I just got court cased coming from you thru MOJ said i need to pay amount of 4315 Sar 1 month ago sama deduct all that amount in my account upon checking is more than you asking for and yesterday i got deductiom again worth 273 Sar i dont know why...

Mobily Saudi Arabia Postpaid internet 5 years ago.

I have a postpaid internet last 2018. While I'm planning to go vacation i go to taiba madina branch on Sept 5, 2018 and i disconnected it and settled my last bill. I even paid twice, and i gave them the internet sim. But until now almost 5years they keep on messaging that i have to settle more than 500 riyals balance even in whats up some debt company is messaging me. Come on guys i have my last fatura or official receipt with me and emails in your customer care 5years ago. Your asking a fraud payment. What for... Fix your people and your system.

Desired outcome: i need them to stop messaging me in my number and clear my name with my resident ID.

Mobily Saudi Arabia Data sim

I have bill before in my data sim +[protected] , 246.94sr and report me in Sama/Molin. I already paid it last june 12, 2023. I should be removed from Sama/Molin bec.i paid it already and clear my name/record but until now you did not removed my record in Sama/Molin.

I went to Sama this morning and they said you Mobily should make a report that i already pay my bill and removed it.

I call your your operator earlier and ask why still have record inSama/Molin. He didi not do anything and he is rude and angry i just forgot to ask his name.

I hope you clear and removed my record in Molin

Sir I am worried because the person whose data was revealed by mobily to the persons mentioned is a female who was using +[protected] of mobily when sabana/ shabana asked her number she gave without hesitation but shabana did not know her real name so she took her number and extracted my sisters real name and address but her husband Is using vulgar language threatening with lots of stuff.

Sir the first time on 23 May 2023I mailed to info@mobily.com.sa nobody responded keep directing me go here go there, then on 24 May 2023 I texted to info@cst.gov.sa they too never helped just diverting, On 26 May 2023 I emailed to IRD@mobily.com.sa NOBODY CARED TO REPLY,

I sent mail again on 28 May 2023 I must say very poor customer service of Saudi Arabia then why do they take our details when cannot respect our privacy, Each email mentioned for support help online redirects you Kindly raise the report through the following link:

I kept looking for help I sent emails to numerous government help and support

Mobily Saudi Arabia Sim card fraud

Assalamualaikum yesterday 8 march 7:pm i hot scammed by 3 people who came to my room they said mobily have new offer monthly 50 riyal unlimited pakage for data only they ask me to purchase its Good opportunity i they give me free sim but when i put sim on my mobile phone messege cam that your monthly fee is sar 230 for contract of 24 month i try to cancel sim but i cant when i go to mobily office he ask me to go to head office for mobily to do a complaint for them who sell sim to you uts home wifi router which they take it they didnt give me .. help me out to complaint against them and cancel that postpaid line b

Mobily Saudi Arabia e-life service

My wifi is down for last 6 days. e-life. every day I call they say the technician will come. Technician comes and says there is some problem with box and another department will come to solve the problem. this is being happening for last 6 days. very pathetic service. Incompetent technicians. Until now my problem is not solved.

Fist complaint on 17th October

Mobily Saudi Arabia e-life sevice

In May 2022, I visited Mobily office king Abdullah Road Riyadh to change e-life connection (we were using from last 3 to 4yrs) from my wife"s name to my name as she was going on final exit, the customer service person did not mentioned anything about connection at that time,he kept us ignorant and did not disclose any information that if we will disconnect it before such duration we have to pay penality, if he tell me at that time it is for sure,I did not go for this connection.At that time,I did not sign any such contract,it was hidden and no such information was disclosed to me, Now today on 2/10/2022 when I am going on final exit and I visited the same office they told me that as I am disconnecting it before 1yr so I have to pay penality and i have to pay 1,574 which is totally unfair, It is cheating with the customer by one of the biggest telecom company in saudia, how they can improve their standards by deceiving their customers.

Desired outcome: I suffered, but I dnt want others to be suffer from this, all the terms and conditions should be clearly mentioned to the customer in the beginning, otherwise it is totally unfair if you tell someone this later on.

Mobily Saudi Arabia Mobily fiber and technical support

Very poor customer care support. This is the third day, I'm still not having internet and no one attending the site for rectification. It is very clear the problem is in Junction box outside the house. But they are sitting and responding emails to restart the modem. At last one person in a customer care, identified that the problem is in the junction box and has given appointment for a service person to attend from midnight 12 to 1am. Really under-rated service and action. Personally impacted with office works and my kids lost three days of their online classes.

Really disappointed with your network and service

Desired outcome: Mobily - you can't get back the time we lost with you and your services.

Mobily Saudi Arabia Unauthorized mobile postpaid sim cards registered under my iqama.

