MetroDeal Holdings I have been scammed

On June 15-16 I joined an online platform called Metrodeal.They directed me to the website Metrodeal-Wall.com.There I need to deposit money to buy orders so I keep on depositing money till it reach up to 26,000 pesos. I was about to withdraw my money plus the commission but some mistakes happen and they freeze my money so I was not able to withdraw.They said that to unfreeze my account I need to pay again 17,000 But I said I do not have that much money.Until now they wont let me withdraw my money.Their condition is unbelievable please help me.

Desired outcome: Please help me refund my money.

MetroDeal Holdings Fraud and I want refund

I'm demanding a refund for the useless ticket I bought few months ago. I emailed your customer service and sales service and got no response from! You should refund the payment that has been charged for the ticket that cannot be used. You can use the photo I attached for your references for the voucher that I bought from Metrodeal.

Desired outcome: Refund of Php 700.00

MetroDeal Holdings 18 vouchers for adventure waterpark

I am requesting my refund since july 23 2021. Due to ecq. 9-14 business working days but unti now. No update. I a asking for the refund of p6, 608.00 but they always keep telling me theres a problem on their system. F*kc this! They don't want to refund my money!

Desired outcome: NO UPDATE!

MetroDeal Holdings My 5 Vouchers that they still can't refund

I purchase 5 vouchers in metrodeal on Nov. 21, 2020 worth 2, 495 thru GCASH PAYMENT, my voucher code was gone in my account I still didn't used it yet, the customer service Lisa keeps telling me that my voucher was in my account but still it wasn't there then I said I wanted to refund the payment that I made to them and then they don't reply to my emails anymore I send my 2 valid i.d's as they required and my proof of payment to them but still no response at all... poor customer service

MetroDeal Holdings voucher

Seller charged me but i havent received my voucher. uselss customer support they are not accommodating. better use shopee. I ordered last week and until now they havent validated my payment said about calling my card company which i already did. still havent resolved. my payment is still not yet validated and my credit card company said i was already charged. too stressful dealing with this comapny!

MetroDeal Holdings numi signature massage promo

good day yesterday i purchase this numi 90 min massage promo using credit cards under my husband (alberto b. buhain Jr) PNB credit card 4 otp was sent to his contact no. and encoded and 1 OTP was sent to his BDO master card and was received & i encode it after that no confirmation was sent and received (total of 5 voucher purchased using credit card payment) so i tried to purchase using over the counter payment via sm dept. at southmall and paid 2 voucher but until now confirmation was received. Upon checking yesterday to my account my voucher there is two voucher cleared and was used because im expecting the one i paid over the counter can be used by presenting the OR the manager request for metrodeal voucher but i dont received any for the two paid thru sm dept southmall to cut it short i used and presented the 2 cleared vouched purchased via credit card 3 voucher via credit card still on pending and 2 voucher paid over the counter no confirmation received. MetroDeal Holdings refusal to place an order that's already paid for

I made a purchase online on June 25th using my debit card and got an error from their site that the order was unsuccessful. When I checked my online banking, the amount was debited. Called and emailed their customer support to provide proof of the successful bank transaction confirmed by my bank only to be told that they cant find the charge and that i should place a new order using a different card.

MetroDeal Holdings deduction without using it...

Im complaining about deducting a amount of 3, 300 pesos in my account without using my credit card in yakimix sm north...u can check it that i use cash not metrodeal...then now charge me without using it and automatically deduct to my account...its not fair...i want my money back...dont abuse people pls...i cant find wr to find u thats why i try to ask google...its my due date this week because im pregnant...that amount is not small for me!becouse now i dont have a job...i only support my self...so pls dont be like that...hoping that u will return my money!

MetroDeal Holdings metrodeal skyranch tagaytay promo

I availed a ticket promo from metro deal last dec 9, 2018 and I payed it dec 10, 2018 between 5:45 pm. But when I got there (skyranch tagaytay) they didn't release my voucher because I didn't recieve any code from metrodeal/dragon pay after I payed. I don't have anything to show and they don't want to accept the screenshot confirmation. They're asking me for a code that I didn't even recieved.

MetroDeal Holdings metrodeal voucher expired

I bought a total of 3 vouchers (two different transaction) on Dec 3, valid from Dec 4 - Dec 29, was given the date of Dec 4 as payment deadline. I made my payment on Dec 3 (1:46:44 pm), and I received a confirmation email from Dragonpay and Metrodeal that my purchases was successful. But when I go to my Metrodeal account to view the vouchers, it says that the voucher has expired and cannot be issued anymore.

