This has been a ongoing issue since I found this game app! I submitted a customer service request to look into the matter. "automated response" email was done with a person's name, thus my thinking I was dealing with a real life person at the time. Went around & around beating the dead horse & then beating around the bush next to the dead horse, then went around beating another dead horse... You get the picture! None of which actually addressed the issue I contacted them about so I was stupid enough to actually ask for the issue to be escalated. What was polite previously, turned into the monster that ate johnny! The conversation quickly & immediately turned ugly & literally traumatizing as I was thrashed for cheating in some manner, stating "we have tracked your account using exploits to gain an advantage in our leaderboards". They then repeatedly threatened to remove & ban me from their app all the while trying to appeal the outrageous & egregious claim... I wouldn't know how this was possible in any way but this charge is just vague enough to send people reeling & it quickly gets people to forget why they tried to contact customer support in the first place & also gets people to stop trying to get help regarding app issues! So... People join my club, they play, no stats show up ever or players who's stats are showing up aren't accurate which makes you not win weekly competitions. I'm wondering if there is one guy who has created automated responses based off of queued wording in emails... If the person who is asking for help continues to press for help, the "dogs get released" to chase off any unwitting trespassers using the "cheat threat"... Hmmm... Anyhoo... Still have the issue, will continue to have the issue it seems! I was literally about to ask for the matter to be escalated & then I saw the words "please note that this is an automated message." & stopped dead in my tracks! I then looked online for others experiencing issues with miniclip & found this site so yes i'm going to complain! I have all the emails still dating back to 4/6/2020 if you need them.

I had about 8million winnings and all was taken away from me because I gave my wife some winnings. They cant simply take all my winnings away. Unexceptable. They could have warned first and if happen a second time then it would be fine. I want all my winnings and my wifes winngs returned. One of our big concerns is connection time out. We hit the ball and then suddenly it stay time over. Another is people see they are loosing then somehow exit the game and keep me hanging till I leave the game eventually. I am a paying customer and want all my winnings retunded

The game keeps saying slow connection and the other person wins! My connection is PERFECTLY FINE! The entire club is looking for your contact information to complain or just uninstalling the game completely. This is RIDICULOUS. It has been 2 days now. I always pay for pool pass, as well as some others. I definitely will not be spending another dime on this site until someone bothers to take the time to fix the problem. Thank you

Your recent update has caused my games to lagg/crash and freeze witch causes me to lose every game i try and play ...
I have lost millions in recent days due to ur server issues and i know its not just me, half my club is experiencing the same issue...
I wouldnt care if i lost my games fair and square but thats not the case...
I only play with my wifi connection and i have the fastest internet speed possible ...
Please fix and compensate my loses would be very helpfull 👍

Hey your game has cost me over 100.00 thousand in chips it comes up connection slow then the person I am playing gets the win even though we are still play this is BSI figure you owe me 100.00 thousand plus because your game cannot handle the ammount of players and has to catch this happens at least 5 times in an hour

If the game don't want you to win you won't!
Cue stick move by its self!
Balls reappear on the table!
Balls move to different spot!
8 ball go's in the pocket spins back out!
Cue stick shoots no power on full power!
Cue fills like it's on a rubber band!
I have video of this happening!
Now you have to pay to receive goal prizes!
The game is fun when it's not messing with you

I wish to thank MINICLIP for: deleting my 8ball pool account and hereby deleting 820.000.000 coins, 6150 cash, 650+ rings, 50+ emojis, countless avatars etc. etc...

This was my first question I asked to miniclip support in my request earlier this month (read it please!) ;

I just want unlink my account with my wife's facebook, please DO NOT REMOVE my account, I already invested a lot of time and a reasanable amount of money in it. My wife accidently logged in to the game with her facebook log in to create an account for our son, that is all that happened. AGAIN DO NOT REMOVE MY ACCOUNT! - this was the message I sent...seems pretty clear to me...

And what did miniclip support do? Remove my account.

Again: THANK YOU VERY MUCH for letting me loose all my invested money.

Instead of sending standardized answers to clients with problems you would do much better really reading the emails, instead of instantly sending answers that are totally beside the questions.

I thought one moment to make a fresh start in 8ball pool but I would be a total fool to spend any more money on it.

This was my last message to miniclip. You probably won't care anyway.

I've played 8ball pool and joined a team called clear break we won our league and I came 5th putting in over 50million coins, my prize should have been around 30+million coins instead I got 4 million some of the team members are the same, the leader got 6 million and he only came 10th and put into the club about 11million coins but still got more than me this does not work our right

I am wrighting this complaint as I have been cheated out of 25 million of my hard earned pool coins on Berlin platz by a hacker who's username is( hal*66) their unique id is :[protected]

I have taken the time to complaint to miniclip all for them to tell me they wont replace my coins I find this totaly unacceptable and absolutely unfair as it was 100% clear that they where hackers/cheats and makes me never want to play miniclip 8 ball pool again, as I cannot understand how this is fair, also I cannot understand as to what incentive does the victims of these cheats have, what do we get in return for making the complaint and helping miniclip ban these hackers/cheats? It is outright unfair treatment of genuine players who have taken so much time to build up their coi s and level all to be cheated out and miniclip to rub salt to the wound so to speak but refusing to return any lost coins.

I will continue complaing online on all social media and take the complaint higher.

I purchased the ‘Go Pro Membership' at 4:54pm 10/08/2021.
Immediately after receiving the receipt emails. I cancelled the subscription.
It states that i will still enjoy the benefits until the 17/08/2021.
I haven't received anything at all.

I have the screenshots on my phone showing that i have no pro membership.

I'd like someone to please help me regarding this.

Approximately every 4th game I play, I will make a shot before the timer changes color or starts making noise, I will see the target ball go in the pocket, and I get ready for my next turn -- but then the game will suddenly say I had run out of time on the prior shot (which I hadn't); it will return all balls to their prior locations (i.e., prior to my shot); and give my opponent the ball on hand.

Approximately every 20th game I play, I will have a successful run on the table without my opponent getting any shots -- but, when I get the 8 ball in (without scratching), my opponent will inexplicably be declared the winner.

Have not received replies from the company directly.

I won a 5 million coins challenge and did not receive the credit on coins won. I did receive the coin total of $5 million but checked and found it wasn't proportionate to my winnings. check my total winnings and compare it to the amount it said I won. Usually I can assume it is 1/4 to one half of the total I won. I traded of being at 883, 000. I should be over the 1.25 million mark

The Golden shot game cheated me out of my reward instead it froze up wouldn't do anything for several minutes I had to leave the site because it wouldn't do anything then it give me another shot which I lose that is not good ethics

I want to make a complaint, yes warn me if doing something wrong but removing with out a chance is not right. Will I get the 10mil coins back at any point? I'd [protected] 1 played far and correctly for them and spent money.I admit I sent my son and daughter coins to help them not thinking it was cheating when they asked me. If I am banned I would like a full refund of all money spent on my Apple ID and my wife's which I have purchased last 2 months .

Your recent update is causing the game to crash constantly. I have to go to the app and delete the data after every game to clear the data. I have seen this complaint many times on reviews but you do not correct the problem. You must want players to quit using your app. Are you going to fix this but in your game or not? I do not think I should have to clear the update data after every game in order to play the next one.

Won't accept my password and I know its right. Trying to purchase pool pass and it won't let me saying my password is wrong I have purchased the last pool pass and had no problem with my password.
