Michael Kors nasty customer service!

Michael Kors treat their customers horribly! These people are extremely rude and unprofessional, they never offer any help and they simply don't care about anything but money!
Ordered a pair of shoes from this scam site and my shoes were way too big so I contacted them asking for a replacement. They treated me like garbage, said that it was my fault that I did something wring while I placed my order. Basically all they did was said how stupid I was and that's all. I hate this store!

Michael Kors customer service

I purchased a watch in Michael store at Oakridge mall in San Jose, California and have been charged again for the same amount 3 months later.

When I went to the store the full time manager told me they don't have store manager and she was one of "them". After I showed her my bank statement she wrote down my contact info telling me someone will call me next day ( today ). Nobody called so I decide to call the store and the person who answered the phone didn't introduce himself but claimed to be one of the managers. He never asked about what was the call about but I told him anyway hoping that professional help would be provided to me but he rudely said "Can you call tomorrow" pushing the issue to the same girl I spoke with first time.

Also kept repeating he was gone for a week and didn't know what was going on.When I asked who was I speak in with he said " I don't wanna give you my name"!

I am so disappointed at Michael Kors brand because of its employees. They are rude and not professional at all. Seems they are doing the job they are note qualified for and actually they are there just to sell and milk the paycheck!

I will never ever buy anything from Michael Kors again. If this people is representing your brand I prefer go spend money somwhere else where I feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

This is beyond shameful!

Michael Kors no refund of returned product

I purchased product online at MichaelKors.com in November 2015. I returned 7 items in January 2016. I received a credit to my credit card for 4 of the 7 items I returned. I have called Michael Kors Customer Service a total of 7 times. I spoke to several reps and asked to elevate it to a Manager at least 4 times. I was told that some of the returned items were duplicate dollar amounts and their system see's the duplicate charge and drops it. They acknowledged it was a problem on their end. They said they couldn't credit my credit card and had to send me a check. They told me it would take up to 6 weeks to receive the check. I never received it. I called back. They told me it could take up to 8 weeks. I called back two weeks later and they said that they had no record of my previous calls! They said they would issue me a check and that it could take up to 6 weeks. I know I will not receive this check either and when I call to question it, they will tell me they have no record of my previous calls. I returned their product and they emailed me 7 separate emails indicating that they received all 7 products but only 4 credits showed up on my credit card. They have my money and they have their product returned to them. Every single customer service rep and manager I spoke to was completely and despicably the worst customer service people I have ever come across. They were not empathetic or sympathetic. They all said they would research the matter and call me back and not one ever did. They all said the exact same thing to me as if they are trained with a script to respond the exact same way. I will never ever shop at ANY Michael Kors store again and I will let everyone I know about my situation and suggest that they find a different designer to buy from unless they want to deal with the same horrific injustice I have dealt with.

Michael Kors bad quality and terrible service

I am very disappointed with Michael Kors! They refused to give me a refund and did not want to resolve my issue!
Quality of the clothing was extremely poor and nothing looked like pictures on their website. When I received my order I did not even try anything on and immediately contacted customer service. Never in my life I saw such a cheaply made clothing!
Customer service rep was nasty and rude!
Never again!

Well I must say I am very disappointed with the quality of Michael Kors Products. I have many Michael Kors Products and first .. Lsast year my Glasses broke. I hit my head slightly and I couldn't believe how easily my glasses broke ( right off my face ) embarrassing. Then today I am walking outside of my job and what do you know the Thong part of my sandal broke and I almost fell ( completely embarrassed again) I have spend lots of money with Michael Kors and needless to say I will no longer give you my money. I have Coach glasses and sandals that I have had a lot longer and I had to go home and switch to my coach sandals.. Not happy at ALL!

Michael Kors rude and ignorant staff!

