I purchased four tickets and bought insurance for them, to make a long story short I lost my job and sent in my tickets because I needed my money back to pay bills. I sent everything that they requested i.e. receipts, credit card statements and original tickets. A few weeks later they send me an e-mail asking me for a letter from my former employer with the date of how long I worked there. I sent them the letter and waited about a week and half but no response, I call them and they say they received my letter but was denied because I only worked at the company for 2 years (they even didn't have the decency to call me) . They told me I was denied because I needed to work for the company for 3 years and only on that merit was I denied. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW THAT EVEN MATTERS? If only I knew that they would do something like this because I would have sold my tickets at a loss rather then losing everything. I sent an appeal to them and of course they denied it as well.
