Moe's Southwest Grill lack of customer service and wait time

I visited your location today around 2:00pm on my lunch break. I stood in line which only had 1 other customer in front of me and I waited for 20 minutes for the associates to finally get around to waiting on me. When I did finally get waited on, the lady never smiled and was not very friendly. While waiting in line several of the associates were having personal conversations with each other which is the reason that I had to wait so long. I work in retail and this type of service and wait is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

THe only way you would know that the conversation is personal is if you listened in on the conversation. You have NO RIGHT to listen in on something that does not concern you. Did mommy not teach this to you? I hope that where you work, that you get a customer just like you who is impatient and complains about you because they are not mature enough to wait patiently. If I had to deal with someone like you I would not smile either.

You missed the point completely. You also enjoy trying to school people which is utterly pathetic. And then on top of it you try to throw insults and wish negative things upon people. If somebody is talking loud enough for you to overhear, that’s their problem. It’s obvious that your mama didn’t teach you very much either. Just pathetic!

Moe's Southwest Grill employee

On 12/22/19 between the hours of 7-8 I went to Moe's for a burrito. A younger white male was handling the food with his nose dripping. Also, he was grabbing his crotch. I explained I did not want the food. I reached out to the manager after getting in my car and she said she would handle it. That is truly unacceptable to be handling someone's food.

Moe's Southwest Grill supervisor millie at plant city ‘s location. calling me”cracker”

Around 8pm Millie came to back where I was working (dishes) and placed the long white board behind me that fell and hit my left leg (calf). Millie never said sorry and said to me " it fell (the borad), if I wanted to hit you I will hit you wit my hand". In pain I responded "dan man that hurt". She left and went back to the front of the store and the racial slur begin... calling me a cracker. We are not hiring no more "Crackers", "Crackers can not be trusted etc. all while on the clock as Plant City"s Moe"s Southwest Grill supervisor. Time went by... We closed at 9:30pm all the while Millie was still going w name calling ... I never responded I kept working, now (taking out trash) Cracker this, Cracker that. Continuing yelling at me Millie told me to go home . My witness Anayah and one other person was there and informed me to continue doing my job I did. Millie then said "she was going to leave and lock the doors she then looked at the other employee and said "girl u lucky u not done or I will leave right now" told me I was fired don't not come in. I am a 21 year old young man trying to work for a car . I come to work don't really speak and do my job. I nor any other human being deserves to feel the way I do at this point. End of night, now I am fearing for my safety because she then proceeds to say she will call the "squad" up here to beat my [censored] so I texted a Friend of mines asking her to come to the job because Millie was trying to fight me or get somebody to jump me, I feel. I have been respectable at all times even Now a as a victim of racism I still showed respect.It does not matter which end racism is coming from this is a civil matter in which I hope you as the Corp office can and will be handled.. if it was vise Vera and I had used the N word like she was fluently using the C word I would have been fired. When I signed my application there is a clause "no matter the race of a person " my race should not determine me losing my job and No Persons should be threaten by this older pregnant lady that told somebody "to pull up". I then asked my co-worker could her mom Please be out side not knowing what was going to happen to me . Help me please with this issue. Moe's Southwest Grill Broken app

Your app has been broken for two weeks! We went to the garden city location on 12/17, and 12/23. Both times, we could not get points for our visit! There was a sign saying the app is broken. I have written to the moe's app four times, and have been ignored! I know many many customers are having the same shameful experience! Why don't you respond to us?! Explain the situation!

It is not the fault of moe's in garden city, I feel very bad for their managers, who can only tell us to write and complain. People are taking their frustration out on these poor people, and they are not at fault.. You are!

I am attaching photos of my receipts. I want points (or monetary retribution!) for both! And the one for 12/23 was a monday, and I want double points!

I am sooooooo disappointed in your non-handling of this situation. Just to let people go on not getting the points they have earned by spending money at moe's, but worse yet, you ignoring all complaints!

Shame on you.. Please make this right, or I will take this to the media.

Moe's Southwest Grill inaccurate order

I paid extra for queso in my items and to make my entrees meals with queso on the side. I have never had a problem with accuracy from a Moe's. I drove all the way home (25 minutes) just to find the items that pretty much make a meal for me weren't there for two out of three items. Too far to drive all the way there and back again. Normally I wouldn't have cared but when you pay extra for something you expect it to be there.

