My order was late for more then a week. I tried to contact the customer service they ignored me. When I got it was missing 2items. I bought 7 and got only 5.

Hi,

I would like to make a complaint to ordernr:‪[protected]‬. I received this package on 11 August and the complaint is for the violet dress modest evening dress.

Firstly the dress was not in good conditions (see the attached pictures).Secondly, the dress smells sweat and it seems like it has been worn before and used. To make matters worse alot of the pearls is missing from the dress.

I am discontent with this situation and would like a refund for the dress.

I ordered from Moda nisa and my parcel was showing delivered however, I did not receive the order. They sent me a photo of the parcel on the floor with ‘—‘ as a signature. I explained to them, that is not a signature yet they sent me the same automated message. I have literally contacted them 4 times now on email and the only message I get is the same automated. Which I will paste below. I even translated my issue to them in Turkish l, yet it made no difference. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Below is the message I received from them 4 times. Baring in mind, each time I explained that is not a signature on the photo and we did not receive the item.

According to the Shipping Company your package seems to be delivered. Attachment is a signed delivery note stating that your package has been received.

We ask you to check whether the signature belongs to you or a member of your family and inform us by responding this e-mail. We would like to inform you that we will start the necessary process according to the information you have sent and inform you again.

Please tell me, how many times can someone repeat the same message to the customer when they are explaining the item was not received. It was not our first order either.

When I made a return request , I accidentally selected to return this Abaya (ECESUN- Black - Crew neck - Unlined - Dresses which is only $ 10.99) , although The actual Abaya that I returned to your warehouse is (Neways- Black Rayon $50.39), as a result I got a refund of $10.99 which is not right, it has to be the amount of money of the real Abaya that I returned $50.39. I want you to check in the warehouse the item that has been returned by me please and reply back ASAP, this is third time I am contacting the customer service, the previous 2 times I haven’t gotten a response, Thank you and have s grear day!

I tried to purchase, and the money was taken out of my account but on the website, it says that my transaction failed and that I did not purchase any items.

I purchased on the 19th of April and the total was $118.29

Please note that i have been dealing with Modanisa customer service since 8th March for order #[protected], however they are being very neglectful.

We wanted to cancel the order since because of their website error it got ordered twice. We informed them on 8th March (when the order was still processing) by call as well as email but they did not take an action and it got delivered on 12th March..

Since then we are asking to arrange a return and refund but they keep saying on email that order is resolved and its delivered, if they could pay attention to my email it would help us, i have been continuously calling the customer service, they say they will help but nothing is being done, it looks like that their customers are a joke to them.

Kindly resolve this issue as we have had enough of it.

We will not order from here again!

Absolutely livid!

After ordering a few items last year, once been let down by delivery, thought ok happens, didn’t get the item I ordered waited over a month after date they’ve given, was going to gift to a friend on her birthday.

A year later I decided to make a big order several items /3parcels, got my first package dumped by the delivery company outside my flat where it could have been stolen, complained to them, I seem to have spoken to a brick wall.

I then didn’t get my second and third parcel, then they show up out of the blue, whilst one still showing undelivered on my tracking, anyway quality was very poor, the reason I orderd a few of the dress is because I have ordered the same dress before and liked-it, but when I orderd a few quality went down the drain, so I decided to return the packages following their instructions, and I only get a fraction of my refund. I was told that I needed to allow 60 days for packages to reach them, which didn’t make sense at all, how can you refund money of the same package but not the rest?

Here were are 4 months later double the time I have been told to wait and I am still chasing them, they hold over £400 of my money. They have the worst customer service, your are unable to speak to a manger (which is the customers right in any company), always getting the same generic answers and emails… PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY STAY AWAY! Don not buy from them.

I have been a customer to modanisa for quite a long time...maybe more then 3-4 years. Usually I would purchase a dress or two, maybe maximum 5 items. Never a problem.

This time, I ordered a few dresses, pants, scarfs, pins, undercaps...etc

Total amount of items more then 20 items.

I trusted modanisa, and never occurred to be cheated by them. I am missing 11 items! And modanisa is washing their hands off and trying to pass the problem to the delivery company!

Reviewing my options right now...in one of my conversation they claim to view CCTV and all items were packed...yeah right like I will believe that...it's probably my 3rd email /msg to them to show me the CCTV...

Would not recommend them in the future

I made a purchase through this website on 28th of November and on 4th of December I got a message that the package has been delivered, when I checked there was no package so I contacted this company immediately and they said they will investigate. Now it's been more than one month they are not responding even though I have made a full payment of that package. Despite calling them repeatedly they are not responding. This is worst customer service I have ever seen.

I ordered this dress, for an occasion, but it is nothing like the picture, I thought it was a pink colour, but instead it is a browny beige, I'm dissatisfied, because I matched my pink shoes to wear with the dress for my sons graduation, I would like to be compensated for this, I don't have time to order a new one, my sons graduation is on the 30th November.

I placed an order with Modanisa on the 20th Oct 2021. Order No- [protected].
I wasnt at home on the 30th Oct when I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered.
When I came home I didnt find my parcel anywhere.
After checking my CCTV, I found out that Modanisa delivery driver left my parcel on my doorstep when no one answered the door. He left the gate open and walked off.
Some people walking past picked up the parcel.
Therefore, I contacted Modanisa, sending them CCTV Footages of their driver leaving my parcel at the doorstep and when my parcel was stolen.
I explained to them various times that everything is shown in the CCTV Footage and that I would like a refund or my parcel sent out again.
I have had no better solution from Modanisa. I am having to explain to them in every email because they dont seem to be taking any action at all.
They will not refund me and instead keep saying that i should spend £60 and theyll give me a £30 off coupon but I disagree with that as I have already spent £28 and not got my parcel.
I would like to take this matter ahead to solve this problem.