I contact Dragonpay and I got a confirmation that my payment was validated before the given deadline. The two transaction been processed seconds/minutes after the other. I email the Support Team of Metrodeal and someone names Jean told me that my voucher for this purchased has not been generated into my account and they are not able to make it in the list for the current deal due to late validation of payment. However, for my convenience, there is a new deal with a new validity date of December 11, 2018 to December 29, 2018. I did send back a message that it doesn't matter if they need to include it on new validity date or simply have my money back! I even send an attachment with all the necessary docs (screenshot) but did not hear from them anymore!

MetroDeal Holdings vouchers for ocean park (manila) pass

I've been using metrodeal since 2011 and doesn't encountered any circumstances at all not until today november 21st, 2018. I just purchased 2 vouchers of ocean park pass and received an email from metrodeal asking me for a verification of payment purposes for the transaction that I just have made for purchasing 2 vouchers. It was so weird, the metrodeal was asking me for a a copy of atleast 1 government id and credit card statement or a scan copy front side of my credit card just to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction. For the copy of government id that was fine but for a scan copy of my credit card it sounds alarming and what the hell im not out of my mind to give you a scan copy of my cc.. So my 2vouchers were on hold until I emailed them the scan copy of my credit card. I used the site of www.metrodeal.com..

So, is this your new procedure metrodeal in purchasing a voucher?

MetroDeal Holdings Service

My friend purchased 16 voucher from them last Oct 2 due to some circumstances she asked if we can cancel the voucher but metro deal said it's non refundable but can be transferred so I purchased the ticket from her.we called metrodeal to be sure that the vouchers were still active and they said yes.I called metrodeal last Oct 31 just to be sure I can use it the day after so they said it's active.When I arrived in Sky ranch pampanga the name of the voucher cannot be found so I called metro deal again and adviced them that they cannot find the name of the puchaser. The specialist I spoke with said that there's nothing wrong about the vouchers. I told them that it's not showing in the list.the call got disconnected no one called me back even if they said that they will so I called again.The specialist asked to talk to with the person from sky ranch and they said that they were not able to include the vouchers to the master list that they send which they never told me 2nd they said that the vouchers were cancelled due the request we had before but the refund was not process.You are all bunch of lairs and that's not the way you do business.

I felt na porke metrodeal discount kami less priority kami. Na kapag pare serve d na kami last week and they confirmed YES with our schedule 5-6:15pm today. Then I asked kung kaya ireshed ng 8-9:15pm kaso may client daw sila ng 9pm. So sabi ko OK lang. Thanknu punta na lang kami ng 5pm para nga sa sched talaga namin. Then nagtxt samin yung cherry na nagsasabi na 6pm na lang daw kasi wala daw therapist. Sumagot ako cge pero binawi ko na din kc naalala ko bakit nga pala ako ang mag a adjust eh nag confirm sila last week. Then I called the girl name cherry para itanong bakit nya kami need move ng 6pm. Tapos ako pa sisisihin niya nya medyo nagmove daw ako ng 8pm. Eh Hindi naman na yun natuloy. Porke ba metrodeal un voucher ko ganyan kami tratrato ng staff ng white palace spa. Parang nakakadala pala bumili sa metrodeal kc di naman pala pantay treatment kapag voucher

MetroDeal Holdings no voucher

Hi,
I bought 2 promo tickets last week from metro deal for wensha spa.
I paid it as well over the counter.
The problem is i wasn't able to use it because i did not recieve any voucher thru my email.
Would you mind to resend it again, i have my new email.
The promo is until 31st of august.
If i can refund my money then it wod be better.
I can also send you the referrence number that i have.
I'll be expecting a reply regarding this matter.

Hindi ko po natanggap ang e-vouncher sa email ko "Payment reference for this voucher has expired and voucher cannot be issued anymore. For assistance email [protected]@metrodeal.com" ganyan po yung lumalabas. Ano po ba ang pwdeng gawain? Sana po mabigyan nyo ako ng kasagutan. Sana naman po kung hindi ko na makukuha ung e-voucher irefund na lang po ung binayad ko. Kaya sana naman ma actionan nyo na po sa lalong madaling panahon kung ano po yung sagot nyo sa mga complain ng buyer.

