Dear Winner,

On the Bank's requirements, I believe you have the number one item which is your identity proof at your disposal, The 2nd item which is the (Winning certificate) view attachment for a soft copy, the original copy has been sent to the bank for documentation and will be sent to you via courier service as soon as your transfer has been concluded. This scam was supposed to be a Microsoft Internet email draw held periodically and organized to encourage the use of internet and promote computer literacy worldwide. This is just hurtful because I really could have used this money. I am just getting out of an emotionally and mentally abusive marriage of 20 years, I am unemployed, I have no car, no bank account, and the only thing I own is a few clothes and this laptop from which I am typing, I would be homeless had it not been for a family member that took me and two of my sons in and they are struggling as well. I wanted this to be real so I could not only could I get back on my feet but I could also establish something for others who might oneday find themselves in my position. I would hate to be the person or people behind any type of scam that prey on innocent people because KARMA is really something. My msn account (7 yr old) was hacked by a spammer on January 4, 2011. All addresses in my directory were sent spam asking for money. I did not send it. MSN shut it down. I went through hoops filling out the support questionnaire for 2 weeks. I was sent a link to reopen the account and it did not work. An additional two weeks were spent providing additional info. Twice I was congratulated for proving my identity! and a reset link was going to be sent to my alternate e-mail address. Never happened. And they stopped replying to my questions... for over a month I worked in good faith to restore this heavy time invested e-account. Their customer service behavior is top rate BS!

They are still just as bad,actually worse now you have to do everything through chat. It's quickly come to my attention that they only want money doesn't matter how they get it. You would think that if enough people are complaining about the same thing MICROSOFT would do something about it. I am so sorry that I purchased the XBOX 360. It has destroyed the only game that I played on that thing and I just heard from a friend that his game was destroyed as well. Microsoft you have a problem, fix it.

I purchased Call Of Duty Black Ops and Fable II for my 14 and 15 year old son for Christmas 2010 ($60.00 each). Within one month both games are in operable due to a deep ring burnt into each disc by our two year old xbox 360 ($300.00). In my efforts to find out why microsoft, activision, and flextronics none of the above will take any responsibility. The only explaination given was the console had to be bumped or moved during operation. Our local Game Stop store said the console should be kept in a flat position (which we do) and micrsoft says it should be kept in a vertical position. So which is it? Where are the warnings and cautons how to properly use such a frigiale machine marketed to our children? Our console is always kept in a sturdy cabinet and we have had wireless controllers from day one ($60.00 each x 4). I was told that for $20.00 more dollars I could recieve new game disc, with no guarantee that it would happen again. This is not a solution, it is dishonest business at my expense! So I will fall in with the other thousands if not more of UNSATISIFIED consumers who will no longer buy microsoft products. I can testify that I never had any problems with my old nintendo consoles or games. Is Microsoft only conserned about making a profit instead of offering a quality product? Time to give Sony Playstation my undivided attention.

The only way an Xbox will scratch a disc is if you move the Xbox while it is reading the disc (such as when you are playing it or turning it on). You will hear a scratching sound when this happens and it CLEARLY states on the Xbox when you are opening it in big letters (first thing I noticed) "Do not move Xbox while it is on". I'll agree that it is ridiculous that the Xbox scratches games and the Wii and PS3 does not, but reguardless you not listening to the warning label is your fault, not theirs.

Lol yeah they have a whole team working 24/7 monitoring negative posts everywhere. Last night they took down my post on redit within minutes. Lol, that just made me find this site and I went to many other sites copy and pasting the same post. I even got on google maps and gave thw same post and 1 star. Walmart.com to. Even github. Get duckduckgo browser. Search debit card fraud. It'll blow ur mind how corrupt they are and they literally allow scams to to go on for years sometimes decades. The customer service for both Windows 7 and Microsoft are the most incompetent department. In addition both Jessica and Janice @ 425.882.8080 in Corp Headquarters became arrogant, rude and dismissive when I asked to speak with public relations division. The matter started on January 2, 2012 and has still today January 16, 2012 not been rectified.

I was putting my gears of war disc in to the disc tray of my xbox360 but as it went in it it got stuck and i opened the disc tray and it had a great big crack in it, after that it just didnt work.

My children have ruined two copies of Guitar Hero 2 when the xbox was accidentally turned over when playing. My major complaint is the lack of help or willingness to try to help from the 800 number. The people there did not care and did not have any answers.

I purchased microsoft Office online and i couldnt download it so i requested a refund and canceled and within 6-8 business days i was to receive a credit on my check card, unfortunately i havent and the email that i received from them saying they received my request dissapeared...i cant find any info to contact them.

I purchased a microsoft office package online and the product key they emailed me was bogus. There was not contact information available to speak with them directly - no address nor email address.

I paid $149.95 on 9/13/10 via my debit card and I have not received the product key or anything. I was told I would receive the disc in the mail and I have not. I want my money back!
