was not told by anyone while opening an account) to initiate the transfer but the transfer $ is debited from my remitter account without that Bank statement.It's a surprise; how did they do that?. After debiting from my remitters account, money was nt credited to my beneficiary account for 3 business days. On 21 June i sent an email to customer care to cancel the transaction as they had asked me to do so. On 22 June 2013 i called to check on the cancellation status, i was told today being saturday it's off and none works, you can be sure, your money ll be refunded back to your remitter account on monday(24 June 2013) . Today(24 June 2013) when i called customer care, i was told your money is being transferred and when i checked my beneficiary account it's not credited. Not sure, what Money2anywhere and their higher authorities are doing . it's been 12 days and my money is no where. I don't know where it is. I would want money2anywhere canada's higher official to talk to me about this scenario else i 'm in a stage to go to the next level to get my hard earned money back in anyways.

Money2Anywhere.com Money2Anywhere.com - Worst

Money2Anywhere.com became worst in service, i also placed transaction now they are saying 10 business working days to deposit the amount when tried to cancel the transaction, they are charging $100. The reason for delay they are claiming is because of huge number of transactions, they are no where informing this to customer, they should intimate the delay in daily exchange rate mails. After placing transactions they are bluffing with invalid reasons and we can't cancel the transaction..

I have been using this service from past 2 years, after recent operations manager changed they is the case.. So many times inform to customer support but no use..

I would suggest DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ANY MORE, THEY ARE SIMILAR BETTER SERVICE with money transfers

Money2Anywhere.com Multiple debits even for Cancelled transactions

I have a very bad experience with Money 2 Anywhere where they cheated, lied and bluffed its customers.
I have done a transaction for high amount on Jun 6th, and for some reasons I had to cancel the transaction and informed them to cancel the transaction. They confirmed that the transaction is cancelled and they will not deduct my money. Hoping that they cancelled my transaction, I did another transaction on Jun 10.

But, they debited my account on Jun 11 with the amount for the first transaction which was already cancelled, I called customer care like 5 times a day to remit money back and not only that, also not to initiate my second transaction with out depositing back my first transaction amount. They confirmed it and I have several emails from them confirming it. But later on June 14, they even deducted my second transaction money with out depositing back my first one. With that, my account balance went to negative and they charged me huge fine for the over draft amount. No one from UAE nor M2A wants to accept their mistake and its always a round robin game with them. Every time I called them, they say our manager is busy. I dont understand what does the manager do with out assisting the issues..

They have the worst customer care, everytime I call them, i have to explain from the begining and I get the same answers from them that they are working on it. I could never talk to manager, who seems to be busier than Obama.
I want my first transaction money back and also the bank charges to be taken care by Money 2 Anywhere.

Talking to these guys is like talking to a wall, or a mirror, nothing comes from them.. I spoke to Vinny Soni, Souwmya, Ramya, Rajesh but everyone speaks the same, WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR ISSUE. They are actually doing nothing.

Money2Anywhere.com Bad

The website is horrible and tests the customer patience. Adding the new recipient is pain. For eg: It does not take special characteristics, numbers etc. and the login id is not any username but a 8-10 digit number which no one will remember it. And if you try to copy-paste from the document to username field, it will skip last digit, at that point it will not allow you to enter anymore digits. You have to clear that all the way and need to enter it manually. Again while transferring money, there is a field called 'Promo Code' . You have to try atleast 4-5 times to try your luck. They give as valid promo code but it does work if you keep trying until 5 times. This SUCKS big time. I do not really know why these people are not caring about the website as they provide services in multiple countries. I repeatedly requested them to make customer friendly but they are aweful.

Almost 8 months back, you sent the issues to development team..but still the issues exist and did not fix even a single thing, The website still continues to bother us. I again request you to fix that issues. Looks like you are forcing customers to go to other alternatives rather than coming back to use your service.

The customer care and service very sick. They say the money will be remitted in 5 business days and they will keep us updated with the status if the transaction is delayed. All this is fake. Whenever I call the customer care they keep saying your money will be credited in 24-48 hours which never happens. I have waited for more than 10 days and still didn't receive my funds. They say I can't cancel the transaction as well. Never recommend Money2anywhere