Recently I went to Michael Kors boutique and wanted to buy some shoes. The staff was very rude and impolite. One of them all the time followed me as if I wanted to steal something. I was choosing between two pairs and was just standing there thinking which one would suit me better. And then the salesperson came and said that it's better for me to leave the store. I asked why and she refused to explain the reason. She even raised her voice! Terrible place! Well, they just lost a customer.

Michael Kors handbag repair

I contacted MK to inquire about having my rose gold Cindy dome large satchel handbag (cost: $300) repaired due to the handles looking worn and frayed after only less than a year of its purchase and only seldom use. I was advised to send it to them to inspect it to see if they could replace the handles (repair) and if they could not they would notify regarding other available options. I recall advising the Rep if they could not replace the handles I wanted my handbag returned! I was assured before the call ended that if they could not repair it I would be notified to see what I desired to do after the inspection. I mailed the purse to MK at my out of pocket expense ($20). A month later I received "a letter" in the mail not giving me any option or choice to request the return of my handbag, yet, stating they did not replace the handles on the handles and I could choose from list they provided of handbags of lesser value, quality, much smaller size and none in the color (Mirror Metallic Rose GOLD) or style (LARGE DOME) of my (paid in full) handbag. I called immediately upon read the letter and I was very displeased being told by the Rep that "THEY DO NOT RETURN CUSTOMER's MERCHANDISE BACK TO THEM IF THEY DECIDE DURING THE INSPECTION NOT TO REPAIR IT...THAT's MK POLICY! In other words they STEAL the customer's merchandise and hard earned money, rather than repair it. EXPECTED Resolution: I want my same handbag returned (repaired or unrepaired), either a new handbag exact/identical (color, size and style) to the one they took or a refund of the full retail value or purchased price + Postage Paid to send it to them for repair! Unacceptable customer service and business practices! I am very upset and shocked with such a highline retail fashion chain/establishment that they are! Repair ticket # 895745

Did they ever resolve your issue? This just happened to me a couple of weeks ago and I am furious! I am waiting on management to get back to me. I will never buy another MK product. I consider this to be theft.

Michael Kors about an employee

I sick and tire of Nicolas at that place..1) he scream at me one day from across the store about an item over charged...2) he hided two wallets for me not to buy it since he said was not M Kors lol...Saturday I went back the wallets were there...Then I really buy a lot ...So I'm shopping getting prices and he told the sales lady to go to the back 3 times to place merchandise out so she didn't have to help me having others employees...People at that store cannot stand him ...How can Michael Kors have such an employee when he such a great person Michael Kors...

Michael Kors watch

I bought a watch from Micheal Kors less than a year ago. It arrived in lovely condition, however since then I have not been impressed. The strap on the watch is suppose to be rose gold, with white plastic in between. The metal, rose gold parts quickly turned to normal/slightly faded gold color, and are now beginning to go silver, the white parts have also begun to go grey.

I saved up for this watch for a long time using all my wages, so I took very good care of it, and never left it anywhere where it could fade, i.e in the sun.

I have tried to get in contact with Micheal Kors however I am from the UK and they do not allow you to email them on their website unless you are from the US. I love Micheal Kors and have many of their products however have been extremely disappointed with the watch and shall not be shopping with them again unless this is sorted out. I would like a refund of my money or an exchange for a better quality watch with a guarantee it will not fade as this one has, I love watches but will certainly not be buying one of them again.

Michael Kors phone customer service and warranty

I purchased a michael kors product less than a year ago and the wallet wristlet fell apart in 10 months. I contacted a Micheals Kor store and was told to go online and put in my repair online. When I called the customer service phone number, I was told my product was not covered (even though I provided them the serial number of the product). When I located my receipt I I called back and was told that I had to pay for my own shipping and ship the entire product back(even though it was just the attachment that was defective), i would have to pay for that shipping out of my own pocket and was also told that it would take about three weeks from the point of receipt of the product for them to ship the repaired product back to me. Why can't this be a simple transaction that the Micheal Kors store handles? The product is not cheap (but certainly made cheaply) and yest the customer is made to go through hoops to repair a product under warranty! That is a lesson to me, never buy a Kors product again!

