Missguided Missguided UK: Terrible Products and Difficult Returns Procedure

So, I had a pretty bad experience with Missguided UK (missguided.co.uk). I was so excited to place my order, which came out to over ?254. But when I received the items, none of them fit me properly. I even ordered a size up on some items for comfort, but everything was super tight - more like size 6-8. And to make matters worse, one of the leggings had the size label sewn right at the front of the crotch. Can you believe that?

But wait, there's more. When I tried to return the items, I was told that Hermes drop off will not show up for me because I am returning the full order. Instead, I had to use Asda, which is quite a distance for me. Or, they suggested I only return half the order. Seriously? They used Hermes to deliver this order, which consisted of tiny clothing items like cycling shorts and bralettes, and they all fit into their large sized parcel bag. Yet, the parcel was apparently too big for a Hermes return drop off? What kind of nonsense is that? Missguided, you are a joke of a retailer. I've ordered much bigger parcels than this from other retailers and have never had an issue returning them with Hermes. It's clear that Missguided just wants to make it difficult for customers to return their trashy products.

I have decided to never order from this crap place again. I shop from so many other places online and this has to be the worst online shopping experience ever, especially when it comes to returning items. Seriously, this is a scam company with horrible products and the most difficult returns procedure ever. If you're reading this, do not buy from Missguided UK. You will regret it, trust me. I'll be opening a dispute and taking this matter further because this is just unacceptable.

Missguided Misleading and Disappointing: My Terrible Experience with Missguided UK

So, I just had an experience with Missguided UK (missguided.co.uk) and let me tell you, it's not good. As a first-time buyer, I thought I would prepare for the summer and spend $158.00, but all of the dresses looked the same when I received them. The material was thin and the information and photos on the website are completely misleading and untrue. And to top it off, the sizes aren't accurate either. It's just plain wrong.

When I tried to return the dresses, the return and contact information was the absolute worst. The return policy is completely misleading and they provide a barcode instead of a physical store address and a tracking number that isn't even included in the package. So, I had to go out and purchase a tracking number just to send them back.

After sending the package back through USPS as stated in their policy, there was no communication for several weeks. I tried to contact them but there was no information on how to connect. I had to really dig to get in touch with them.

When I finally contacted them, they asked for a proof of purchase to refund my money. I provided it, but then they asked for a copy of a Proof of Postage Receipt which doesn't even exist from USPS. The tracking number they provided has no activity, and the post office couldn't even track the package after 2.5 weeks.

The worst part is they don't respond on their contact addresses. It just seems like a scam to me. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this whole experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Missguided UK at all costs.

Missguided Disappointed with Missguided: Poor Quality and False Advertising

I'm so disappointed with my latest order from Missguided. It's been a while since I last shopped with them, and it seems like the quality has really gone downhill. I bought a skirt and a dress, but both were a let-down. The skirt was way too big - I ordered an EU34 but it felt more like an EU36. Plus, the quality was just terrible. It was only one layer of fabric, which felt really cheap. I mean, come on - for the price I paid, I expected better. The satin dress was even worse. It was advertised as satin, but the material was definitely not satin - I don't even know what it was. It was see-through and stretchy, which I did not expect at all. I'm a big fan of satin, so I know what it should look like - and this wasn't it. Both items were on sale, but honestly, they weren't even worth the low price. The quality was so bad that I can't even wear them. It's such a shame and a waste of money. I used to love Missguided and had them on my list of favorite online stores, but after this experience, I don't think I'll ever shop with them again. The website's photos and descriptions are totally misleading and untrue. It's basically false advertising. For reference, the items I bought were the Tall Mint Co Ord Double Split Mini Skirt and the Black Satin Puff Sleeve Ruched Mini Dress. Trust me, don't waste your money on them. Oh, and just a heads up: there's no review section on their website, so you can't leave feedback on your purchases. And when I tried to contact them, they didn't respond to any of my emails. Not cool, Missguided.

Missguided Missguided UK: Unreliable and Careless Customer Service

Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with Missguided UK. So, my daughter needed shoes for this fancy party and we decided to order some from Missguided. We even paid extra for faster delivery, but guess what? The shoes never arrived. We had to keep chasing them every day, and they kept giving us different excuses. First, they said it was an error with the order, then a stock issue, supplier problems, and finally, the courier.

