Microsoft adchoices - specifically bosch video add

I get up every morning to check out the news. I love the MSN website and the news choices they have, but I constantly get the bosch ad with its music that over runs any video news cast or report that I am trying to watch. I can pause/mute and it will start up after 15-20 seconds. Please remove this annoying option or at least move the audio component.

Microsoft unauthorized xbox charges on my work pay card

I have never owned a xbox I wouldn't even know how to turn one on I've never had an account on one but in 2 hrs time my whole check I worked all week for was gone I am behind on my rent and about to lose my car because of this they have been using since Feb but I hadn't noticed cause I haven't been able get on my online app and it was in smaller amounts bank of America has closed the case and denied me refund because it started in Feb which is even more reason to fix it I'm very unhappy I'm 42 single grandmother of 2 infants and I can not afford this.please help me

Microsoft my xbox games

I am logging in to my xbox recently and all but 5 of my games have been deleted and moved into ready to install and this has been happening for about 2 weeks so would really like for microsoft tish fix this issue because this is not okay and I am confused as to how this has happened.
My gamertag is Ellisio007 so if this actually gets read by anyone at Microsoft FIX THIS ISSUE please.

Microsoft outlook

Hi, Trying again for n-th time. I am an original holder of a Hotmail address gotten before MS acquired them. It is [protected]@hotmail.com. Recently, I got my phone number changed from [protected] to [protected]. I'm trying to set my new number & I can remember my password. I try to go thru the recovery process which sends me a code which I enter but it asks me about CC#s for past purchases. I made purchases as a student between 2011 & 2014 but no longer have those CC numbers as I have lost them or had fraud a couple of times. There needs to be a better system. Right now it is designed to fail. I will be writing a BBB report because this is inexcusable. I tried with One Support which is basically useless. You really should try to help your old customers. I son't want a subscription, I'll pay single incident but that's it. I get the feeling MS is greedy. I also am a programmer, & have gone from MS evangelist to MS hater in one day. There is no excuse for this level of BAD service. It is inexcusable. Now, I have to change all my email addresses everywhere. My next computer will be a MAC because now I absolutely hate MS. Good evening, I have a grave concern about a message I received on my windows cell phone device. I have attached screenshot of message. I have tried to contact MS support and apparently am declined support as my device is old and not under warranty anymore. It is very disappointing and very demeaning that I have to pay to get support. Please assist

Microsoft xbox charges

I had a card linked to my account and between April and June I had close to $800 of unauthorized charges for Fortnite and other games. Many kids do not understand that these items cost real money or the amount that they are being charged. I kept contacting the company who kept sending me auto replies and ignoring me. The chat agent kept saying my refund was open yet they kept auto emailing me that it was closed with no answers or results. They refuse to refund me though the charges were not authorized.

Microsoft why no windows 11 onwards?

Why are you guys not going to work on Windows 11? Why continue to work on Windows 10 until the end of time? Are you guys just that lazy to not start on a new operating system? What is there to improve upon on Windows 10? Make Windows 11! Windows 10 has been out for four years now and no one has complained enough for Windows 10 to need an update. MAKE WINDOWS 11.

Microsoft office 365 home

It, Is a crying shame that, an 85 year old Retired U.S. Army Soldier, that only uses Office and Excel 2 or 3 times a year to do his medicine list, Physician list, and Surgeries & Procedures list, yet must Buy your dammed product once a year. I have purchased your products for almost 30 years, this is the last time.

Microsoft xbox one backwards compatibility

I do not like how I can't play every Xbox 360 game on Xbox One. I tried to play The Simpsons Game for the Xbox 360 on my Xbox One S because I have heard that the Xbox One was backwards compatible with the Xbox 360. I put the disc in only to have a message display on screen that the game could not be played. What's the point of selecting specific Xbox 360 games that could be played on Xbox One? Please do a system update that allows the Xbox One S play all Xbox 360 games.

Microsoft scam

For last 2 years I get spam messages on my laptop and telephone calls on my home number indicating that unless I call a certain number my laptop will be frozen and I could face criminal chages unless I pay to have my account reinstated.

I have been to the Windows Store and have complained. Say they are aware but can do nothing and that Microsoft knows about this.

The other day this "spam" came up and then an alarm sounded out of my laptop which was quite loud and unnerving.

Everytime this page comes up on my laptop, I have to STOP what I am doing and manually shut laptop off to get it to end.

I am fed up and as much as I like a PC I am considering going to a MAC!

What am I to do? What can Microsoft Do?

Microsoft being charged 3 times a month for the same service.