Michael Kors shoes and gift card

1) October 2015 my daughter bought shoes and in within few weeks, the shoes are falling apart. When we went to Sherway Garden store, Toronto - the service is horrible. I will never shop Michael Kors based on this experience. 2) My wife bought a coat for $600 in October 2015 and received a gift card for $125. When we went to use the gift card in December 2015, the card was already expired. What type of card was given to us? Now we lost $125 and we got ripped off by Michael Kors by scamming the $125. Very poor service, quality and overall experience. We will never ever shop again at Michael Kors. In past my family have spent over $5000 at Michael Kors but NO MORE - MICHAEL KORS...

Michael Kors camille bag

Bottom of purse got wet when I tripped and dropped it. I bought the bag a month ago from a MK store for $400. As you can see, it's bleeding horribly 24 hrs later. I emailed the pics to MK and they said there is nothing they can do and it's not a manufacturing problem. A similar happened to me years ago with Kate Spade, and they offered to replace or a whole new bag! MK customer service is awful and I won't buy from them again. Here is the generic response I got: Thanks for contacting Michael Kors. I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your handbag. Based on the information you've provided, it appears your handbag doesn't have what's considered a manufacturing defect. However, if you wish to submit your handbag for repair at your expense you may do so.

When you buying anything from michael kors is very different from the picture online that happeneed to me. I walk into the store at rooselvelt field mall new york. Wanted to excahnge the bag they were looking at me like I dont know what I wa talking about. Oh we cant excahnge is a final sale. I called the 1800 to tell them what happend and they also gave me a hard time I had to call 4 times. I finally returned the bag and now the bag got lost. Is almost a month and I still havent got my money. I keep calling everyday day and everyday im getting a different excuse.

Dear michael kors, I went to the mk in vancouver, B.C. at metrotown center recently and bought 2 bags plus perfume, i wasn't even sure if i wanted the second bag because i wanted to buy this jacket i was thinking to get for a while now but when i was talking to the sale person, she told me that if i do decided to change my mind they could send me a cheque and i would only have to wait for a week for it to come. Thinking a week is not to bad if i do decided to change my mind so i went a head and bought both bags. I used my rent money first to go and buy the jacket i wanted and went back to mk to return the second bag i bought... to find out from one of the manage there, said it would take them 2 weeks for my cheque to come instead of one with what the sale representative mislead me the first time so i asked her why did your sale representative told me it would only take a week?! "she didn't even answer me back but SAID, OH IT'LL ONLY TAKES 2 WEEKS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE IT SO THAT'S NOT TO LONG. I called them back a week later to check if my cheque is send yet to find out from a different manage named Coco, that it would take 4-6 weeks and also told me whoever told me that should've never told me that. She told me, she'll message the head office and will get back to me if not today then for sure tomorrow! I never got a call back from her so i decided to called them back and now dealing with a third manage having to go over my story again and then got hang up on 2 times/ put on hold 2 times! when i was able to reach her again...i told her, listen i would take legal action for the false advertising/misleading that your sale representative and manage misleading me with if your not trying to solve a consumer with their problems! She told me that sorry we just hired new employee and she didn't know the policy, so i told her what about the manage that did my return? she told me 2 weeks is she new too? LOL...She said yes. Really? LOL. Ok so if mk employee misleading consumer to buy their stuff and now that i used some of my rent money to buy my jacket plus i cant return the jacket thinking i only have to wait for my refund from mk for a week is all because of mk worker misleading me and said they are sorry and they cant do nothing about?!?! Yes you can do something about! i paid by cash and i understand you cant give that much cash back but is not my problem that mk cant train new sale or manage with they're policy so im not gonna sit here and take what was your guys problem and having to be short with my rent because i got told something before making the purchase or that i would buy my jacket and save it for rent if i have known that if i return my bag it would take them 4-6 weeks! What was mk mistake is now my problem with being short for rent and all i get is a sorry? REALLY!

