a few days ago I sent an email with a game pack suggestion like yall are constantly asking us to do and the person that replied immediately dismissed it and treated it like it was a game error, I responded askin what the [censored] they were talkin bout and to read properly, all corresponding emails from her was full of disrespect while demanding I give them unquestionable respect, completely ignorin everythin I was sayin and never once aknowledged her mistake or apologized for it, that is extremely disrespectful insulting and contradictory to all the [censored] she kept spewin. and I repeatedly told her that she needed to stop bein diarespectful to me and actually listen to what I was tryin to tell her [censored]. at one point I told her to NEVER email me again for ANY reason or I would report her for harrassment and she [censored]in emailed me again continuin to [censored] bout respect while refusing to be respectful herself. this is unnacceptable and she at LEAST needs reprimanded, she should not be in cusomer service if she is gunna refuse to use her basic reading skills treat people the way she has treated me straight from the beginning. I will NEVER play any of your companies games EVER again and will encourage others to not play as well, it is disgusting and shameful that a company would have employees that behave the way she has and continue to harrass people after they have told her to stop emailing them which by the way is harrassment and ILLEGAL, once someone says to stop contacting them all following contact is harrassment and a chargeable offense