The original emails sent to microsoft on 2nd April:
Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Software, product or experience

The issue that I have experienced was: Started charging £7.99 by paypal for microsoft office on the 9th September 2016. Also started charging 5.99 for the same service on the 22nd. Started taking a third payment of 5.99 on Jan 2018. I have called on a few occasions to cancel these and get a full refund but it would appear the c.s. team have been told to make it as difficult as possible for people to cancel and be refunded. Days have been wasted and call-backs never happen! Lat 3 payment you took Transaction ID: 6G8227206M628951B invoice Z30Q9H07IWL7. Transaction ID: 1DS86450BR835031P invoice Z30R9BHAZ67G Transaction ID: 07W23893SE365552V invoiceZ30T7QWM44T8

It occurred on: 9/09/2016

This meant that I have been so upset by microsoft customer services that I gave up. However due to the injustice of this and the simplicity and support offered by resolver I have decided to take this as far as I have to in order to receive every penny back from microsoft.

An apology, an assurance that c.s. reps will be told to resolve issues and not just pass things around until the customer gives up and a complete refund of every penny I have overpaid for the same service. Please send this to the top or I will take it to the small claims court and let them deal with it. Thankyou

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Microsoft xbox one x

The black screen of death
I did not pay 500 dollars just for my one x to have the black screen of death this is my second Xbox one x I've had as the last one would randomly turn off I've been an Xbox fan for as long as I can remember and am highly disappointed my Xbox is showing signal sent to the hdmi but nothing Is popping up on my screen I hope this problem can be resolved I really hope you guys don't let me down...again.

Microsoft xbox one

I am about to contact the Better Business Bureau. The Xbox/microsoft enforcement team is a very ineffective process. I pay for several consoles for several kids and am getting ready to switch to PS4. My son, and adult, got banned, again, by an 11 year old brat because the brat lost the game he was playing. Then, the child spam messaged my son 60 x in 3 minutes and my son kept reporting that. My son got banned! The process is a joke. No one EVER looks into the truth. I have the screen shots of the 11 year old calling my son horrible names and threatening violence, but there is no one to send this to. microsoft says this is the final decision. They have no appeal after you ask for a review, no email or department or even a forum where someone from microsoft actually does something. I have been in operationsfor over 30 years and this is unacceptable. I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow and Consumper Reports. This is the US of A. Not a communist country. Be fair or lose several customers. If anyone k nows where I can go to get some help please answer.

My account has been "temporarily suspended because some may have used my account to send spam or junk mail that violated the msa agreement. I'm a senior and I just missed my deadline for a college application and while i'm attempting to log in I can't.

Then they say they will send a verfication code to your phone to make sure its you. What is someone doesn"t have a phone on them at the moment? What if its not convenient for the person because they are busy or working and then try to log in to their account but its suspended. How about sending a warning or even sending an email to an emergency contact or another email address associated with the account?

Or maybe giving any kind of description of who did it, when they did it, or where they did?

It doesn't matter they could at least answer one of those questions. Microsoft is some [censored]!

Microsoft customer service/ live chat

I went to Microsoft Support in search of help to change my email from an older account and move it over to a newer one. I was told to create a dummy email and set as as the primary email for the older account, and then delete the email I wanted moved (my primary email account used for all my day to day emails) and add it as an alias on my current account this of which didn't actually work. After that many of the staff members danced around what had actually happened offering no solution of any kind to the deletion of my account and just telling me to make a new account. Now I'm left without an actual solution and my main email account is gone just like that. All my banking, loan, and uni emails are going to no where. Countless other emails are all lost because of the pathetic staff leading me into a dead end and ruining all my accounts associated with this damn email.

Because of this incompetence I expect a fix. I NEED A FIX. or at the very least compensation and an explanation for this disgraceful work.

Microsoft microsoft xbox live

I've been using Microsoft products for many years and now I find myself in the position of what to do next. I got billed an auto renewal on xbox live which i never wanted after I received a 3 month code as gift. I requested a refund after the auto renewal charge went off and the manner in which this matter was handled is disappointing. I was told I cannot have my money refunded even though I got billed for a product I dont need. I no longer have a console either for close on 3 months. I am already finding whatever way possible to get my money back and I will take this matter further and will be formally taking this matter forward by any means as I have no joy from Microsoft. I will be taking to social media to find out who else has experienced this service and to advise other people to use caution when dealing or purchasing anything from Microsoft.

Microsoft unethical practices

To whom it may concern
On the web site of www.anzmi.net there is an article and I Quote.

"It is of interest that "Rear Admiral Sir" Peter Lapko is ex 58808 Private Petro Lapko who served in Vietnam with 5th Battalion Royal Australian Regiment in 1966/1967 and never in his life served in the Royal Australian Navy. We are reliably advised that when Lapko visited a Far North Queensland RSL some years ago he insisted on being address as "Sir Peter" or just plain "Sir". In addition, on a ceremonial occasion in Cairns he laid a wreath in his Navy Rear Admiral's uniform. Seems like he is well and truly lost in a eutrophic fog of self-adoration, based on false rank and a false title."

