For the past week, I have gone to countless stores searching for the ONE type of food my cat needs. And every single store was completely out. Why is it so hard to find Hairball control Meow Mix? Why?

January 8th to January 15th in the year of 2023. I can't give serial numbers because if I had found the cat food I needed, I wouldn't be complaining.

Walmart
Multiple Dollar Generals (2 in Naples, 2 in Mount Pleasant, 1 in Lonestar and 1 in Daingerfield)
Family Dollar
Brookeshires
Spring Market
I see you also have a section for pictures, no doubt in messed up purchases or something along those lines. I, however, cannot send a picture of the wonderful product I seek. So I shall send you a picture of my cat.

Bought your product. Cats always enjoyed it. Guess I got a bad batch. Saw adult cat choking. Realized she was choking on one of the bones that were in your product. There were actually 3 which were about an inch in length. Dislodged it and threw the remainder out. First issue with meow mix not sure if this is a one time incident or not. Looking at other food options to ensure the safety of my 3 cats. Would like to have the confidence to continue to buy your product.

Tender Favorites is what I bought my cats for the last several years. I never looked that close to the food but today when I looked down at their two bowls something caught my eye and it made me sick that I was feeding this to my cats. Why would chicken and liver in sauce have these fine bones. I feel like putting the pics on Facebook and social media. I thought your company cared about cats instead of feeding them junk. Needless to say I threw the two remaining boxes out. I am switching. I just can't believe this bull. I have attached pictures for you of the two separate bowls. Sickening. On March 21st I bought the 12-pack of pate because it was on sale (mix of chicken & liver, chicken & beef, and turkey). I frequently buy the chicken & liver individual Meow Mix cups, and have never had a problem until this purchase on 3/21 from the Shop & Save on North Grand in Springfield, IL.

The first cup I opened, a mixed medley of meats, had such a horrendous smell, I thought someone from the factory had put feces in it as a joke. I still can't get the smell out of my car. And just the one cup was enough to make my clothes and purse smell. Everyone in my office couldn't believe the smell! The color of the food had a grayish tint to it, and was pure liquid. I could tell by shaking the other cups in the 12-pack that they were liquid as well. I know pate products should be firm.

I took the remaining cups into Shop & Save and talked to the manager. I offered to open a cup so she could see what I was talking about, but she said that wasn't necessary. I was able to exchange the product for a different 12 pack, but I am still leery about using any Meow Mix products after this incident.

Actually, my two cats enjoyed the meow mix and ate nothing but this.
I usually order online and after I got a stale food, I decided to buy it at a store. Same things happened. And I wouldn't notice it if my cats didn't start vomiting the food each time (sorry for these details). The first can was brought back to the store and exchanged for a better one. But when it happened to this better one I thought that maybe I should stop feeding my babies with this and let everyone know.
I had to look for a new food for them and that brought me small inconveniences.
I'm frustrated I had to switch the food :(
