Mitsubishi - extra charge/ sexual harassment/unfinished service

Hi my name is Tracey. On 09/16/ 19, I called Mitsubishi and told them I needed my oil changed and an alignment . I arrived to Mitsubishi . Service manager Jerry coward then came to my car window and said "tracey!" I said "yeh " . I then told him I wanted to get an alignment done and an oil change . He then said"I also recommend you get your tires rotated " and asked " you wanna do a wash as well?" I said "sure if you guys can wash and vacuum it, then yeh ". He said "yeh, we could do whateeeeeveeeeer you want, " as he smiled and looked at my breasts. He then said"tracey you know you're awesome ?" I said how am I awesome ?" He then said" I don't know ." "You just are, " As he put his hand up to give me a high five . I looked at him confused and put my knuckles to his knuckles instead . He then took my keys . I went into the waiting room to wait. . He then sat very close to me on the couch. I told him "can you like yeh, scoot back, you're too close to me ". He scooted back . He then explained the services that would be done to my car and prices . He never told me I would get charged for the vehicle inspection. He told me he would give me a $25 discount . I said ok. He left . He then came back and said If I needed a ride somewhere, he could get me a ride to get some food if I needed to eat . I then said "yeh I need to get some food". A driver dropped me off at my destination at 12:00 and said he would get me at 12:45 . I then called Raymond criner around 12:30 when I was done eating and told him my phone was going to die . He said my car would be done in 10 minutes and asked if I wanted him to send the driver . I told him yes . He then said he would have them text me when they're at my destination. I told him "they cannot text me if my phone will be dead ". He then Said "ok, they'll be there " as he rushed to get off the phone with me . 2 minutes after I hung up, another driver different from the first came and got me . He showed me the notepad with my phone number on it as 506-2372 and told me he had tried calling me but it kept ringing and that the driver before me wrote my number down as the one explained above. Since when does a phone number have 7 digits ? Had I not called to tell them my phone was dying, I would have been waiting so long for the first driver to get me . I got to Mitsubishi . I then Asked the cashier if my car was ready . She said it wasn't . I asked her how much longer it would take . She called them . And she told me they were washing it. I sat down . 10 more minutes went by . I asked much longer it would be before my car was done getting worked on . She said she did not know . I sAw a finance man and asked him how much longer my car would be in service department for . He said he did not know since he was in sales . Jerry then walked by . I then told the sales rep "oh there he is thanks !" Jerry asked what I needed. I asked him how much longer my car would be in the shop for . He then said "we'll why didn't you ask me ?" "I was standing right there ?" . "Did he need anything from me ?" I told him I did not see him, and no he did not need anything from him and that I was wondering how long my car would be in the shop for " . Why would I want to even speak to someone who has been sexually toward me ? What right does some random Mitsubishi employee have to question my actions ? He is not my husband, but was acting like it . He said"it's cuz sometimes sales reps be comin up here being nosy ". I don't see why jerry could have not asked the finance man if he needed anything from him. I don't work at Mitsubishi . He does . I still did not see anything wrong with me asking someone how long my car would be in service for . I understand . Wrong person . Wrong department, however a Mitsubishi employee has not right to question customers' such actions . I then paid for services done to my car . Jerry held the door open for me. Jerry then gave me my keys . I tried getting in my car . Jerry the said "ooooh Let me get that mat for you ". I said "it's ok" " I don't mind it being there ". He disregarded my wishes and got the mat out . I proceeded to get in my car before he stopped me once again n said "yeh if you ever need anything, call that number, that's my personal line ". I said "it's ok, I can just call up here ". He said "you got my number right ?" I said"yeh but I'll just call up here ". He then said "yeh call me if you need anything, as he stared at my breasts. I pulled my shirt up and as I got in my car, i realized I forgot to ask them about a light flickering on and off and the engine reving up on its own . He said they drove it for 30 minutes and it did not do anything, so they could not find anything wrong with it. I Got in my car and left . I came home and realized there was an unexpected charge of $39.95 . I called Raymond criner and asked him about the charge . He said he would speak to the reps and see what he could do and he would call me back in 15 minutes . 30 minutes went by and I received no call from Raymond criner . I called Raymond back . He answered the phone and said "yes ma'am I haven't forgot about you ." " I told them to leave a sticky note saying to credit you back the $39.95 . I said "ok thanks ". I then asked why my car had not been vacuumed . He said " I told them not to vacuum the inside cuz you seemed to be in a hurry ." I said"you don't do that !" "You don't just make different decisions from what we agreed on, because someone is in a hurry ". "That's very unprofessional ". He then said "what does that even have to do with anything ?" "You didn't even pay for the car wash " "We tried to accommodate you in every way by getting you a ride to where you need to be ". Mind you, JERRY COWARD INITIALLY OFFERED TO FIND ME A RIDE TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT . I never asked for one. I also told him that I had planned on washing my car after that and now I just spent half my day at a shop without getting my car fully washed . I also had to get sexually harassed and feel as little as a salt grain In fear of possibly getting physical with coworkers, and in fear of coworkers taking their sides . It's a terrible feeling to have to Sit there and have someone try to get your attention for reasons other than what you came for to begin with when you are paying for good service just like anyone else is . Maybe if workers would not try to flirt with customers and high five them, stare at their breasts, or ask unecessary questions irrelevant to the reason for visit, then maybe, just maybe such incident would have not occurred . If being flirtatious, negligent, and disregarding is accommodating, then I don't know what the purpose of even bringing my car in for service or even referring friends and family to Mitsubishi is . This is unacceptable and as a women, or innocent loyal paying customer, no one should experience this . Raymond criner and Jerry coward do not deserve to have a job at Mitsubishi . That's not a way to treat people or customers . Please contact me at+[protected].