Like 2 days back using citc web I found out that 4 unauthorized mobily postpaid simcards were registered under my iqama without my knowledge or approval. With your help I would like them to be cancelled for security reasons because I don't know how, when and who registered these SIM cards without my approval. I hope you will help me deal with this problem. Thanks

Mobily Saudi Arabia Prepaid sim mobily

In 2012, a person who claimed that he was a Mobily agent offered me a package for Pakistan, and provided me a form to fill which I filled partially and then after 15 minutes I told him that I was not willing to accept that package, he said okay and left the place stealthily and cleverly with my partially filled form. Now I have come to know by the Mobily Office that the fake agent has used partially filled form for the issuance of six postpaid sim cards. Please investigate the matter thoroughly and I tell you swearly that I have never bought any post paid sim card from any company. In this regard you are humbly requested to remit my bill.
Your cooperation and favour in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Mobily Saudi Arabia 5G Air fiber Home unlimited

I have been using service of mobily air fiber 5g at home since 5months now with service number [protected]. I have been experiencing lot of issues related to unstable network and frequent disconnection. Since 10days idont have net connection at home it hardly comes for 5min if i restart my router. I have tried reaching coustomer support but even after refreshing my device it dosent get fixed. I made lot of complaints regarding this but my problem is not getting solved. Iam paying the bills on time there is no issue on my end. I request you to kindly fix it or if you cannot then please cancel my contract and take away the device. iam very much disappointed with this service. My only request is to solve this issue. Mobily Saudi Arabia Forcing customer to avail pre and post paid plans for ABSHER accounts!

Good day! I want to file a complaint regarding Mobily Branch, King Fahd Road, Al Olaya. In the midst of pandemic due to Covid 19 virus, the staff in this branch are not considerate enough to their customer. We all knew about Absher Account that most of citizen in KSA wants to have now for health purposes, especially those newbie in the Kingdom like me. Today morning I came to the said branch, to activate my mobily sim that I bought when I came here in KSA way back 2019 in one of carrefour outlet, I had no idea that it was not activated since then. I only found out last week, when I need to activate my absher account. I did not hesitate to talk to the staff in counter 2 for their kind assistance. I told them I need to activate my old number for absher account and bank purposes. It was a smooth and nice transaction with fingerprint swipping and signature, only to find out that I need to pay 280 riyals for the availment of a post paid plan, which I clearly did not ask to and I don't need it. I clearly said to them "I'm not going to avail this post paid plan, I just want my mobily old number to be activated." But to my surprise they told me, they cannot activate my old number and I need to avail a new sim card for absher account which they said was processed already. I definitely want to argue and fight for my rights as a customer but those staff insisted that I need to pay immediately and they are running out of time due to many customers waiting. It leaves me no choice but to pay and give their demand. One of my friend also came in the same branch to activate her old number, she was asked to pay 90 riyals for a new prepaid simcard without explaining the details why she needs to avail it. This experience for me and my friend is not acceptable at all, cause when I tried to log in my absher application. I logged in using my old number. What is the use of the post paid that I avail when in the end, I still use my old number to activate my absher account? Why did your staff need to force your customer to pay without explaining the details? Why did we need to avail this plans without our full consent? I hope anyone from your team can communicate with me about this matter. Thank you!

Mobily Saudi Arabia Net package

On 23/7/2020 I did an online recharge of 100 GB for 3 months net package.That was not activated and money deducted from my account.I complaint multiple times with bank statement in Mobily Fanathir branch, but no reply untill now.Kindly help me and refund my money as soon as possible.Very bad response also I am getting when again going with the same complaint

Mobily Saudi Arabia Activate the connection

I am using the mobile number +[protected] since 2013. Due to corona situation I am unable recharge in my location. On June 20, I visited to Mobily branch Hassa & as well I visited Oct 16 to mobily branch Al Hassa. Now it is totally disconnected. Please do the favour to update my number back.

DEAR SIR,
I have paid e-life payment through self servicee machine vide transaction no:EFO [protected], E-LIFE SERVICE CENTRE, JUBAIL, SAR 2000/- ON 09/06/2019.

whereas e life office says that they have not received the payment.

bank statement provided still not refused to accept the payment nor refund.

Please do the needful preferably cancel the connection which i am holding without use.

For about one week no signal here in adhum. Its really hard to continue with this service... Really poor work ur team. If it continued I may really change my network.. If a small rain or thunders ur network will go off... Its really really poor and as I stay long from my family its my only hope to communicate... But your network really unworthy and plz for gods sake resolve it soon

With reference to the above subject i Dilip Kumar Jha having Sim Card No. [protected] which purchased from Mobily Shop in 2018 in the name of Rajendra Kumar Vatsa who is my friend and before one month i received SMS from Mobily that i need to visit Moobily store with valid ID, And visited mobily store on 30/7/2019 and transferred the ownership to my self name that is Dilip Kumar Jha and sim card no . And now again i received the same message that i need to visit mobily store within 72 hrs with same subject.
So i request to you please look on this matter and send the SMS to me that i need not to visit as above written.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I would like tell you we had recharge multiple times for Number [protected] and [protected] and every time i had been paid extra and was not able to avail the umrah offer,

On the day of arafath the calls rates were huge and suddenly my complete balance vanished,
I request to please send across the total recharged made for the below number and also the call charged and internet charged for this numbers

With deep dissatisfaction i would like to escalate the team we had to spend lot of money for the recharge and the executives don't understand English, every time different plan is being activated, on the day of Arafat i could see suddenly my balance was 0.21 SAR

I request the team to please investigate and let me know are there any charges increased during Hajj Days and refund the excess amont
