Dear Team,

It's very sad and disappointing to tell you that whenever my balance get deducted there is no positive response from your customer support help line number.
Now would like to tell you that on 29 sep
I recharged my account [protected] with Rs. 300 and activated the package of Rs 200 and got 3 GB data and minutes also and there was remaining balance more then 50 rupees.
After sometime I got message that your balance is low and it was less than 10 rupees instead of above 50.
Now my concern is this that inspite of having data package n all minutes how my balance deducted.
I really want an answer and my money back.

Aoa dear i am facing indoor network problem from jazz from 2 months ago, registered complaint many times but no response, address Shadman town Sahiwal, many times i called at customer care center to get my complaint resolved but no serious response from there, technicall department is sleeping, no even single call from them and no rectification is made from there

It is requested that I have complained many times about 3g/4g services adjacent to namal college mianwali but I haven't got any +ve response as yet. It is requested that it is an area where zong services came much later than jazz services about 14 or 15 years later and zong established there 4g services and there are no other 4g services are available in that area so it is also in the benefit of the company to establish the 4g services in rikhi and also in the favor of the residents of that area. Therefore it is requested that complaint may please be resolved on urgent basis and may please acknowledge the complaint on my jazz number [protected] please.

From last 5 days i m facing internet problem against 3g and Lte, i humbly request you to link up my internet apeed . I complained 3 times to call center but there ia no any positive change according to my speed . I request you as last time if my speed did not work prompetly I'll change the network back to zong 4G . I didn't use internet after 1:59 pm today dated 14 September 2019 Saturday but history shown in "Jazz World" application showing interest usage at 3:25 pm and 43 Pakistani rupees (PKR) are charged against 45mbs.
Plz investigate and inform me details of browsing history of sites, I or any other person visited, otherwise refund my balance.
(My suspect become more strong when usage bonus was not given to me, usually bonus is given after usage of 15 rupees)

I request you to please restore to my stolen money ie Rs. 11.95 from my account. And request you to stop and block additional charges from any third party unless I actually need to use them in future. I hope my request will be accepted as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Yeasterday at 12:18 pm i take a jazz advance of Rs.15
I consume only Rs. 5.64 but when i check my balance now it shows zero credit. When i call to helpline they said you have cricket alert subscription but i didn't subscribe any of this offer then why this automaticallu subscribed and charge Rs. 2.87
After that the helpline person said you use mobile data in early morning thats why your balance has been deducted. I am shocked that i use wifi only at home then how data been used ?
Or the company has the access to my phone and turn data on without my permission ?

Kindly review your services and give my credit back or i ll leave your network.

Main ek jazz network ka user hun me pechly ek mah se internet ke hawali se help line pe call kar raha hun par masla hal nhe ho raha yahan pe humare area internet sahi se nhe chal bohat poor performance hai speed ki har ek mint bad speed khatam ho jati hai phir intzar karo ke jab net chale har waqat yehe hal hai par jazz help line se koi sahi jawab na mila so please jald se jald ye masla hal karin

I am a resident of Askari 5, Malir Canotonment, Karachi and its been around 3-4 weeks that jazz is not working properly. I have a prepaid sim and a jazz device registered to my name and both dont seem to deliver any coverage.I can only send and recieve calls but internet service does not seem to work at all on both my devices. Both devices seem to work very well whenever i go to other areas like Karsaz or Gulshan but inmy own area the coverage has not been satisfactory and i am tired of trying to catch coverage.

What non sence is this? Zong prepaid mobile load from jazz cash account is not available? Why? Very shame full on jazz cash. What is this? It is the negligence of Jazz cash customer support center. At this occasion of Eid, this is very disgusting responce. Resolve this issue that is always created very much problems. Very bad cooperation from jazz cash now a days.

Hello here in Sabzazar Block L, we have signals issue from 3 years. We don't get enough signals in house. And from last 3 months I am unable to recieve or make a call. I have registered complaints in the past. Whole area does and nothing really happens. What kind of service are you providing? We never get a proper response. Isn't it your responsibilty to fix this problem? House number is 519 Block L, Sabzazar Lahore. Do something about it.

My sim is temporary block and your help center is not helping me, they are just wasting my time by saying call on 4444 and when i call that number they say ' call at 111' they are just wasting time and balance.
They are not transferring my call to supervisor giving me lame excuses and just saying me for wait.
My sim is block since morning, kindly look after my complain and solve as soon as possible.

I have been internee of Mobilink in 2015. Now I am an employee of Orascom and I am an Engineer. I really felt very ashamed to having problems like this.
I am using postpaid number i.e [protected]. And my security limit is Rs 2500/-. On day 25th July, 2019 02:14PM my bill was 1934 and When I checked my bill on same day round about 08:00PM my bill was Rs 4622/-. I called 777 helpline and talked to Tanveer Ashraf. He involved me round about 30minutes through justifications and didn't give a satisfied reason. Then I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor. So I talked with Supervisor Aziz Khan and he told me that your net was expired so you charged against them. Now I have a question that My security limit is Rs 2500/- So How you people could charge me Rs 4622/- without any notification from Mobilink instead of that my security limit is 2500/- And If my MB's were expired then there should be a message from Mobilink that your MB's are finished. And you will be charged Rs 2/MB.
Note: If any customer submit security so this means that if the amount will enhance or exceed from Rs 2500/- the services will be blocked.
I really felt very to be ashamed that Mobilink are doing blunders like this with Customers.
I will challenge this in consumer court if Mobilink will take no action against their staff and services then

my jazz cash account was hacked and i received a call from 04444 number he told me that i am a jazz cash representative your account is locked we sent a msg. on your cell no. [protected] from jazz world plz told us that code we are trying to activate your account he told me my call balance and remaining sms and minutes also for clarification that we are from jazz cash as this scenario i told them the code which i recv. from jazz world they made two transactions 23000/-, 23000/- rupees from my account. jazz cash failed to provide security to my account and why my account was locked and my security leaked. plz return my amount as jazz cash was the guardian of my money. jazz cash have all the data of all these persons who do this mobile numbers/ID card numbers/merchant where they withdrawal this amount plz together with us to FIA . the below person have the sim owner which used in all this game.
