About winning a lottery on1 7th may 2011 and my Email was attached to ticket no. (7PWYZ2006) and ballot no. (BT:[protected]/20) and i won 1, 000, 000.00 pounds and asked me to send my Bio data for verification to above typed Email address.
That on 23 may 2011 I got a SMS at 4.19Pm and asked me that i have to check my email +[protected] from +MD MICROSOFT.
That i have checked my email and i found another email Titled PARCEL DISPATCHED FROM UK TO INDIA It was also sent by Mr. Terry Martins. Last email says that Diplomat, Mr. George Peterson was coming to me to handing over the parcel on 25 May 2011. That on 25 May 2011 at 12.28PM i received an SMS +MD CUSTOM that he just received a parcel from Diplomat, Mr. George Peterson of MICROSOFT Lottery Board at about 8.55AM, Mumbai INT'L AIRPORT .And further SMS says that i may please call [protected] FOR CLEARANCE.
That from the above narrated facts it seems that some thing illegal is going on and someone from the Microsoft Carporation is playing fraud with the public. Hence it is to be checked and guilty must be brought to book.

i bought an xbox in december of 2010 as a xmas gift for my teen. after only 4 months, the tray that opens and closes as been stuck shut since mid-april 2011. i called xbox customer service(read as incompetent and pathetic)[protected](english service) and talked to the phillipines where i had to give and spell all my coordinates 3times, i was promised a shipping order e-mail or direct mailing within 24 hours so i could send the junk to get repaired. a week later i call back the same phone # but this time ask for french service, i'm now talking to egypt, again i give and spellout my coordinates 3 times, again same e-mail or direct mailing promise bullscrap. i call, a week later, best buy, where i bought the xbox junk, they give me a xbox phone# that is impossible for me to reach from my area code([protected]).call back xbox junk aweek later i"m in colorado, u.s. same e-mail promise. week later, gabon, africa, same f!**&& crap. call back best buyand they give me a phone# that is that is not in service([protected]. xbox and best buy quite the pathetic pair. stay away from xbox 360 video games, they're machine is junk and they're customer service, incredibly, is worse. i bought a nintendo 64 10 years ago and it never broke. i bought a ps2 5 years ago and it never broke.

Fraudulently ran my card, called and complained and they ran it while I was on the phone! If you want their Federal Tax ID# 91-[protected], people are urged to make an online report with FBI internet crimes and contact IRS

I have wasted nearly two hours trying to contact MSN to let them know that I do not want BING, or any other MSN service, as my default, for anything. Yes, I have tried to remove it from the toolbar, etc... The point is-it should not be this much trouble to say "NO." MSN needs to contact me, @ [protected]@yahoo.com, and tell me exactly how to block them. I also want a direct way to contact their customer service department, if they actually have one...This is a violation of the "NO CALL LIST, " or at least, it should be.

I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. All I'm trying to do is view my Hotmail (Microsoft) HTML messages in Outlook 2010 (64 bit) but I can only view them in Text only rather than HTML. There is a specific setting to allow HTML but the setting does not work!

I bought the product from Microsoft under the premise that I would receive competent support, but I have been unable to get competent support. In fact, the problem was caused by the Microsoft tech person in India. The Outlook program was working in HTML but I had a sync problem. When they fixed the Sync problem, they created an HTML problem.

My case # w/ Microsoft remains unresolved after 6 attempts!

MY Credit card also had mysterious charges from Microsoft Xbox. We do not have any Xbox. Had to cancel my credit card

There are 12 charges on our account and they should not be we have no clue who you are. Four charges for 49.99, 4 for 19.99 and 4 for 4.99. I am contacting the authories on Monday. PLease put this money back into the account as this is not something we even know what it is about. James Jones

I received message that my account which I have been using for 10 years have been tampered with and it has been difficult for me to change the password.
Please hotmail should ensure that my account [protected]@hotmail.com is not used for criminal activities.