Moe's Southwest Grill catering

I had a catering order schedule for pickup today 12/20 between 10:30-10:45. My daughter arrived at 10:30 to find the restaurant closed and the door locked. She could see the employees moving around inside and knocked on the door. No one answered or acknowledged her. She returned to her car to wait for 15 minutes and again approached the restaurant at 10:45 to the same problem. The employees saw her but didn't acknowledge her or come to the door. She returned to her car again until the store opened at 11:00. When I called the restaurant, I spoke to a Katie who claimed she was sitting in the dining room on her laptop and didn't see or hear anyone. My complaint is that if Moe's knows they have a catering pickup for a specific time, they should be expecting someone before the restaurant opens and keep an eye out. The food was for a classroom party that started at 11:00 and my daughter arrived with the food around 11:30. That leaves 10 minutes for the party to eat the food before the class is over. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service at this Moe's.

Moe's Southwest Grill chicken and beef tacos and a stack

I visited your location in Waterford ct last night, December 14. I have always loved Moes and any food I have ever ordered but this time I was highly disappointed with the food the service and general experience. I spent over $24 for a meal that was less than what I had expected. My dinner partner also said the same. The chicken was fatty, they didn't have some of the toppings ready and said they could make more, some of the toppings were old and dry. The taco shells were broken and the overall cleanliness was not what I usually find at a Moes location.

Moe's Southwest Grill general manager

I have eaten there for 3rd and last time. I have never expierenced such a awful customer service. The women who interduced herself as Zoe the manager was the worst manager I have ever met. She was all over the place and couldn't sit still as I was talking to her also there was a destinct smell of alcohol coming from her. Tried to call and speak with the district manager and Zoe answered. She wouldn't let me speak with him for anything. Worst service iv ever had at a restaurant. Will not be going back. Also will be warning all my friends and family of the service I had received.

Moe's Southwest Grill foreign object in food

We visited the moes downtown Pittsburgh on November 13th for lunch. I gave this restaurant a 3rd chance. The first one being the food was really dry and I was like it must have been a bad day. The second time I visited the restaurant my boyfriend ordered a tofu burrito and he got chicken. The 3rd time we ordered we sat down and half way thru his burrito he found a rubber backing to a chair leg. This is foul and disgusting. I emailed a complaint weeks ago and got no feedback.

Moe's Southwest Grill burritos and service

I'm a big fan of Moe's. The last 3 times I have eaten there over the last few months have been horrible. Today, they messed up my online order to the point where it was inedible. A waste of $30. A few weeks ago, they gave me a "burrito" that was the size of a hotdog. There was 2 pieces of steak on it, and they charged me $13 for that. The other day, I walked in with two friends an hour and a half before closing time, but the employee felt like it was time for him to close. He was so unenthusiastic that we were there, he had a horrible attitude about having to make our food. There was little steak left, but he didn't feel like making any more, so he said, "you can't get steak". It's extremely disappointing considering I used to love eating at Moe's, but now, you've lost a customer. They've wasted about $60 of mine just in the last 3 times. I have had a few issues prior, but never like this.

Moe's Southwest Grill employee theft

Moe's have a employee by the name of Shenika Henry you has been stealing money from the register and giving away food for her drug habit she is a crack head have her drug tested and ask the manager on both shifts has money been coming up short and have credit card receipt been missing I want to remain anonymous because I work with her she has been taking money for quite a while.

Moe's Southwest Grill lack of product

I come into moes grill a lot and I'm the airport they have a lack of product they give you on your plate one scoop of meat and it's barely any and on top of that I asked for queso dip and they said itd be an extra 2$ for that this is ridiculous for 13$ I just paid for this and got barely anything and was not satisfied I'm very upset and will not be coming back until something is done about this.

Moe's Southwest Grill everything

Employees were on their phones and didn't acknowledge us walking in and took their time to greet us. Without hair nets. And was leaning around doing nothing in between taking orders. Very slow and the rest rooms were disgusting soap dispenser was broke and toilets and sinks were absolutely sickening. Soda machines were terrible and condiments were not clean. Table tops were filthy and not wiped down and I'm not even gonna start on the floors. We will not return to this location.

