I purchased two Mitchum gel unscented antiperspirant/deodorant. When going to use it, found a powerful scent in product. I have been using this product for many years and as never had a scent. This is a great product and love it except for this change in the scent. This is supposed to be a unscented product. Has there been a mistake in production or is this the way it is going to remain?

I like the actual product but the past 3 I have purchased the roll up mechanism hasn't worked at all. I tried everything to correct and wound up throwing all 3 away. I'm extremely hesitant to spend 5 more dollars on another. Please advise

I have already filed a complaint and have not heard anything back I have been using your deodorant for women for at least 10 years and I would say 1 out of two cans does not work which is disappointing and costly,you need to have a look at the product ,I have spoken to other people that use your deodorant and they also have the same problem

Excellent product BUT: Size of applicator appears to be unnecessarily large and implies more product (although net weight is probably accurate). The applicator is not recyclable or at least appropriately marked as such. Therefore the oversized product's environmental impact is even more enhanced. They can do better. Will keep an eye out for similar products packaged more carefully.

I have used this product for nine years but 2 out of 4 do not work, as you can appreciate it is not a cheap product so I am only using 2 out of 4 because they will not spray this is a big issue with this product, Regards Tracy McHugh

I love the product but I am afraid you are totally ripping off your customers with faulty aerosol cans. I have a number of half used sprays due to the fact that they become impossible to spray after a while. I have decided to take them back to the store every time from now on and get a refund. You appear to have had a great many complaints but do not do anything to remedy the defect.

I purchased the Women Mitchum solid deodorant, shower fresh scent, and it is my preferred brand. When I tried to use it, the dial at the bottom would turn but kept clicking and would not move the product upwards, therefore it was unusable.
I gently pried off the plastic protective top to see if that would help, but it did not, but in doing so, I was then unable to return it to a store for a refund. I paid $5.97 at Walmart in Cambridge Ontario Canada.
I hope you can send me a product coupon or a refund for this Mitchum product.

Purchased this deodorant from Tesco on 9th October 2021.

My complaint is regarding the functionality of the dispensing mechanism. Unfortunately it only pushes the solid deodorant to halfway, then the twisting mechanism is too short and will not go any further. This leave approximately half (20g) unusable inside the dispenser.

This is disappointing and misleading when you cannot access half the product you purchased. I would recommend revising this twist mechanism immediately.

I have bought this product twice now in the hopes that the first can was just a one-off faulty canister, however on both occasions the spray mechanism stops working after only a few uses!

Complete waste of money. It's a shame as the times I have managed to use the product, it has been a great deodorant/antiperspirant, however I will not be buying it again as I have now had to throw away 2 practically full canisters!

I can now see that this has been a recurring issue for a number of years, Mitchum clearly have no issue with robbing their customers by continuing to sell a broken product.

Spray canisters do not work. Have been using this product since my teens, I can't continue to buy as repetitive issues prove this isn't down to a faulty batch but a design flaw. I've wasted about £20 over the past year giving the product the benefit of the doubt. Cleaning the nozzle with warm water doesn't work either.

I can see from reviews below that this is an issue and I conclude that the product is not fit for purpose since it can't be used.

Bought the roll on Friday the 24th December at Savanah mall in polokwane limpopo checkers crockery store, when I got home trying to use it I can't adjust the roller nothing happens.

I have purchased 3 Mitchum deodorants all have stopped spraying at some point when there is a lot left inside. It's faulty. I have opened and closed the can nothing has seemed to work. I'm highly annoyed as they do go for about £3 a spray. Which is quite expensive but I do love the brand but not with the faults I have been getting recently. Please fix your sprays as I can imagine it will continue to be an issue for other users.

I have purchased 4 Mitchum SmartSolid Clinical Performance 2.5 Oz sticks. Each one of then ends up breaking into pieces and makes a mess on my bathroom floor. I only get to use about half of the stick. They are not cheap, so this is not acceptable. I like the product but am tired of pieces breaking off and not getting the full amount of the product I purchased.
I would like to write to Mitchum's Customer Service Department to get some resolution but cannot find a link to be able to do that.
I hope that you can help me get in touch with the Mitchum company.

My new deodorant stick is not working. The twisting mechanism is not lifting the product.

I have turning it both ways but it still does. It work.

Time and time again I have purchased these canisters, tried different fragrances tried different stores. Halfway down the can the button stops working and it stops releasing the contents. They are a defective design and it urgently needs to be reviewed and redesigned. I've tried circa 12 different canisters and all the same outcome.

The design needs to be looked at, you are wasting peoples money, you are wasting product. I love the product but I can't use it as intended with the current flaw which I see others have complained about numerous times.

I am on my third canaster of the Mitchum deodrant and every time after using it initially you can no longer push the button at the top
So I'm not able to use it anymore
If it had been a one off I would of thought it was faulty but as I say this is the third one !
I really like the product but can't afford to keep throwing out half used ones

Purchased a brand new Mitchum Pure Fresh 2.7 oz women solid antiperspirant/deoderant and it is defective. The stick will not roll up to utilize the product. It is stuck at the bottom of brand new stick and the wheel just continuously turns. Completely useless and would like it replaced ASAP as I see that many other people on here are also having the same issues. Stamp on bottom states N21830A 20:32

2 x brand new roll on sticks not rollinf upward, it is stuck at the bottom. I dont have the rslip for the purchase, how will this be resolved. Os there something I can do to fix it myself?

Brand new 2.7 oz women solid antiperspirant/deoderant. Pure fresh. Will not roll the stick upward, stuck in the bottom of brand new stick. Would like a replacement or coupon of at least $5.00 as live in state of new york and are expensive here. If you could mail replacement product to me that would be great. Or email me a scannable coupon that would be fine too.

I purchased a Mitchum deodorant stick (powder fresh) recently from Sainsburys and the twist mechanism at the bottom doesn't work so I can't use it. I've only used it twice so it's basically full.