Michael Kors refund policy s*k

I am really disappointed with Michael Kors. I bought a purse on 10/09/15 and returned it on 10/16/15. I paid 200.00 in cash and 56 dollars on my debit card. The manager told me that they only do store credit no refund. She stated that the refund policy was on the receipt and also posted by the register did I not read it. First of all who the hell reads that S**t? I have never been to a store where you could not return within 14 days with the original receipt and get your money back. When I bought the purse and a wallet she told me that the wallet was a final sale item so no refund would be allowed, but she did not tell me all items were non refundable. She submitted a request to have a refund check cut and it would take 4-6 weeks. She gave me a number to call if the refund was not received. When I called the number to expedite my refund I was being transferred to numerous people and finally told to call the store I bought the merchandise from. I called the store and no answer. I really hate coporate America, all they want is your money and no customer service. I am really upset and getting ready to blast Michael Kors.

I bought two smart watches from the Michael Kors Outlet store in Livermore, Ca. I spent cash for them, $435.00 on sale (Not On Clearance) I liked my watch but my wife didn't want hers at all. I presented the original receipt from the purchase from the day before and was told that I could not get a cash refund because the refund would be over $200.00. They told me that I will receive my refund for my cash money in 4 - 6 weeks. I was powerless and had to accept their refund policy. I couldn't argue anymore and was afraid of them calling the Police. At that point I felt like I had been physically assaulted for my Cash Money, raped even, because I sure felt some type of way. I gave them my mailing and contact information and began exiting the store, but before I left out I turned around and asked the Asian Manager if it were him that had purchased the incorrect type of smart watch for his wife, would he think it to be fair that he should have to use other monies for a purchase whereas the money had already been delegated for. His words meant nothing, I just wanted to leave him with a final thought to chew on.
Furthermore, the two days that I entered that store, I did not feel comfortable, I felt like I was being watched from the time I set foot in the door. I literally stood at the counter afraid to shop on both days; the day of purchase and when I returned for my Cash refund. I cannot explain the feeling. It would have to happen to you in order to know what it feels like. I was not imagining a separated feeling, because I was treated differently than any other customer in the store. I stood to the furthest point on the cashier's counter and waited for an undetermined amount of time while they served other customers. This was by far the worst shopping experience in my entire life. Please believe that I am totally disappointed in my entire shopping experience with Michael Kors

Michael Kors overcharged, wrong products, missing product

I ordered two Value Spree sets and one single tote bag from this company in the middle of August 2015. For starters, there was no email from them, confirming the order. I called my bank and complained so they investigated and told me that the phone number on the site is that of the original MK customer service but that MK do not know this company. The bank cancelled my credit card and advised me to email them daily and that if I don't hear from them within 15 days, they would consider it as fraud and take the matter further. My credit card was also overcharged by $40. I heard from them about 10 days later saying that the order was on its way. When I received the order, I noticed that the two sets were completely different than what I had ordered and the single tote bag was not there. The quality of the goods was pathetic and the lock on one bag was already broken and left loose in the bag. The zippers on the wallets are either stuck or take a lot of effort to open and shut. I have been exchanging emails with them since August 24th informing them that the order sent was wrong, one tote was missing and that my credit card was overcharged. They have asked me for pictures of items I received, the airway bill that arrived with the wrong order etc. I have provided them everything but I am still stuck with the wrong order, one tote missing and the credit card overcharged. After daily emails, I have now been asked whether I would like them to send the single tote or would like a refund of the amount. Of course, I opted for the refund. Hopefully, that arrives soon, if at all. I am still stuck with the other bags and wallets, which I plan to donate to Goodwill. Please do not purchase or order online from this company. The person who emails is LUCY. Be careful of this company. They are out to cheat you and overcharge you. Thank you.

