We have done business with Modern Art Jewelers. We can say with certainty that they lie, cheat, and steal. Haig Istambulion is especailly unethical. They do not honor any agreements that they make to you and we believe they have broken the law several times. I would be more specific about what they did to me, but I fear retaliation. There are plenty of good Jewlers in Rochester, but suggest staying away from these guys - no matter how much they try to spin themselves.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello; this is MODERN ART JEWELERS; and we are commenting on this post because this post and profile was created in an act against Haig in a personal smear campaign; related to personal issues this person had. This is an exact duplicate post (misspellings included) in an act of defamation; that was posted on a real estate forum also.
After 25 years in business; it is quite pathetic to see that anyone can post threatening; defamatory; and false accusations; without any foundation or merit to back it up; along with websites like this not even verifying a post with the actual businesses owners themselves; leaving honest bricks and mortars stores defending themselves.