We were getting super frustrated, and after we called them out on social media, we finally got the shoes. But guess what? They were too small! So, we had to return them. They did provide us with a label and a bag to return them via Collect+. Now, I use this service all the time, so I didn't think twice about it and handed over the parcel to my local Collect+ shop.

BIG MISTAKE. With other companies, that would be the end of it. But with Missguided, it's like a never-ending story. So, we contacted them about the refund, and they were being so difficult. It was like they were trying to make us give up and not claim our money back. They denied receiving the returned item, even though they have a tracked returns system. Come on, Missguided! Be responsible for your own business!

After we chased them for days, they finally said unless we could provide the return receipt, they couldn't do anything. Luckily, I keep all of my receipts, so I sent them a scanned copy. But even then, we still haven't received our refund.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Missguided to anyone. They clearly don't care about their customers and have no reliability. So, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Missguided Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Missguided UK: Wrong Sizes & Late Refund

So, about a month ago I ordered a super cute bandeau top and skirt from Missguided UK, which I've shopped with before with no problems. I was excited when my order arrived quickly, but then I noticed that the sizes of my items were two sizes smaller than I had ordered. At first, I thought maybe I had accidentally ordered the wrong sizes since they use a European size chart on their site, but after double-checking my email and order information, I realized that the company had sent me the wrong sizes.

I immediately reached out to their customer care team to explain the situation and was disappointed when they tried to tell me that I had ordered the sizes that were sent to me. I took photos of the garments and the size chart to prove that the company had made a mistake, but still received no apology. Instead, they sent me a PDF file for a free return postage label, which I used to send the items back.

I was told that I would receive my refund within 14 days, but when the two weeks passed and no refund showed up in my bank account, I started sending more emails to their customer service team. All I got back were generic replies saying that I would receive my full refund in 14 days, even though that timeframe had already passed. It was really frustrating that the company stopped replying to my messages altogether, even though I was just asking for the refund that I was entitled to as a customer.

Eventually, I got so fed up that I decided to write an online review about my experience. I really don't recommend Missguided UK to anyone, as their customer service left a lot to be desired in this instance. It's a shame because they have some really cute items on their site, but their lack of attention to this issue was completely unprofessional. I've never had a problem with online shopping before, but this experience was beyond a joke.

Missguided Misleading Returns Policy and Poor Customer Service at Missguided UK

I recently had an experience with Missguided UK that has left me feeling very disappointed. I had previously stopped ordering from them due to their poor customer service, but decided to give them another chance and ordered a dress. Unfortunately, the item was not suitable for me, so I went to arrange a collection through their website. However, I encountered a problem when the system would not generate a collection time. I contacted their customer service via chat and spoke with Emma. She informed me that my item was not eligible for Hermes collection because it was delivered by Yodel. Now, as a customer, I do not have the ability to choose which delivery company Missguided uses, so I found this to be an unfair response. Additionally, their website offers Hermes collection as an option, without any disclaimer that the service is not available if they choose to use Yodel to deliver parcels.

I explained to Emma that I had recently undergone major surgery and was unable to travel to the Hermes shop. She seemed to have little sympathy for my situation, only informing me that the closest location was 8 minutes away. I expressed my disappointment with the false advertising on their website, and told her that it was unreasonable to inconvenience customers due to their own decision to stop using Royal mail as a return option and selectively decide which parcels are eligible for Hermes collection. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but Emma claimed that she spoke with her supervisor Sowdha, and that they could not help me, leaving me feeling frustrated and angry.

I find it totally unacceptable for a company to provide false information on their website, attempting to give the appearance of hassle-free returns, while in reality, they want to make the process as complex and inconvenient as possible. The disregard shown by Emma and Sowdha is simply not appropriate and has left me with no desire to do business with them ever again. I hope that Missguided UK can improve their processes, acknowledge the difficulties many customers may face, and treat them with the respect they deserve.

Missguided Missguided UK Review: Horrendous Service, Don't Waste Your Time or Money

Don't bother with Missguided UK, it's not worth risking your money on this company. I recently placed an order with them and paid for next day delivery. It wasn't a problem when I realized I had missed the next day delivery cut off, but what followed was a complete disaster. My parcel was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, but it didn't.

I contacted the company several times throughout Thursday, and each time I received a different excuse or was told to wait. First, they said my parcel had missed the delivery van, then they said they didn't know why it had been delayed. When I questioned this, I was told to re-order my items. Why would I send this company even more money when they clearly didn't value my custom the first time and have no care for their customers?