From 1996 until 1999, I worked for the Queensland Naval Brigade Officer Corps Charity This was not in any way part of the armed forces. As its CEO and Commanding Officer, the Brigades Board of Management approved and granted me the rank of Rear Admiral of the Queensland Naval Brigade Officer Corps Charity. (QNBOC) I have not now or ever claimed to have served in the Royal Australian Navy.
All the officers in the brigade held an honouree commission at the pleasure of the premier of Queensland. The Brigade had no association with the Royal Australian Navy nor did it proport to have.
The charities main aim was to take homeless youth who through no fault of their own were forced to join the ranks of the homeless.
The Brigades main aim was to take as many of these young people of both sexes and try to either get them some safe accommodation back to school or find them an apprenticeship. An abandoned ex WW11 army hospital ship was purchased with a donation from the bank of Qld of $50, 000 this was matched by an equal amount from Barter Card which enabled us to buy accommodation although limited and a mobile Kitchen to house and feed as many as possible. Base Kuranda was established.

It was not long after my tenure with the brigade that I was visited by one Walter Rotow whom I had known since my childhood years but then he was known under a different name Walter Rotoff.

His aim as I later found out was to investigate the Brigade its function and its officers on behalf of the ANZMI. Although the Brigade had not done anything wrong, they, the members of the ANZMI where not happy with how the brigade was structured particularly with its uniforms and rank structure. It was too close to the uniforms of the Australian Naval service.
The badges of rank where different so were the Initials on the side of the shoulder sleeves which read QNBOC NOT RAN

Their main gripe it seems was the word Naval. This word is prohibited in its use by statute of law. The Queensland Naval Brigade, (QNBOC) was granted permission to use this restricted word in its title and therefore it was legally applied.
One of the officers of the Brigade Peter Mc Innes worked part time for the RSL in Logan and began to wear unauthorized regalia such as non-approved medals. He was caught by the ANZMI, consequently dismissed from the brigade. This investigation prompted a further investigation into the Brigade by the ANZMI to the point where they did everything, they could to discredit the Brigade and its work.
Because there was nothing, they could do to the Brigade they start to find ways of trying to discredit its members, so they started with myself as the CEO.
They claim that I misrepresented myself as a member of the Royal Australian Navy when on my Brigade business card clearly states QNBOC.
They claim I was using the word Sir in my title which they believed was false There claim is that when I was given a knighthood for charity work I did on behalf of and with the Hutt River Principality, where I ran on their behalf a weekly Golf tournament which raised $5, 000.00 and was then donated to the Legacy foundation on the Gold Coast However had they checked even further they would have seen that I was titled by birth as my family has a long history of European gentry. These people can discredit me as much as they like however when there is no proof only hear say and it impacts on my income that's when I have to take a stand.
These people have placed copyright photos from my family web site of myself and my wife which after complaining to the appropriate authorities were removed from the site, them, another photo was placed in its place that was removed.

Now someone has placed the words Fraud and Consumer affairs associated with my name.
I have never been charged or investigated or convicted of any Fraud. The term Hearsay is far from proof and will not stand up in any court. Of all the people they claim are frauds my name is the only one being promoted as such.WHY?

My legal council has advised me to write to you and advise you of the suituation before legal action commences to determine if MSN or Bing are aware and in fact partly responsible for this error as we have had no reply from the ANZMI pepole.
Please advise ASAP

Microsoft windows update

On Monday March 11th, my computer did a Windows critical update and it crashed my computer. Tried to do a restore point reset and windows kept saying there was an error. So far no luck on restoring the computer or files. My Father just passed away and I had photo's of his Military funeral on my computer. Tech guy is not sure if he can recover them. Heart breaking.🙁

Microsoft unethical behaviour

This evening I have gotten 5 phone calls using Microsoft name, telling me my wondows subscription is about to run out. I have told them repeatably to take my name of their call list. starting at 3/14/19, at 5:39p I got the first call that when I told him to stop calling me he started cursing me, I just hung up. He called back @ 5:39p and started cursing me again, then again@ 5:40p, then again 5:40p and the last time @ 5:43p when I returned his language and told him he was reported. He has not called back. I wish there was someting you could do about it. Here are the numbers they used

Microsoft office

Microsoft needs to get off their high horse and actually listen to their customer needs. Why the hell would they remove "categories" from an imap account in outlook. It does not matter if it syncs or not and should not matter what type of account we use. We the people that actually use this software have a need for it and want it back asap. We use it to categorize our subjects and events and for whatever else. This need to be fixed in the next release or sooner. Stop trying to make it look fancy and actually fix the problems first. We don't care how it looks we want something that is easy to use and navigate.