MetroDeal Holdings expired voucher and false advertising

Bought a voucher July 29, valid from July 31 to October 30, was given the date of July 30 as payment deadline. I made my payment within July 30, at 4:28PM to be exact, and I received a confirmation email from Dragonpay and Metrodeal that my purchase was successful. Upon clicking the link for the e-voucher on Metrodeal's email, however, it says that the voucher has expired and cannot be issued anymore.

I got in contact with someone who goes by the name of JC from customer support and at first, he told me that my payment didn't make it through the cut-off time and that it was validated late by Dragonpay. I then proceeded to contact Dragonpay thru their live chat support, and I got a confirmation from Japs that my payment was validated before the given deadline. I saved the chat log, emailed JC again but he just apologized and insisted that my payment didn't make the cut-off. I asked how come I was being told otherwise by Dragonpay. JC didn't respond, but I was CCed to an email exchange between customer support staff and the validation team from Metrodeal, and someone names Leeane told me that the vouchers I paid for weren't "generated into my account and were not able to make it in the list for the current deal due to late validation of payment."

I asked for clarification why I was being told by Metrodeal that my payment didn't make the cut-off, when I payed within the given deadline of July 30. I had a feeling that there was a specific time, so I got in touch with Dragonpay again. This time, I was connected to Yves and I explained the predicament. She got on the phone with one of Metrodeal's agents named Alvin.

I was told that payments made after 3:30PM of that day will be considered as part of the vouchers new validity which is from August 7-November 7.

I wasn't informed of the time, just that the deadline is July 30. I've been handed down from person-to-person and that Leeane never answered my question. She straight up dodged it and instead asked if I wanted a refund. Bastos.

I'll be posting every email exchanges, the chat logs from Dragonpay's live chat support as well as the confirmation email and the deadline indicated in the payment instruction.

Alvin from Metrodeal called me, explained that a refund has been credited to my account plus additional credits for inconvenience. For future reference, I was also advised to settle payment/s at least two days before given deadline. Also, if this counts as anything, only Alvin was able to give me (an) answer/s. He was the only one to clarify that there was a cut-off time (3:30PM), that's why the support staff that I exchanged emails with kept telling me that my payment was validated late, even when Dragonpay (as you can see from the chatlogs with Yves of Dragonpay) confirmed that I did make my payment on time or the deadline given to me (July 30)

MetroDeal Holdings zonav skin wellness for warts removal

on the voucher i purchased on may 19, 2018 its for unlimited warts removal there is no specific warts size mention but when i came and they check they said it for flat warts only for warts you cant feel when u touch it with your hands or warts that is not visible. there so many metrodeal deals for warts removal that cost only 99 for pin size warts only i may avail but i availed this service for 299 because i assumed its for unlimited warts removal per area because thats on the voucher.they want addtl for those visble warts 500 pesos per area if thats the case i shudnt avail that metrodeal voucher because they offering 500 pesos for unlimited warts removal per area and for addtl info i availed the same voucher offer january last year and i dont encounter such problem. can i just refund the 2 voucher

MetroDeal Holdings unprofessional behavior, not responding to client

the phone number of the company is [protected] and the name is Radianz Medical Clinic.
I am texting them since Tuesday, APR 17, to schedule an appointment. I know that their phone number is active since they previously replied to my inquiry. but now, since Tuesday, everyday, I am sending them a text message to schedule an appointment but they are not responding to my text messages.
I also tried to call them, the phone is ringing but no one is answering.
I want a full refund for 499 because the voucher is good until APRIL 27, 2018 only

Good day Metro deal.
I am complaining here about your voucher, it was said it is allowed to be used at retiro branch but when I called to have an appointment scheduled they told us that the metro deal advised to pass it on the main branch at ortigas. I availed the vouchers because of the convenience and as the deal applied it is allowed to a chosen branch. I am complaining here because it is unfair for us customer that the written agreement is not followed. Please do some actions on the complain.

MetroDeal Holdings refund procedure

Your procedure sucks!

When I accidentally purchased the wrong item, I immediately contacted you to have it fixed. I was told initially that reversal can be made the same day. After my 2nd call, the Rep by the name of Pearl ([protected]) told me it will take 45 to 60days before I can get my money since I paid via debit card. Seriously? After getting cash from me you wanted me to wait 2 months to get it back?