By Friday, I was getting frustrated. I contacted Misguided again, but still no parcel, no tracking update, and no email from the customer service agent who promised to chase up the courier. On Saturday, I finally received an email offering me a refund or a replacement order, but at this point, I wasn't interested in either. The service is clearly copied and pasted from a script, with no regard for individual issues.

I asked to make a formal complaint, but who knows if it will ever be noted on my file like my lost parcel. I definitely won't be ordering from Missguided again and won't recommend them to anyone. It's been three days, and they still can't give me an answer as to what happened to my parcel. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.

Missguided Missguided UK: Poor quality products, unresponsive customer service, and blocked emails - an awful shopping experience

I bought a shirt and matching skirt from Missguided UK for ?22 and ?20 respectively, but was disappointed to find the shirt was way too short, almost like a crop top! Plus, I also ordered two satin dresses that were priced at ?30 and ?35 each but turned out to be of poor quality. So I requested a refund for all three items.

The company sent me two bar scan codes for each of my packages, and I returned them both via my local Asda, which scanned the bar codes and provided me with individual confirmations and tracking codes for both packages. A few days later, I received two separate emails from Missguided UK confirming they had received BOTH my packages.

However, as days went by, I began to grow concerned that my refunds had not been processed. I checked some online reviews and found out how notorious Missguided UK is for being unresponsive to refund requests. I was really frustrated since I knew I wasn't the only one experiencing this problem.

I tried emailing them a few times asking about my refunds, but got no response. I even called them using the numbers I found online, but discovered both were "invalid." (What a nightmare!) It took me a while to get connected with their live chat advisory line, but when I did, I spoke to an advisor via text. She promised to investigate and find out what was going on, but it took her forever to come back with an answer.

Finally, she told me I was owed a refund of ?14.30, which made no sense at all since I didn't order anything for that amount. I expressed my confusion, and after another wait, she told me I was owed just ?30 since I had only sent back one package. (What nonsense!) I calmly explained that what she was saying was plain wrong, having sent her evidence of both packages being delivered to Missguided UK. But she insisted I was mistaken and asked me to "check my facts." Talk about being rude!

At this point, I asked her for a reliable email address where I could send all my evidence, and she gave me the same address that had been ignoring all my emails! (What a joke!) Anyway, I sent everything I could find, including email proof of posting with both order and tracking numbers, bar scan codes, and the emails from Missguided UK that confirmed they received BOTH packages.

And guess what? They BLOCKED me! All my emails bounced back as "undelivered." Can you believe it? I am utterly disgusted with Missguided UK and their inconsiderate treatment of their customers, especially at a time when money is tighter than ever. Please be careful when shopping online, and don't assume that just because a company is well-known, they're trustworthy. Do your research and check as many reviews as you can before paying for anything. Otherwise, you could be in for a nasty surprise!

Missguided Avoid Missguided UK: Selfish Company with No Respect for Customers

I have had multiple experiences with Missguided UK, and while my previous purchases were satisfactory, my most recent experience has left me extremely upset. I have made several purchases from them in the past year, ranging from shoes to dresses to jumpsuits. However, I will never again buy anything from this company.

To explain, I had ordered a few clothing items for my partner, but unfortunately, the fit was not right. I promptly emailed Missguided to explain that I would be returning the items. They responded that they would refund my money once they received the returns. However, due to a busy work schedule, I was unable to make it to the post office for a few weeks. I was confident that there was no need to rush since I had already notified Missguided and received confirmation that they were expecting my returns.

When I finally returned the items, I received an email stating that I had not returned the items 'in time' within the first 14 days of delivery. However, the items were still in perfect condition with the original tags and packaging intact. Additionally, I had already notified Missguided and received confirmation that they were expecting my returns. I was never informed through email that I should hurry up before the 14-day time period ended. I found this policy to be a joke since most decent companies allow at least a month for returns. I had gone back and forth with customer service via email and kept receiving generic replies. It was very frustrating.

When I finally received a reply from a representative, it was the exact same message as the previous generic reply. They said that I had exceeded the time period and that I would be sent back the items that I did not want. In my opinion, there is a severe lack of common sense in how Missguided handles its business. Its 'rules' appear to get in the way of common sense and how life works. They have now lost a customer who would have continued to do business with them. All for the sake of saving £20.

