The apartments are some of the cutest in town but management is awful to work with. They tried to charge me several times for routine maintenance work. Kiss your deposit goodbye, they will charge you for all they can when you move out even if you spend hours cleaning and will evade questions of details on the charges. Meanwhile, they won't even replace the overhead light in the parking stalls to improve safety. And you have to pester them and follow up to get any maintenance done in a timely manner.

Generally a nice facility, but when moving out the manager has a scam going which has been reported by multiple tenants. You have to pay his carpet and blind cleaners an very high fee, and then even if the apartment is perfect upon move out, he will keep the majority of the deposit. He does not respond to phone calls or letters. You have no recourse. In my case he indicated that he had never seen an apartment in such pristine condition on move out. I stated that we would come back to finish off any work and not to have outside contractors do it. He removed $250 from my damage deposit refund for assorted other cleaning that he could not backup with any facts or receipts. It is not a large amount, but it indicates the lack of ethics of this manager (Kerry Martin) and the company.
