Mini Credit Report unauthorized charges

I have an unauthorized charge of $14.95 in my checking account from mini credit report. I have no idea how that came about. I requested my free credit score and they ask for a credit card to get it and i did submit that information. It said that my card wouldn't be charged at all for the credit score. I didn't authorize anything to be taken out of my account.

I can't find a contact number for this credit report agency to stop the monthly charges. Is this how they scam the public! I don't see never my credit report

I got my credit report several months ago and have been charged $14.95 monthly for a monitoring service that I did not order. I have tried unsuccessfully to stop this charge with no luck. What a scam!

I was told that i can get a free credit report and score, and i get charged $14.00, if it says we were going to get charge i would not have done it on 8/16/2010. I don't think this is fair at all and i would like a refund back, I need that money for more important things.

I was charge $11.95 to my check card in which I did not request service.Good thing my bank picked up on the charge and cancelled my card as soon as they seen the charge.How can a company be allowed to do this seems like they have done this a few times.

Mini Credit Report USING MY HOME PHONE NUMBER AS THEIRS

This company is using our home phone number [protected] on line for people to complain to. We have had numerous calls from people wanting to know why we take money from their accounts and had no idea until today that this is what was happening. This is a residence phone number not a Minicredit report number. I did get our number changed today with our carrier to stop the phone calls but wanted to let you know the nature of what was going on.

Mini Credit Report Unauthorized taking out charges from my bank account

On the 2lst of each month this company takes out 9. 95. They were only authorized to take it out one time. Now they are taking out almost $13. 00 a month with out my authorization. I have tried to call and cannot ever get to talk to anyone. This is a real rip - off. The attorney general needs to put them out of business. I have read so many complaints until i don't know why something has not already been done! Who is the attorneyh general for california? Please let me know who to contact to get this stopped. This is stealing from all of our bank accounts, credit cards and anything else they can get their hands on. Their is no way you can stop them, and nobody is doing anything about it.

Mini Credit Report is horrible. When they said, free credit report, its not free. Don't be fool by them. They are rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I talked to Michelle earlier and she was so cocky and rude. They would not listen to reason. This company has horrible customer service and the people working their should have some type of training on customer service.

Web users beware! I was checking my bank account online when I noticed a charge of $11.95. With further research I found that I'd been charged every month for 15 months.I had ordered a credit report 15 months ago and somewhere in the fine print there was a fee for a monthly service. Although I never received any monthly service I've been paying ever since.
When I called there customer service number (866.408.4061) they canceled my account, which was unauthorized to begin with, but informed me that they "WOULD NOT" refund the 15 charges.

I have asked the min credit report to shut me down 4 times already and they keep taking money out my account without asking me and i have reported them several times and i am tired of this if they don't stop i will be contacting my lawyer and i will be suing them and if u are reading this do not to to these people cause they are fraud and i will be stopping them.

I keep getting billed for using a minicredit report service but I don't know that I am using this service. I never signed up for it. Please stop the charges and withdrawals to my checking account. I feel I will have to report this to the Attorney General's office if it is not stopped immediately. Joann Schimmel

Back in October I attempted to pull a free credit report and was unable to get anywhere right after it took my credit card number. I assumed it didn't go through. Two months later I notice a charge of $12.95 for a mini credit report. I looked back in recent statements and it was a reoccurring charge, I had been charged twice. I called in to dispute these charges and was told to call back to speak to a supervisor for a credit. I never called back but the following two month there was no charge. Then I was charged again. This time I called and spoke to a man who stated that the services were never canceled to call back during normal business hours to get a credit. I called again, the third time, spoke to a Salina, who refused to talk to me, called me a liar, told me the services were emailed to me and I received two free months of their services. Yes! the two months that I did not get charged, when I assumed the services were canceled, they were actually giving me free services. She refused a supervisor and refused a credit. They are a fraud.

I ordered a free credit report from this company. I have been charged monthly for membership that I did not order. I didn't realize I was being charged as I belong to a different credit reporting company. MINI Credit report is misleading. Refuse to refund. States when free credit report is ordered there is a listing in the ad about a 7 day free trial and BEWARE. If you don't call and cancel this automatic FREE TRIAL you WILL be charged a monthly fee.