I want to warn others that when you deal with Missguided, they do not have your best interests in mind. While companies exist to make money, there are many other companies out there that offer similar products and actually treat their customers with respect and employ common sense.

Overall, I would advise all potential customers to stay away from Missguided. They appear to be selfish and do not value their customers.

Missguided Disastrous Missguided Experience: 20 Days to Deliver, Order Lost, and Out of Stock Items!

Holy smokes, I am absolutely fuming about Missguided! I placed an order for six items on the 5th August 2015 worth around NZD $180 and it took a whopping 20 days for them to even deliver it! I was so frustrated when I tried to track my parcel using the number they gave me but the website just wouldn't work and I wasn't able to find out where my order was. When I contacted their customer service, there was no proper apology or explanation for why the website wasn't working!

After a few days, I still hadn't received my parcel and so I had to contact their customer service yet AGAIN, inquiring about my order. They told me that my order was still in transit (20 days in transit, really?!) and that I could expect to receive it the following Tuesday. Obviously, it didn't arrive and so I had to contact them AGAIN (third time for just one order) and I was then told that my entire order had gotten LOST and they had absolutely no idea where it was!

Despite being told that my order would be re-dispatched, I still had to wait for at least another 10 working days for it to be processed and sent out again. And then, I received an email with my order details informing me that only 2 out of 6 items were included in the order! This was super strange because my original order had 6 purchases, all for different things! So I inquired AGAIN (fourth time) as to why the email only showed 2 items and they told me that the rest had gone OUT OF STOCK and they could only send what was still available! Talk about a kick in the gut, huh?

I was given no other compensation other than a refund for the unavailable stock, and honestly, that's just not good enough. I would have appreciated a voucher or coupon or something for my next purchase with them! And it really didn't feel like they took this seriously at all because I received no real apology for any of the mistakes made on their side or the fact that I was being kept in the dark about my own purchases. I had to spend so much of my own time chasing them down just to find out what was going on! It's not good enough that they don't even bother to let customers know when their order is lost or out of stock.

I'm honestly so disappointed and saddened by this experience because I was really looking forward to receiving my order. And to make matters worse, the clothes on Missguided are quite overpriced for what they are - nothing too special or outstanding. This whole experience has absolutely put me off ordering from them again, at least for the foreseeable future.

Missguided Missguided UK Longline Sleeveless Blazer Review: Worth the Shipping Fees?

Yo, so I recently copped a longline sleeveless blazer from Missguided UK. It was my first time ordering from them, and let me tell you, their shipping charges had me shook. I'm based in Singapore, and the fees were off the chain! But hey, I was really feeling that blazer, so I decided to go for it anyway.

When I finally got the item, I was a little disappointed with how it looked. The blazer was super puffy and just didn't sit right on my body. I had to take it to the tailor and get some alterations done to make it lay flat and fit better. It was definitely an extra expense, but now that it's fixed up, I'm pretty pleased with it overall.

To be real, I'm not sure if I'd order from Missguided again. While I'm happy with my purchase, the high shipping fees and the extra hassle of getting alterations done made the process a bit of a headache. Maybe I'll give them another chance down the line, but for now, it's up in the air.

Missguided Missguided UK: Cheap Prices, Cheaper Quality, and a Scamming Business Model

I recently stumbled across Missguided UK and I gotta say, I wish I had found this site sooner. The prices seemed pretty great for what I was ordering. But then, I was hit with a massive $75 duty fee when FedEx delivered my order. I mean, seriously? Are they trying to rob us or what?

On top of that, I was really disappointed with the cheap quality of the clothes. Everything seemed to be made of polyester. Ah well, what can you expect for such a cheap price, right?

Anyway, I ended up returning 75% of my order via 2-day USPS delivery. I waited patiently for a month, wondering when I would get my refund. But then, Missguided dropped a bombshell on me: they hadn't received my return and asked me if I had my receipt. Of course, I couldn't find my receipt anywhere, so the $230 I spent on my order plus the $75 duty fee just went down the drain.

Honestly, Missguided is so slick with their scams. It's unbelievable that they get away with doing this to so many people. They've basically created a whole industry out of scamming their customers. Pathetic, really.

Missguided Disappointing Experience with Missguided UK: Poor Quality and Inaccurate Sizes

So, I checked out Missguided UK when they were offering huge discounts, one of them being 80% off and the other 90% off. I was elated to find such great deals as I had heard a lot about this brand but never shopped from them before. However, my excitement was short-lived.

