Me and my mum love these products and use the mitchum roll on all the time. However this is the 2nd product that I have purchased where the ball doesnt move which therefore stops me being able to apply the deodorant. The products aren't cheap but we find that they are good when they work and love using them. Extremely disappointed and we may have to start searching for an alternative which isn't what we want to do!

I'm very disappointed that this is the second time I've had to complain about another deodorant I've purchased. I've gone to turn the top to use and nothing comes out.

These are not cheap and I'm not considering swapping to another brand unless something is done.

Hello there!

I have used this product before and found pain in trying to twist the bottom to get any product out. However I thought it was just a faulty item. My mother bought me two of these for me a while later and the same issue is with both items. She loves Mitchum and so do I but this particular product design is so problematic. The practicality of it is not good, and it's the reason I don't buy it for myself anymore. I feel awful wasting an expensive product that I cannot use, of which I didn't purchase myself.

I presume you have received similar responses from customers, and I think it needs to change. Fantastic product, but bad design.

I highly rate this deodorant and it seems to be the only one that works for me. However, I am becoming extremely frustrated and disappointed when I pay for this item and the twist cap does not work and I cannot use the deodorant.
I currently have two full tins that won't work and many more that I have had to throw away unused because the twist cap is broken.

Is this something that is being looked into? I don't normally complain about a product but this is annoying me! I have finally found a deodorant that works for me but it is costing me a small fortune to consistently buy and not know when it may stop working.

I do not know how this issue can be resolved but a desirable resolution to my frustration would be some form of reimbursement to buy more of your product that I use would be appreciated. If not a simple response to acknowledge this has been taken into consideration.

I usually buy your product from Boots, Superdrug or Tesco.

I have purchased and been using Mitchum Women Shower Fresh Roll on. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to say that it does not live up to the claim of 48 hour protection.

I have since had to resort to using my husband's Mitchum Men Roll on which, I find, actually works.

Please advise as to why this could possibly be so - am I now supposed to use the Men's Roll on and will it have any harsh side effects on my skin?

Please will you reconsider the top to your deodorant, and make it more user friendly. I find the pressing down by my right hand can be difficult with some cans, and almost impossible to press down with my left hand. It is a brilliant product, but I struggle to use it. Unfortunately, I have no one who can deodorise my right under arm for me, and am having to go to another brand, who has a much easier press down top, because of the inability to press down to spray. A real shame. I am sure I cannot be alone with this problem.

During the last year minimum I've had great problem depressing the canisters of the above product. They are SO hard to depress. I have turned the top until it clicks several times but they just do not 'open'. The latest batch I bought were on offer so I bought three. Out of the three I could only depress one of them and even that one is extremely hard to depress! I suffer with tennis elbow and tendinitis as well as inflammation of my joints and this causes me such pain. I do not like roll on deodorant so I would not buy that. I will stop buying this product if the problems are not sorted out very soon as I really can not afford to keep buying something with the ongoing problem. I attach a photo of the latest canister I can not depress so can not use.

Although I do love it and knows it works effectively but as soon as I bought it I tried to roll it up but the whole top half came off.. it squeezed out of proportion and was a mess.. So the mitchem stick is the biggest failure of under arm protection you can use.

First, when I exercise, the remnants of the stick that I applied on my under arm will form in little white balls from the sweat, and its so humiliating when I lift up my arm and you see this white thing on my under arm.

Second, it gives of on your clothes and leave that dreaded white stain, and its not after a few months, nooo, its after a few weeks, then that stain begins to form.

Third, it still gives off a bad odour in a very short time, 5 hours tops i would say, after I applied it on.

Now as for the roll on, its a dream, it doesn't stink, it doesn't give of on my clothes yet, and it doesn't lave those horrible white balls on my arm.

I would like to know why you have discontinued making the best deodorant EVER? The Mitchum Solid Unscented was the best. The Smart Solid crumbles and is useless. The spray doesn't spray. The gel is watery and runs down my arm . I don't want to smell like Sport or Powder or the Mountains or your version of Clean. I don't want it to smell at all. I just want it to keep me dry and odor free. Why would you take something off the market that works? I see lots of complaints but no answers from Revlon. You have unpteen Mitchum products out now but they all suck! Please go back to basics and start manufacturing the Mitchum Solid Unscented with the original ingredients again. I'm hoping someone at the company reads this and has some common sense! Please reply.

I am disappointed with mitchum roll on.
Hubby spent 5k on new kurtas (long shirt and pants style islamic wear) and all 8 sets have stains under the arms.
Please put in bold print that your product bleaches clothes.
Is there any compensation for non disclosure.
I see many dissatisfied customers and complaints on various sites about this product.
Will never buy it again.

I have purchased two of the Mitchum deodorant spray and I cannot depress the dispenser on the top no matter what I do. I have taken them back and got replacements but they are the same. I bought the rool on and have no problem with it but only seem to have problem with spray. I have attached a photo of the two that are a problem

I bought your roll on deodorant as usual, I've never had a problem with your products before. This time the roller isn't rolling right. It only turns every once in awhile. I don't think you can return used deodorant to the store so I keep trying to use it to no avail. Please replace this item for me or send me a coupon or something. My name is [removed] Paul [removed]. I have been using Men's Mitchum Roll-On for several years but recently, several of my recent purhases, the deoderant ball will not roll. I've returned 3 or 4 of possibly the last 10 I've purchased and I cannot use them because the ball will not roll. I've submitted this, three times on your web site and I have never received a reply. I have one sitting on my desk right now and I planned to return it to your product quality control department.

I've been using Mitchum roll on gel deodorant for a number of years I purchase two double packs of you New Mitchum Triple odor defense, it's suppose to be a gel but it's more watery, it runs down by body. I don't even have to the dial it to advance, just turn it upside down and it flow out. It's not the same product I've been using. Would like to replace.

But having purchased my fourth can from four different stores consistent problems with spray not working and clogging therefore unable to use and having to throwaway

Please advise what is the problem and are you planning to resolve this issue as reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem

I love this deodrant but I find that when it's nearly finished I can't use what's left as it crumbles and this happens every time I use it I've used this for many years and think it's such a waste off deodrant it's dwfinetly about a weeks worth of deodrant going in the bin every time I buy it and also the mess it leaves when it crumbles is soo annoying love this product but really can't understand why it's made the way it is

I have been using Mitchum for many years and have not had this problem before. I bought one roll-on, it would not allow the top to move, therefore, the deodorant would not come out for me to put on. I then bought another roll-on and had the same results; could not use because the deodorant could not be delivered since the roll-on top wouldn't move. Okay. so off to buy the 3rd roll-on (bought from two different stores) and this was also unusable. I know this is the best deodorant for me, so I gave it another try (4th try). This one works! Yea!

Have used this product for many years but this now comes in a new can which I am unable to unlock/open. Have asked both my son and the staff in waitrose and they also failed to unlock it. Previously you turned the top anticlockwise, it clicked twice and was then set to spray. This can has an arrow on the top but nothing to match it to? I have two cans sitting in my cupboard that I can not use.

The ball moves but nothing comes out it feels as though its gone solid inside this has happened before so this time rather than throw away the product, I thought I would contact you, I would liketo post it back to you as I really would like to know what has happened to this,
