Received the worst service today. They were not busy. Maybe 3 customers in the store. I counted 5 staff slowly walking around with no urgency or purpose that I could see. I asked one if he could help me try on a shirt I had already picked out and he said "just a minute sir" then off he went. I waited for 10 more minutes holding a shirt. Then I asked someone else and they finally let me in a changing room. It fit so I wanted to purchase it. I asked someone behind the counter if I could purchase it and she said "just a moment sir" so I waited. She was actually helping someone else but when finished instead of helping me she disappeared into the back. I'm still standing there holding my shirt. I'm thinking are all these people just ignoring me? Then another lady came up to the counter and instead of asking me if she could help me she ignored me. So I asked her "can you help me?" she looked at me and said "maybe" I said to myself seriously? I said "i'm just trying to buy this shirt". She said, "oh, lets go upfront where the bags are" finally after being ignored and treated like I was invisible I purchased the shirt. I will never go back.

The worst fitting tuxedo that I have ever worn. I went in twice to get fitted, wanting to make sure it was right. However, the vest is at least three sizes too big. The shirt is too big. I am really disappointed wearing this to my son's wedding. I am over 50 years old and have rented formal wear many times. This is by far the worse fitting I have ever gotten. Please be careful when dealing with these people.