Firstly, it took them almost 10 days to deliver my order, which was quite a long time if you ask me. And when I received my orders, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. It felt like the clothes were cheaply made and looked like something you'd buy in a roadside market in China. Moreover, the sizes were not accurate at all. I ordered a size 4, but the clothes that I received were way too big, making me look like a potato sack.

My best friend ordered clothes in a size 10, but they barely fit me, despite me being a size 4. It was sickening to see that such a popular brand was not even bothering to maintain uniformity in sizes and quality control. Additionally, there were items missing from my order, and they also sent me the wrong items.

Honestly, I don't know what happened because I used to shop at Missguided in Westfield and never had any issues with sizing or quality. The clothes there were true to size, and the quality was much better than what I received here. I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this brand, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Missguided Unreliable Returns Policy: A Disappointing Experience with Missguided

I stumbled upon Missguided and was excited to try out their clothes. I ended up clicking and scrolling through multiple pages of trendy outfits and accessories. It was a tough challenge narrowing down to the top must-have items for me. But when my order arrived, I was disappointed with my choices and decided to return them.

That's when things went downhill. Missguided claimed they never received my return items, even though I had shipped them back with USPS. I was upset because this wasn't the first time a company had pulled this scheme on me. Previously, I had a similar issue with sexydresses.com. This time, I was savvy enough to keep my USPS receipt and tracking number. I promptly emailed it to Missguided. Missguided Missguided UK Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refunds

It's been quite some time since I made an order on Missguided UK (missguided.co.uk), and I'm sad to say that my experience thus far has left much to be desired. I purchased a number of items, and unfortunately, 2 of them didn't quite fit. I figured it'd be no problem to send them back for a refund, but boy was I wrong!

Even with proper returns and tracking information provided, it's been a full 36 days since I ordered and I'm still waiting on a refund. After shipping the items back, I knew that they had arrived at the "US processing facility". And yet here I am, another month later, going round and round with customer services staff just to try and get my money back. You wouldn't believe it, but twice now they've given me the same old excuse of "wait up to 21 working days".

It's now become quite clear "21 working days" actually meant nothing as I hit my 21 day mark and contacted Missguided UK (missguided.co.uk). After confirming that they had indeed taken inventory of my returned items and received my package, I was told to wait "another couple of days". Does that sound right to you? I don't think so. I have hard proof that I shipped the items back and that they received it, yet I'm still waiting for what's rightfully mine.

In this day and age, customer service should be paramount for any business to succeed. For me, this experience has been nothing but frustrating and disheartening. Missguided My Disappointing Experience with Missguided UK: A Cautionary Tale for Online Shoppers

So, I recently had an opportunity to shop at Missguided UK (missguided.co.uk) for a dress and clutch, and I must say, I had high hopes for this experience. I usually shop in ASOS and Topshop, so I thought the sizing there would be similar. I excitedly ordered my regular-size dress, but unfortunately, the dress was not the perfect fit I had hoped for, as it was too small.

Now, you would expect that since I cannot use the dress, I should probably return it. Well, that's what I thought too. I tried to return the item, but the label the company provided did not have a zip code, making it quite difficult for the post office to identify one for best use. Not just that, the label did not have a tracking number to trace the package. So I was left with no option but to mail the dress back.

Fast forward to a month later, and I still have not heard anything from the company, so I decided to send them an email inquiring about the package's whereabouts. To my shock, they told me they never received it and asked me to provide proof that I sent it. I was quite puzzled because I didn't keep proof of the regular post I had used to send it. The company then responded that there was nothing they could do about it. Quite discouraging and disappointing, isn't it?

So my advice to you would be to think twice before buying from Missguided UK, or if at all, you decide to buy from them, do it with caution. I recommend that you cover yourself and make sure that everything is in order. You see, my experience shows that one can never be too careful. It is essential to keep proof of everything you send, no matter how trivial you may think it is.

In conclusion, my experience with Missguided UK was not satisfactory, but if you decide to purchase from them, keep in mind that regular post may not be the best way to send packages, and make sure you have proof of sending it. Therefore, I cannot recommend shopping at Missguided UK from this experience.