Just like many other people on here I was a victim of the " 2 transactions" xbox scam. I am livid because of the loss of money not just from my bank account but also because as a nurse I had to take time off work to deal with this, therefore losing even more then the two lots of $80.80 that I originally suffered. I went to the police station and reported the theft - they weren't exactly interested but I insisted on making a report. They said the scams are probably from Russia or Eastern Europe ( or maybe here in the U.S. - shouldn't somebody at least investigate this?) Then to add insult to injury Bank of America carried out their own investigation and have concluded that it was a genuine transaction and are going to take the refunded money back! I told them to look at this site - I've obviously done a much better job of investigating this then they have. I don't even own a bloody xbox, for gods sake! I hope these idiots that are raking in the 100's of thousands of pounds a year need surgery real soon... they have no idea how much pain I can cause them! ###!

A scam mail originating from e-mail address [protected]@gmx.com has been received by me, informing me that I have won Pounds 850, 000.00 on the the ocassion of the 35th aniversary of the Microsoft corporation Board. From the very beggining I Knew it was a scam but just to guage where they asked for money for remittance of the prize money I taged along with them. Now I have the details of supposed bank person in Malaysia whom I should contact and ask him to send my prize money. The catch is that the remittance charges have to be paid by me . I am now lodging a complaint against this scam and would request that the person who is contacting me from the above e mail may please be invetigated and innocent people should not get lured into their fraudlant scams. I received an e-mail stating that my e-mail address has won the sum of $500, 000.00 Pounds Sterling from the Microsoft International Lottery. For payment, I was to contact Mr. Erkkinem Michael at e-mail [protected]@w.cn with full name, contact address, telephone, age and occupation.

I am being charged 4 times at 10.91 including the monthly rate of 21.84 the monthly rate is ok I am concerned with the other charges . I dont know why these charges on my credit card. These charges are coming out of my credit card and i live on a budget so I really would like to find an answer as soon as possible.

Today I was online banking and noticed a charge for 74.99 from XBBILL.XBCOMWAUS. I called the bank and since it is a pending charge they said it has to go though before they can do anything about it. So i did some online researching and found out that these charges come from XBOX. Well I dont own an xbox...so I called the company [protected]. I gave them my card number (already cancelled) and they pulled up an account set up in my name...identy theft is scary. The account showed two transactions one for the 74.99 and the other refunding the 74.99 charge! The woman said that they must have already noticed that it was fraud. So now it is a waiting game to see if the charges will post back to my account!

There are 15 unauthorized withdrawals made from my checking account. Total taken - $374.85. I have not anything from this website. Please advise how I can get my money back.

Microsoft*xb have allowed 15 charges againist my checking account as of 3/23/11. I am furious, anxious, disgusted, concerned etc... this is a disgrace! they told my husband and I on the phone that "they have the identification of the person who stole my debit card number" to do all these 15 transactions within 15minutes apart, that is, 1 per minute. how come this wasn't red flagged to begin with. whom ever stole my identity, how they got my number on the card, etc., is really bothering me. you have to identify yourself when buying most merchandise on line with your three digit # on the back of your visa/debit card - how this culprit knew this, I just don't know. today I filed a "fraud complaint" with the police, the bank are working on the case right now, hopefully, all my money will be credited to my checking account, we are talking nearly $400, and hopefully the police will indeed take it further and get the actual information from microsoft*xb so that my husband and I can actually and hopefully address the matter in the way it should be addressed. has this happened to anyone out there and if so what was the outcome?

The day after our usual monthly automatic debit for Xbox live, three charges totalling $219.97 were charged on my card through same account. Had to cancel debit card, &all MS accounts frozen for 10 days till resolved. My first thought was Inside Job, due to timing & same problems in2007 by employees. Hope we get it back; do not like having to tie bank card to Live account. Can't MS robo-call to verify non-automatic purchases? Would save a lot of problems.

I just looked at my bank statement and noticed that there are 2 charges for an xbox live foro 81.18. The thing is we dont own an xbox. I am going to my bank today to decline these charges and want them to be redeposited into my account asap! I want some to contact me through email with a phone # of who I need to call once I report fraud to my bank with this. [protected]@aol.com
