I've been a player on your 8 ball pool for a while my I'd is [protected] and for some reason whenever I try to make purchases it keeps saying transaction error as far as I'm aware there is no flag on my account it do not even ask for card details or anything what can I do to get my account back on line I'd rather not have to restart game as previously I've spent plenty on boxes and cues to get to my current level(172) but can't see how to rectify problem