Missguided Disappointing Service and Misleading Practices: My Experience with Missguided UK

I had two orders from Missguided UK, and I was disappointed with their service. My first order got lost in transit, and they offered me a refund, which I agreed to. However, later that day, they sent me an email apologizing and telling me that they actually found my first order and gave me a tracking number. When I clicked on it, I was surprised to find the tracking number for my second order! I was so frustrated with their lack of organization and honesty. They cannot just play smart and rob me! If I don't receive anything in the next five days, I'm going to file a dispute.

I must say that this experience with Missguided UK was very misleading and disorganized. I would not recommend this website to anyone. It is better to save your money and shop somewhere else. The website should be shut down because they have many complaints on their Facebook page from customers who have issues with refunds and orders. I wish I had read those before making a purchase from Missguided.

Missguided Missguided Review: Buyer Beware - Poor Customer Service & Legal Battles Ahead

So, I'm real happy that I finally won my case against missguided. Took me a loooong time to see my money back, but I'm relieved they finally coughed up. Just wanna give y'all a heads up before you start splashing your cash on their website - think twice, seriously. If you do run into any issues with them, they won't handle your complaints properly, if at all. Most of the time they don't even get back to you, let alone give you clear instructions on how to file a complaint. And don't even bother looking for any external dispute resolution services 'cause they're not linked to any. Makes it real tough if, like me, you end up having to take 'em to court. Trust me, it cost me a lotta moolah just to get my cash back. But here's the thing - even once you've won, you're still gonna be outta pocket. Small claims court does NOT allow you to claim for any damages. It's just a right pain in the rear. Sure, their clothes might be pretty nice, but the whole experience ain't worth the hassle. And don't even get me started on how they treat their customers. I ain't the only one they've screwed over - I've talked to others with similar experiences, and lemme tell ya, it ain't pretty. So here's what I'ma gonna do - I'ma spread the word far and wide on all the review websites I can find. I want other customers to know what they're getting into before they make the same mistake I did. And maybe, just maybe, enough people will speak out and missguided will get their comeuppance.

Missguided Missguidedus.com Lost My Loyalty with Expensive International Shipping

Yo, so I gotta tell ya, I've been ordering from missguidedus.com for ages. Like, over 10 times, ya know? But now I gotta say, I'm done with 'em. It used to be one of my favorite sites to hit up for clothes, but not anymore, and neither will my crew of online shoppers, ya feel me? They switched up their shipping carrier and now they don't even ship to Canada with RoyalMail no more. Smh. Now they using FedEx, which we all know charges out the wazoo for international shipping coming into Canada. I only copped a bikini top on my last order for like $28 and FedEx bopped me with a $27 brokerage fee. Nah, son. That's ridiculous.

Missguidedus.com, listen up. You gotta know that you're losing your Canadian crew 'cause of this, straight up. It ain't economically feasible for us no more. So go ahead and switch back to RoyalMail and bring us all back in your fold. Peace.

Missguided Terrible Return Policy and Useless Customer Service: My Experience with Missguided

I have got to say, I am not happy with the way Missguided has treated me in the past few months! I ordered a bunch of stuff from them, but when they arrived, some of the items weren't up to my standards so I decided to return them.

Well, that was when things started to go downhill. Even though I returned the items back to them, I never got the credit I was supposed to get back for some of the products. So, I decided to get in touch with their customer service department.

But do you think they responded? Hell no. I waited and waited, but nothing ever came through. After some time, I decided to reach out to them again. Only this time, they gave me a credit note instead of a refund.

I was a little annoyed but made peace with it and tried to use the code, but guess what? It didn't work! I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? I contacted them several times, but they used the same troubleshooting steps over and over again, as if they were stuck on autopilot.

And to make things worse, every time I told the next representative that the previous one had already made me try the same thing, they told me the same old thing: that it was working on their end so it should work on my end too. Really, Missguided?

It's now November, and I still have not received my £60 or the items I wanted. And even after all this time, they refuse to sort things out for me. What’s more, they are also unwilling to give me any information about their governing body. Can you believe that?

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Missguided to anyone if this is the kind of service you'll receive. They have a terrible return policy, and their customer service is absolutely useless.

Missguided Won’t refund my money, worth $210

I waited almost a month to get my refund and when I chatted with customer services on the chat- after awhile the lady said I wasn't refunded because they didn't receive the items.

I sent her the screenshot of the emails stating that they did and was going to refund the money within 5 days (email was received Dec 10th, 2021 - today is Jan 4, 2022) she then said checked again and said I was in fact, refunded on the 10th (didn't you check the first time I asked?).