I was looking on my bank account activity 1/31/2017 and noticed there was a charge of 9.95 on my account and i did not authorize this charge
it really was a shock .. then i seen all the complaints about this so called company or scammers im not having this something needs to be done about this
i plan on calliing my bank to dispute this unauthorized charge and have them investigate this matter ..and where is there contact number anyone know

I keep getting $14.95 charges on my Mastercard which I did not charge for! I have called from Panama to have these credited and the operator is very very very rude, so I hang up. My bank say I have to contact Mini credit Report to get a credit! What do I do now?

hi im trying to get info on how to stop a automated bill that hits my account each month for 14.95 from credit report.com .Please take action immediatly to stop billing process from accuring on my debit account i have contacted my bank and changed debit card to another and am still recieving automated bill in the amount of 14.95 a month in wich i never agreed to this contract. Same story. Got what I thought was a "free" credit report where I was duped into giving my credit card number. Then later I saw I'd been charged 9.95 a month for three months by MNI*CREDITRPT Services. I found the phone number online and called. They said they would stop charging me. They waited two months then charged me TWICE one day after the other. Now I have to call again and I don't remember where I wrote a name or reference number for the previous call. So they might deny I called them to stop the charges. There's no limit to how sleazy companies can be, so be DILIGENT and write down a name and way to confirm your conversation EVERY time you deal with these blanket-blanks.

Mini Credit Report Fraud SOLUTION! I FOUND IT!

I FOUND THE SOLUTION TO THE SCAM! FINALLY! I read many complaints on this site and shared the same problem of repeated charges on my credite card each month that I could not get off! i called my credit card company and asked them to investigate...in a manner of days...the solved it! I receieved a letter from the credit report company confirming my cancelation. Here's the proper information you need:

Try it and see if it works! If not call your credit card company and have them dispute the charge. They will solve it for you! GOOD LUCK!

Thank you for posting this information. It has helped me resolve my dispute. I came to the credit report site through a fraudulent Craigslist posting where the person included a link to CreditScoreListing.com and asked me to send my credit score (for an apartment). This is a scam. The person is an affiliate who makes a cut off whatever services you apply for.

I just spoke with this organization and they were not only rude to me, but wanted to just give me a free month of service instead of refunding my money. When I told them I would make sure to inform others of this situation and advise them against using the company, the person (Scot Peterson) I was speaking with said, "Excuse me, I didn't hear you, did you say you'd tell them to make sure to read the terms of the agreement?" Terrible customer service and quite a scam. Good luck to anyone else fighting this organization.

Mini Credit Report Unauthorized Charges.

A couple months ago I had purchased a 3-in-1 credit report and paid the appropriate fees. Two months later, I am being charged $12.95 for something I didn't order. I noticed that this has happened to a lot of people since 2007. However, no one is showing any results from their complaints. I don't even know whom to contact to get these charges reversed. I guess I will start with my credit card company. Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem resolved.

Does anyone have a number or a way to stop the charges, the [protected] # does't work, it has been canceled. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for the supposinglt free credit report! It charged $1.00 to begin with then i canceled it.But they keep taking $14.95 outy of my account every month.If it does not stop I am going to get the police on this right away.

unauthorized transactions of mybank account has been going on since Novemeber 2008. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE AND MONEY TRANSACTIONS TO BE DONE BY MINI CREDIT REPORT. I need to have my account reinstated with the monies plus the over draft charge on 1/16/2009 as well. You owe me $ 143.70. If i do not see it in my next bank statement, i will file a fraude statement on Mini Credit Report.

This company has charged my credit card for some sort of service that I never authorized for three months @14.95 a month. I have been unable to reach them. I have no phone or address for them. My credit card company had last month's charge wiped out but I just received another. How can this be stopped.

Not sure of the state..all that shows on my credit card receipt is Canoga Park.

I am getting charged monthly on my bank statement for $11.95. I don't know what it is for and have no idea how they got my name, bank account number etc. to keep charging me this. I have been charged for 4 months now.

I have not received any reports or services for this charge. Is there anyway to find a phone number or address for this company?

This company has charged my credit card twice for $11.95 and the charge is listed as coming from Mini credit services. I recently got a credit report from Equifax, but it was supposed to be free. After reading the other complaints against this company I am contacting my bank to protest the charges and then changing my account number.

I just found out same exact thing and I was mad as heck. Called them and they cancelled but offered it again at a discount! Are you kidding me! I told her about this scam info about them on internet and she just said all credit companies have them. I told her what a rehearsed reply! They did cancel it though, but I had to give them my credit card number again! What a bunch of BS! The number to call is [protected] and if you want you can talk to Eugena #0379 just to harass her! OMG!