Hi, l ordered a burkini in modanissa and it was defected (a big hole in a pant ) and l contacted them via watsapp but they keep telling me your order in a progress but l did not receive any solution from them . I really disapointed, even the quality of close has been changed than before it is poor quality

I returned part of my order using their Express return service. I returned using royal mail. I tracked my return parcel and it was delivered back to them 07/07/21. I called them 3 times/international calls and they claim it not registered yet! The problem that is my second time I lose my money and not get refund from them. Last time I thought such things can happen but again it's happening and this time lost £38.25 + the cost of the calls + my time + a lot of stress and anger feelings.

I ordered 3 burkini's, all of which had a satin material and are quite thin unlike in the images where it looks thick and elastic (as a swimsuit should be), When I came to refund the items I was informed that I had to pay £9.90 on each of my packages (two packages) although when I came to look at the product itself the refund policy wasn't there, anyways when I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, I asked if I could refund for free as the items are faulty and not as described, but was informed that this wasn't an option, then I asked if I could at least put the items together so I wouldn't have to pay delivery for each package and they still said no. If the quality of the burkini wasn't poor I wouldn't have requested the refund in the first place, so why am I paying the price for modanisa's mistake. Also on their website it says that they have a warehouse in the UK which when I asked customer service where this was I was told that there isn't one, so if there isn't one why would you put misleading information on the website. I would like to refund all three items with no delivery fee.

I order 7 items from modanisia to Canada. ALL the items were made of different materials from what is shown on their website, materials were very cheap in comparison to the purchase prices.
When I tried to return it, the customer service representative told me that " since photos will not proof the difference in materials, we will not be able to issue you a refund".
Is this a correct way to deal with a customer?
If I can't proof that I received different materials than what I ordered, does this mean that I can't ask for a refund?
Lastly, when I told the representative that I will file a complaint, he/ she left the conversation even with a greet.
Really disappointed
Shipping fee for a return is very expensive.
I need a free return label and a full refund

On the 1st June, I made an order through the Modanisa app. while I made the payment for the order, the app gave me an error message and didn't go through. So, I started over again, spent 4 days collecting my items again then I made the second order. After a while I received the first order which I wasn't aware of because the app didn't confirm the payment. So, I emailed Modanisa CS to cancel the 2nd order but they didn't respond.
After 5 days from receiving the first order, I received the 2nd order. I contacted the CS team by email to describe my issue and to get from them a free return for the 2nd order but they just replied to me with the return policy. I contacted the CS team several times through Whatsapp and all they have done is just re-open the case. Also, they informed me that the CS didn't consider my request as a repeated order because they have different dates and different items. So I explained the reason of that, which is I found the offer on some items in my first order was ended so I bought another items because of that the 2 orders are not identical and I requested from the CS rep to describe clearly this when re-open my case again.
At the end I received an email from the CS team that mentioned that I could return my packages through express return with a fixed service fee of $9.90 which will be deducted from my refund amount and I don't have to pay to the shipping company when I drop your package. Therefore, I have done all the packaging and tried to find how I can do the express return on Modanisa website but I didn't find it. I contacted the CS team again through whatsapp and the CS rep. said that I am not eligible for the express return! which means that I have done all of the packaging for nothing. I was very disappointed because I wasted my time as a result of Modanisa again (this time because the CS team provided me incorrect information) Moreover when I tried to explain my dissatisfaction to the CS rep, he/she terminated the conversation after 2 minutes while I was writing! I even requested the CS rep. to escalate my issue and he/she ignored my request (please see my whatsapp chat for reference)

As described, all the issues are from Modanisa's side, in the beginning it was the app. fault, then the customer service email which includes incorrect information, and finally the very bad attitude from the CS rep.  

I hope that the Modanisa team would respect their customer and our time, and to consider my complaint and solve it.

I used Modanisa a couple of times was good, however, last month, I Cancel the order and ask for a Refund usually they took short time however now, it took more than 1 month and a half and I called them many times and every time they said 10 working days. I am really upset with the refund process and no response

Modanisa's website says they offer free return but none of their return option is free . When I called customer service, they were unable to resolve my issue. I kept emailing modanisa's customer service email address but they didn't respond to my email . I think this is very unprofessional for a company . They are avoiding a customer where they are supposed to resolve the issue . I bought the seeing their false advertisement of Free Return .

To whomever this may concern,
I have contacted you from email and whatsapp asking for my order 74763445 to be refunded. There is no mention of the refund of the £57.57 that was taken out of my account for that order. So i would like to know the information regarding my refund and to have my money refunded as the order was cancelled but the money wasnt returned to me. I hope to hear from you soon.
I have emailed multiple times and contacted you but i havent received my money back, and it has been more than 14 days since the email that said that i would get the refund in 14 days (20th april) So i would like a refund or i will be left with no choice but to file a complaint.

They charge for 6 sent 4 and tweaked the invoice so I am the paying the same as for 6 items. They are dubious company. Can't call UK number as it i disconnected.
This complaint has to be investigated and people must stop buying from them