I am writing again further to the complaint that i recorded earlier. On Sept. 18th I heard back from MK Bags asking if i wanted a refund or should they send the tote that they had not sent. I opted for the refund but till today neither the refund has been credited to my credit card nor are they responding to my emails. It is so frustrating that having paid $620 (including the $40 overcharged) all that I received were extremely inferior quality bags, which were not even the bags I had actually ordered less one tote bag. Is there nothing that can be done to this company who frauds customers? Thanks

I just received my order from this site and one bag was messed up, they don't send the wallet I ordered and now they are not wanting to replace item or send my wallet they want me to purchase from them again at a discounted price, horrible site. Lesson learned

Michael Kors shoes and customer service

I purchase a pair of shoes. They immediately fell apart. I was told to return them to Michael Kors which I did. The could not repair or replace the shoes. Now they are giving me a gift car for a Michael Kors shore that is an hour and a half away from me. I am not a happy customer! Michael Kors should return my money or double the gift card since I have to drive so far. Plus the customer service department took months to get this resolved and never even apologized or considered me at all. I am not a happy customer!

Michael Kors employee

This is about an employee at the Michael Kors store in Trumbull, Connecticut. I am not sure what Alexa's position is in the store but she is super rude and provides horrible customer service. Someone like that should definitely not be representing any company of any sort. It really brings down the reputation and I will never ever shop at there.

Michael Kors repair of shoes

I purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes that were defective. The heel separated from the sole the first time I wore them. I contacted a michael Kors representative on 3/15/15 and was sent an authorization for repair by them on 3/17/15. I sent the shoes on 3/18/15 to be repaired with delivery confirmation. They received the shoes on 3/23/15. I was told that once they received the shoes they would evaluated to determine if they could be repaired or not and I would receive an email. I never received an email. I contacted them on 3/30/15 and was told that my shoes were received and was sent out for repair. I called again 4/15/15 to check the status of the repair and I was told that it takes 4-6 weeks for repair and I would receive an email when the shoes were repaired. I received an 2 emails on 4/22/15 stating that the shoes were GOING to be sent out for repair; one email states I would get them back in 2-3 weeks and one stating 4-6 weeks. I called at that time to find out what what was going on since I was told that the shoes were sen on 3/30/15 to be repaired. I was first told that the delay was because I was sent an email that I never responded to, when that was confirmed to be a lie by the their supervisor I was then told that they didn't recieve thw shoes until 3/30/15. When I was able to refute that I was told that the shoes were snet out and to call the repair company to check the status. I called Rago Brothers (repair Co.) on 4/23/15 and was told that they haven't recieved mt shoes yet. SO my shoes sat for a month on the Michael Kors warehouse for a month and was never sent out. I called back to Michael Kors on 4/23/15 to find out why and I was told that it was out of their hands since it's already been sent to the repair company. When I asked to speak with someone in the warehouse to question why my shoes sat for a month before being sent out I was hung up on. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who stated she would call me back in 24 hours with some type of answers. Michael Kors customer service are rude and their warehouse staff is incompetent and I would really like to know what else I can do in regards to this situation

Michael Kors horrible customer service

I placed an order on Michaelkors.com for a pair of sandals. I waited over 5 weeks for the shoes to arrive. Well at least that's what I thought was in a box. I was excited beyond words only to open the box and find that it was not the sandal I ordered. It wasn't even close - I ordered a black platform sandal size 9 and they sent me some luggage colored pump size 6. After having a long conversation with the Customer Service Rep - Diamond - who assurred me upon their receipt of the returned shoe I would not have to wait for the new shoe as they would overnight it to me. Well another 10 days goes by and nothing so I call and get Jasmine from Customer Service who advises that my money was refunded to my card. So I totally believe this has been one headache I can do without - must be God's plan for me not to have these shoes. I just can't believe how horrible the service is on such a well liked designer. THIS was my FIRST and LAST time ever ordering on their website. I will stick with my purchases for his items (If I am so inclined to do so) at department stores. Never had a problem with them but this site, never again!