Moe's Southwest Grill close talker chicken salad with extra meat

On 11/14/19 @1:05pm i purchased an close talker chicken salad with extra meat and a cup of queso and a 22 oz fountain drink. I was a dine in. Well as i was eating i get almost halfway i bite down on a thick peice of glass. Durning i spitting the food back out now. I get it and i showed my coworker. I then went to the counter to talk to the manager i guest thats who he was. His attitude was all wrong. After he took the object he walked me back to the table with by then a busy resturant and had me tell him everything i put in my salad which i can only name what i asked them to put in it. At any rate i didnt want to go back and forth with him. This resturant is valdosta #889 3145 N Ashley st. Then going to look at me and ask what i want him to do about it. I just got up and left. Moe's Southwest Grill general manager customer service

It is 11/13/19 6:57 pm in south euclid ohio. I have just left moes livid. The general manager was horrible, disrespectful, and tried to use his "privilege" card to treat me like [censored]. I was placing an order for my wife who was on the phone letting me know what she wanted. I realized I had ordered her a bowl instead of wrap. I politely asked if he could just dump the bowl inside of a burrito, he replied no, it would not fit. I stated that was fine, i'll just pay for a bowl and a wrap. He told me I would have to finish ordering the bowl, pay, then get back in line to order the wrap. Then had the audacity to threaten me with calling the cops, because I told him what he was doing was not okay and very rude. I have never experienced such an ill-willed person in a position such as his. Our city deserves better!

Moe's Southwest Grill your website to register for $2.00 off next visit

I was trying to finish the survey but your website timed out before I got a code or could write how pleasant all of the employee's that was working today at Store 295 when I went in for lunch with my husband at 11:49 am.

Everyone had a smile and was so very polite and friendly. Keep up the great job! You do not find a lot of these qualities in the work force when serving customers.

Moe's Southwest Grill delivery and service

We ordered delivery from Moes and didn't receive all our order. We called and were told that Moes doesn't have delivery, then we were told that the delivery driver was responsible for bagging the items we didn't get. Why would someone I was told doesn't work for Moes be responsible for bagging anything. The items we didn't get were the Salsa we ordered and paid for to go with our chips and salsa, the side of queso we paid for and 2 cookies we paid for. Then we are told if we want these items that we paid for and paid to have delivered we'd have to go get them, with 5 minutes left in the LSU vs Alabama game. This will be the last time we ever eat at Moes! Unless you can convince me otherwise. Have a goodnight

Moe's Southwest Grill cashier charge

Up on the price board it shows 3 tacos for $9.99. I was hungry so I ordered 4. When I got charged it was $16. 3 for 9.99 and one additional taco is $6? This is wrong. I questioned the price only to have the employee brush me off to help the next customer. His simple answer was prices went up. This is wrong. $6 for one small taco. I knew I was ripped off, the whole ride home. Unfortunately, I am still upset about being ripped off that I barely ate the tacos. Your employee should have at least addressed my concern, which was not done its only a few dollars but it should have never happened in the first place. I should not have been over charged even a dime. Not only was I over charged, but I got no help from anyone, and now my meal is headed to the garbage because I am aggrivated over this whole situation. I will be parking my car in front of this moes, on a regular basis, with a sign reading. "this moes will steal your money"

Moe's Southwest Grill the person handling the money was also handling the food without changing their gloves.

I went to Moe's on Saturday, 11/02/2019, around 5:50pm to get some Queso and chips. The store number is Morrow # 138, 1853 Mt Zion Rd, phone 770-968-6671. The host name was Teron on the receipt, but not sure if that was the person serving me. When I ordered, the girl who took my money, then proceeded to go and get my chips and queso without changing her gloves or washing her hands. It appeared to be a common thing to do. Someone needs to let them know that it is very nasty to do that and they should always wash their hands after handling money, if they are going to serve the customers as well. She had people there that she could have told to get the order. Please implement some type of rule for them to not handle the money and food at the same time. I will not go back until I see that it is being done.

Moe's Southwest Grill service/ food

I placed an online order for 2 meals including extra meat on both. When I picked up the order the service was nice and friendly. When I got to the car and looked at my order I was disappointed. The food did not look good the lettuce looked wilted and I paid for extra meat but in one order it looked like barely any meat was placed in the bowl. The food didn't even fill up the bowl. When I came came back in the associate was kind of nasty with me and said what's wrong I told her I asked for extra meat she gave me a look and said did you pay for it for which I replied yes. She walked off laughing. At that point I didn't want her handling my food so I asked for a refund. Me and my family love Moe's but over the months we noticed a change in service in food at this location which is disappointing. I left in good spirits but on bad terms because I was without my food.