I was like no, I did not get my refund to my original payment and showed her screenshots of my bank statements to the 10th which she said it was refunded on. I then screenshot my entire bank statements from Dec 10th, 2021 to today and all she kept saying was sorry that on her end it says payment processed.

She said she can escalate a further investigation and at this point I'm already mad [censored] hell. I understand that this isn't technically her fault but the fact I had to go and ask for my money is so embarrassing for the company as a whole. If I waited and did not keep track (it's $200 worth of money, I [censored]ing better) I would've never gotten the money. She apologized about the taking long to reply but was not genuinely sorry, she also said to wait ANOTHER 5 business days for someone to email me about the inquiry.

Another thing I don't get is that she said I was REFUNDED on the 10th but HOW!? I got the email literally on the 10th stating it was going to take about 5 days so I couldn't have been refunded on that exact day. Ugh.

Missguided Never received my delivery

I spent $135 on maternity clothes through their website…I used fedex 2 day shipping and fedex sent my package to the wrong address but put delivered on there but the person that signed for my package does not live at my residence…I filed a claim with misguided and was told that they couldn't help me because it shows delivered. So now someone has all of my clothing and misguided doesn't seem to care. I'm angry because they didn't even try to investigate and I talked to fedex they said misguided needs to file a claim with them but they didn't.

Desired outcome: I want a replacement on my order I still need those clothes.

Missguided Only received half of my order company does not care

I ordered over $300 worth of merchandise from Missguided. My order number is [protected]. I only received half of my merchandise. I spoke with Fundiswa from live chat. They told me that my order was shipped in two separate shipments with two separate tracking numbers. https://tracking.weareprocarrier.com/?tn=MSG000232929 is the link that Fundiswa gave to me for the second shipment that I never received (the tracking number for this never updated). The first tracking number with items was delivered (so the entire order says delivered on the website). I believe this is why no one will help me. I did not receive the second half of my order. They said if I did not have my full order by October 4th to hop back in chat (bottom right on first screen shot attached). The tracking number never updated still. 10/4/2021 I spoke with Taher who I have an email from (attached). I was told to fill out a missing goods forum. I filled it out and it was declined (photo attached) I also reached out on Facebook and they said there was nothing that they could do as they can not reopen the missing goods claim. I would like for this matter to be investigated. The proof is in the package weight and the size of the package. It was in one of their smaller bags and it was packed to the brim. My whole package (over $300) would not have fit in there. The package says it weighs around 6LBS. I am not sure if this is correct or if this is fraudulent with the company as well. I am missing: playboy x missguided gray fluffy knit cardigan US 0 (out of stock, but I will take a size 2) playboy x missguided black cropped knit rugby sweater US 0 playboy x missguided green cropped knit rugby sweater US 0 playboy x missguided pink bunny all over print pajama set US4 playboy x missguided pink bunny repeat toweling shirt US 0 playboy x missguided green oversized knit cricket cardigan Please help! I never thought I would fall a victim of fraud to Missguided US as I had trusted their company until now. I tried to reach out to them for help and was denied. I did not want to reach out to other companies for help but this is my only option as Missguided will not help me. Their BBB reviews and comments under their IG page promote that this is happening to others as well.

Update: I just contacted live chat on the Missguided US website and got representative Tina. I told her I needed help locating the second package and she ended the chat without writing back.

Desired outcome: I would like the items that I purchased that I did not receive

Wow that’s terrible! Well at least you got have your package…I didn’t get any of my stuff fedex obviously delivered to the wrong address but since it shows delivered misguided won’t even investigate! I have no idea what to do next but put out a complaint on them.

Missguided Tampered with order

i ordered something from a Missguided. it arrived tampered with, and with dead gnats inside of the bag. I contacted the merchant and told them i was going to throw it out as i have no idea whats happened to that bag and per U.S. Code 1365 - Tampering with consumer product, i dont have to hold on to it or keep it in my house. AS soon as i saw bugs, i threw it out. And i told them that. I even have a pesticide company that now comes every two months because i signed a contract for pesticide treatements. Missguided decides to be vindictive, and tries to tell me to send it back AFTER knowing that i threw it out. They KNEW i wasnt going to go back into the garbage to get it. I even provided proper evidence and photos. They closed the chat on me. Missguided has sent me incorrect items, sent me orders with missing items. This is the first time i have actually complained about something like this. I dont ever ask for a refund.

