It's a terrible place for shopping online. Out of 7 items, I got only 2. That's simply unbelievable. Where are they - it's unknown.
Let me tell about those two items. They had a horrible quality, sewed of the cheapest material they could only find in India. It's probably cool that they are talented enough to sell this crap for high prices, but it's also appalling treating customers this way. This company should be ashamed of providing these garbage quality items.

ordered 2 sarees on Oct 28th.I am from Toronto.
but changed my mind and needed to cancel order within 2 hours of placing it.their website says cancelling possible within 24 hrs.
only way to cancel is emailing .
i received 3 ticket numbers for my 3 cancel requests, saying someone will contact me regarding my order cancel.I wrote more than 10 emails every where possible to cancel it.
As of today Nov 1st, no one reach me.
Now that they are sending me tracking no from DHL for the order.
They have ignored all my requests and have shipped it.
ISN'T THIS A SCAM?
Now i hv to pay custom fee for a unwanted items and pay shipping to return to get my refund.
checking customer reviews says, refund also is another struggle.
AS I m going through so much in this matter and doing search, this website is a scam for customers outside India. they are ripping off us.I can provide every detail regarding this.

I ordered a sari from Mirraw.com on Sept 20 2017 and it was scheduled to be delivered on Oct 7th 2017, They were 1 month late and still hadn't even stitched my sari, The customer service was terrible and very incompetent, they employees there are very lazy, and the manager was never "available" for me to complaint to. I was constantly lied to about the shipping date and the status of my order. I have requested a full refund for my order and not received it yet. I would suggest to never order from this company, it is a scam.

Ordered these on the 1st of September, got an email to say delivery would be the 18th of September which was fine as i was wearing them on the 26th.
The order was delayed and didn't get here on the 18th. I rang up every single day asking about my order to be promised every day that i would have it by the 22nd!
On the 23rd i rang again, first call i was told my order was in england i could go and pick it up, 2nd 2 calls i was told it was still in Delhi!
I received it a few days ago and wish id never bothered picking the parcel up. The outfits stink, they are nothing like the pictures, they are cheap and the sari is too short!
And i can't even return them!
This company is a joke 😡😡😡

I placed an order at mirraw on 8 th of September . I was supposed to get it on 20th of September. It's already 19th today . But only one of my items out of 2 are being processed. When i emailed them asking for the delay they did not reply. I had informed them that I urgently needed the items. I emailed them several times but no response. I'm really worried. Each time I shop with mirraw I land into trouble

Bad, very bad. I'm very unsatisfied.
This company gave me a runaround regarding my issue, they couldn't define which department to transfer me to.
I paid extra money for express delivery, I needed my order by a special day. They assured me that it would arrive on time. But it didn't. I made probably 100 calls to clarify what happened and when I will get the order. They didn't help me much and I requested a refund. They refused. Why? They didn't say. They didn't provide a good service, why would I pay for this?

I have ordered goods for about £700 to India after I liked number of days Mirraw took items to be delivered that I ordered to London.

The order that was placed to be delivered to London Was 20 days.
With the same impression, I have placed the order to India thinking that I can use the clothes for wedding that I was going to attend for which I had a month's time.
None of the items were delivered even after 40 days. And I had to buy clothes for wedding inspite of spending in Mirraw.

After number of email conversations, received only 1/4 of items been delivered that is after 40 days of placing the order which arrived after the wedding.

Now it's been about 2 months since I Ordered and still no sign of rest of the items.

I have been sending emails to Mirraw but not really helping with rest of the order.

The whole point of spending more money in Mirraw than going to shop is to avoid hastle of going into shops but every time shopping with Mirraw has only left me with more stress.
Customs with London delivery.
Chasing for the items to be delivered to India.
Terrified now to order anything online. Chasing has been only going through in my mind whenever I think about online shopping.

Experience with Mirraw online shopping has become a nightmare.

I sincerely request Mirraw to check what is happening with my order. This is no good from the customer point of view.

My Nightmare experience with Mirraw began in April when I ordered several garments. The items were weeks delayed before Mirraw personnel responded for the first time saying that the garments were damaged and needed to be re-made. This took a further several weeks. I had to purchase new garments from a different supplier as I needed to attend a wedding. Mirraw personnel could not confirm delivery. After weeks of enquiry the garments arrived and I had to pay more than the original value for customs duties. Mirraw promised to offer me a refund and they have stopped communicating after I paid the customs.
This is very poor service from a company that wants to do international trade.

