Customer service is terrible. I ordered a phone on the 21st which is MLK day so I figured that by the end of the 22nd that they would have it shipped so I can get it 2 business days after I ordered it because I paid for 2 day shipping but for some reason because I used a different address from my credit cards billing address they couldn't verify in time to get it shipped the same day. So basically they are very slow at processing your order and they have already charged my credit card even though they haven't shipped my phone yet. I also called 4 times throughout the day to make sure that they would ship it and every time the customer service worker would say that it should be sent in the next half hour or so but even after they closed at 6pm est I checked and it was still pending for no reason. Would definitely NOT order from mobilecityonline ever again.