Missguided next day delivery

Hello,
I am complaining in relation to a parcel I I ordered on Sunday 6th December using next day delivery, spending £6 on this delivery. 6 days later it hasn't even been dispatched yet. I am perfectly aware that there is a backlog of parcels waiting to be delivered but do not give the option of next delivery if there is no way of providing it.
I am very annoyed with this and would like to receive a refund of the £6

Missguided clothes and delivery

I placed an order on Sat 23rd Nov and paid for express shipping hoping that I could receive by Fri 29th Nov. Missguided claims that express shipping takes 2-4 business days with AUD11. Yet, I was charged AUD11.99 with no reasons and my parcel has still not yet come (it's currently 3rd Dec). I have been trying to contact their customer service and they never seem to help. I've chatted to them 5 times, they did nothing but asked me to wait and allow till the end of that day to receive the parcel. I have a feeling that the parcel might have been missing as there has not been any update on courier website. Hence, I asked them to contact the courier which is Skynet. They asked me to contact instead. What is on earth? You call yourself customers help line?

Missguided about my ticket india to canada

your staff is uneducated they are not familiar with air india policy i was booked my tickets canada to india return in some how i did nt get my flight canada to india then i call to your customer care to explain while scenario and ask them that my return ticket is still confirm they said yes you can travel if your are not boarding your first flight but your return ticket is still confirm then 27/10/2019 i am going for checkin they didn't allow my to take a flight they said as per air india role i can't travel i don't know way your executive misguide the customers this is the worst airline service they didn't pick my call no refund anything worst experience with air india airline

Missguided a set of people pretends to be as the virgin australia officials

Last night I got a call from the number +61451927917 and the name shows for the number as fazeer aussy the person called me and asked my name as exact as correctly. And he has known my work place also. I don't know how. So by the way that moment I asked him who's speaking this. And the next moment he went silent for a minute and passed the phone to another person and then he gave me an explanation like hello ma'am actually we're from virgin australia and I asked from where in repeat and he repeated virgin australia in a very impolite manner. I said okay and continued listening cause I wanted to gather some points. Then he told about an account in linkedin, I don't have any [censored]ing account there nor I don't have any need to make an account there. But he mentioned that he got my details from the profile there so I answered him that I don't have such an account maybe they've contacted the wrong number wise. Then I heard a gang behind him laughing. But still I kept the line connected. And he told so we've selected you for the post you've applied in virgin australia and we want to know what's the longest mile you're currently flying? (they've somehow gotta know that i'm working for srilankan airlines) so I told them again I a haven't applied for anything like that and I declined the call. The after like 2 minutes he ringed me again. I didn't answer and once again I got a misses call from the same number. After a few minutes I got another call from the number +61415541993 and the name shows as rushkhan hikam. I've got 3 missed calls over and over and then thisoment i'm writing this complaint also that [censored] is bothering me. For me personally I felt its something really indecent and immatire also its much deceiving cause who knows maybe those uneducated bullies are misguiding the genuine clients of the airline too in this way. So this is something you should take action. Because its something illegal as well as a huge fault to pretend as reputed airline professional disrespectfully. I hope the airline relevant department will take a responsible action on this.

Missguided sizing / returns

I ordered a size 6 dress on the missguided website and received a dress which although labelled a size 6 is bigger than a 16! Attempting to return, I went to my local Hermes store who were unable to scan the returns label and advised me to contact Missguided. This seems impossible as no telephone number or email is provided on their website. Attempted to arrange a collection via the website which consistently errored. Spoke to online chat (very slow) who attempted the same and also errored. He advised me to travel overr 50 miles to Asda and return. I declined. He then advised I could have a credit note issued and return at cost via the post office. He then disappeared so im guessing that wont happen. Left in limbo now what on earth do I do with a dress the size of a tent that I cant return? DO NOT USE

Hi I received a bikini faulty.The strap has broken and I'm due to go on holiday on Wednesday evening for a month.Ispoke to Chloe from misguided on live chat and sent her a pic and she informed me to send back the product.This is a big inconvenience for me and I'm not happy with the service, as you can imagine the last thing on my list right now is to return a faulty item.I also told Chloe that I've started using missguided a lot lately but I'm going to have to look elsewhere