I have purchased 4 items, I was suppose to receive delivery on the 15 May 2017 and to date I haven't received anything. Your oneline tracker doesn't show any proper details. This is the 4th time I have purchased from youll. The first time as well you'll have messed up my order.

I'm now thinking of going to all the Review sights and complaining about the terrible service. I need to wear the outfit on the 25 May and I'm not sure what to do as I still need to stitch the outfit. This is not acceptable

For all who is planning to buy from Mirraw - don't do that, I guarantee that you will regret that.
Pictures on their site are fake and you will not get what you see on their site. They are selling poorly made, low quality items which are just badly made copies of what you see on their site. They use the cheapest material and all they want is your money.
Also, I want to warn everyone that there is no way to get a refund or at least a replacement, because they don't accept returns. At least that was what their rep told me. So be ready, if you buy you automatically lose your money.
Never trust this site and please check others reviews and share this information. Mirraw should be out of business!

We ordered two complete set of Sharees from this website and after a long wait we received two piece of cloths which look like garbage. We called them several time and write so many email provide all photos, receipts, and custom clearance papers. They always have same response "we will get back to you within 72 hr". After approximate a month of wait, Now they are saying that we sent you the wrong product by mistake but we cannot provide you full refund or product because then we'll be in lose. Is this a joke. Rather then compensating the mental harassment which we are facing to dealing them, the company is focused on there lose. They don't have respect toward there customers.

Please don't buy anything from this company. We all can file a law suit against such fraud company. Please response if other people are interested in filing legal suit.

I accidentally found Mirraw website and I was amazed with all the beautiful designs and prices were also reasonable. I decided to buy something and I was very excited about my purchased. I received all the necessary notifications and waited patiently. 8 days later I received another notification saying my order was cancelled and I was promised a full refund.
When I received my money I realized that they refunded only 75%! I tried to contact Mirraw but they never replied. This website is a complete scam and fraud, I will not buy from them again and I will tell everyone about my bad experience.

January, 2017. I ordered 2 dresses, stitched to my measurements. Their company policy is not to accept returns on stitched items. However, one of the dresses was very poorly stitched at the collar. It was all crooked and the front finish was jagged. It is so bad that I cannot wear it.
I asked to be able to send it back either for a refund or for them to fix the collar and send back to me. They refused to fix or refund, and only wanted to give 30% credit for future use. I do not want to have to buy another item from them when their quality is so bad, even if they give me 30% discount. My loss on this bad dress is 100%.
They should either change their company policy to accept to pay refund if the item sent is bad quality and their fault to begin with, or fix the item they ruined!

I had order product Ghagra from the Mirraw site --http://www.mirraw.com/--order number M216746451, I was unhappy with the product material and returned the product the very next day, moreover these people dont have policy to return according to them customer has bear return courier charges, I had returned the product from Pune to Gujrat Surat.

Executive Sandesh Gawade mailed me by saying that the amount will get reflect in my account in 7-8 days but I dint received the amount. My case is crystal clear I had mails from them and the online payment account details plus the return courier receipt.

Sir Please check their Facebook site, many people had complained that these sites are fraud, they don't return the money.

Please take strict action so that the other should get alert.

I was travelling and spent a month in India. Since I was there I decided to order some Indian clothing for myself and for my friends. I decided to order things online because it was cheaper. I contacted Mirraw and told them that I have two weeks left in India and needed my order on a certain date, they said of course and promised fast delivery. Well, I never received my order, because these people lied from the very beginning and I left India and never received my stuff. Contacted them before the flight and demanded my money back, but they refused and that was the end of the story. I have no idea did they deliver my order or not but I did lost my money.

I have purchased five items from www.mirraw.com and when my order finally arrived two items were missing. And of the three I did receive, one was incorrect. I immediately contacted Mirraw customer service and but they refused to resolve my case. They did not even explain why, just started to ignore me. Don’t order anything from these dishonest people! This company is very unprofessional and unreliable.

I ordered a carpet priced 100+ $, they did not have the color so they emailed me saying that, do you want another color to which I agreed but a week passes still no response so I requested a refund. I got a mail saying they will do a refund, another week passed but no response. I am from Chicago and this was a gift for my sister. I did not get the product which put me in an embarrassing situation and above all they are not giving me a refund. I have never experienced such a unprofessional company ever before. All that they are good at is opening tickets.

Few months ago I ordered some items from Mirraw and was very excited about my purchase. Weeks passed and nothing arrived so I contacted customer service and asked where my order was. Their rep said that there was some kind of error in their ordering system, and told that I have to order again. No thanks! Avoid this website! If you want high quality in service shop elsewhere. I'll never order anything from this place again!
